I asked for the $31 pedicure.., and I didn't want any extra costs... the lady was really rough and nicked my cuticle bed multiple times to the point that it bled in a couple spots.. when asked what color I said no gel but to match my nail color... when I get up to pay the ticket she gave me was for $46... she did gel after I had said no.. Super disappointed in my experience. I had an appointment and my pedicure was still 20 minutes late. Then, when I was checking out, I had a gift card from awhile ago and they were unable to redeem it on the spot because it was an older giftcard from their old system. They said they would collect payment now and reimburse me when they found their paperwork for the value and give me a call. It's been 3 days since my appointment and I have pursued calling (never received a call) and they cannot seem to give me an answer about my reimbursement and keep saying they will give me a call back and do not. I would not recommend (especially if you are looking to buy a gift card as a gift for someone). I have called them all week and I finally got the owner on the phone and she is only willing to reimburse 25-50% of the gift card and is still waiting to find the paperwork so I am still waiting for a refund. She said she was being generous to even reimburse that since it's been a few years. I have no good comments to say about the service at this place. Nails and toes look and feel great but please stop pushing customers so hard to upgrade. It gets really annoying and awkward after the 4th time they ask you. If I could afford an additional $20 for an upgraded pedicure I would but I can not and it's rude how hard they push you to upgrade... Updated review: Just got home and my feet are not even soft. They still feel how they did before my pedicure even though I asked for callus remover. So apparently they only care about the quality of you upgrade to the most expensive pedicure. read more

This place used to be great, not sure what happened. I came in and got a full set of gel x on Friday. Nail LED light was broken and I mentioned to the tech, Lilly, that the light not working would not allow the gel to fully cure to my nail. She told me it was fine, even though the light was weak and would only stay on, barely, for 3 seconds at a time. Well... I was right. Saturday morning a nail flew off, from not being properly adhered. I went back in, and they fixed it for me. Then, on Sunday morning, another (different) nail broke. I was still patient, and went back again for the second time now for another repair. Later on Sunday afternoon, ANOTHER DIFFERENT NAIL BROKE OFF! I went back in AGAIN, and the front desk male was very rude. I understand that they were probably annoyed I had to keep showing up, but how do you think I feel? Day after day having to drive back to the salon and waste my time sitting there again and again. I had to basically argue with the young man running the front desk to get any support. I spent 2 hours getting my nails done Friday and a total of 2 more hours between Saturday and Sunday to get them fixed. In the future, I suggest all techs be fully trained on how to do someone's nails, and not brush off issues with equipment. Made for a very unpleasant experience, not because of the mistake, but because of how long I had to wait and how rude the young man at the desk was. read more

I have been a customer of Infinity Nails for over 15 years. I don't know what has happened but the service has gone way down over the last year. My nail technician is Tina and I love her but it just seems that she rushes through my appointments and does my fill in above 20 minutes. The end result are not good. I have ridges on all my nails, she does not clean under my nails. Her son Kevin does my pedi and again he does a great job when he show up but I had an appointment on Thursday for my pedicure right after Tina did my fill. Something happened with the booking and he had another person at the same time. I told him that I could reschedule and got an appointment for today at 10.30. I went in for a nail soak off and the nail tech took out a box of acrylic tips and proceeded to shimmy it under my fake and real nail and ripped off my real nail!! Did not soak it at all just ripped it off, her response "oh I thought it'd come off easy" and giggled!! Then tries to continue! I demanded someone else and guess what? I've been going here on and off for many years. Today I was reminded why I stopped going. Should have known when it's a Saturday afternoon and not packed. Daughter and I had scheduled pedicures and fills. They put us together but did our nails at the same time as our pedi. Nothing relaxing about that because we are constantly switching our hands around and trying to coordinate hands and feet. So distracting. My nails don't look great but I came home and fixed them. Uneven. Lots of sharp corners. Never asked me what I like. Filed them straight across. Skipped a lot of steps. My daughter's tech was clueless. Polish didn't work and took off 3 times. Brought over the owner who never communicated with us the issue in English, just talked to each other and my daughters nails look terrible. My daughter even said there's polish on my skin and the girl said it will come off when you wash your hands. No it doesn't. You need to remove it. Worst part was the girl was drinking wine during our visit. Oh and pedicures are $35 but it's $15 to get gel. Ridiculous price! For $183 plus a $40 tip, I expect better. We were literally in and out in just over an hour. For both pedicure and nails. Very sloppy work. Going back to the Polish Room. Worth the drive for better service and prices. read more

I drive all the way from old town scottsdale to come here because I haven't found anything comparable and they do the best job. I mostly go to kimmy but have gone to other nail techs who have done an amazing job. They have a huge selection of different colors and do a great job at helping you find what you're looking for. Their prices are very reasonable and have great customer service. I prefer to make an appointment but they have no issue accepting walk ins as well and will get you in quickly. Dont get me wrong they have some great nail techs and some i would recommend to others to go back for because they are pleasant and not reflected upon host who is generally rude. I get gel manicures on my toes about once a month. I specifically get them because of how long they last. Typically I can get away with as long as I want because my nails grow slowly and the pedicure usually holds up fairly well. Not this time. Not only did I ask for the most basic pedicure and was charged for the most expensive, but the nail tech was rough and careless. She clearly didn't pay attention to detail, she didn't even get off my previous gel polish all the way before applying the new. After I got home, I noticed the gel was applied on my skin bordering my cuticle on a few of my toes. Within two weeks, one of the gel's came off completely. All of the bedding of the gels have slowly started to lift on almost every toe and is destroying my nail. I wouldn't recommend coming here to anyone. Not if you want a quality service for a fair price and mail tech's that care about their work. I would have been better off doing an at home pedicure before coming here. read more

Tina has been doing my nails for over a year. It is my one time every two weeks I can sit relax and not have to make any decisions. I go in sit down and she takes it from there, ask me if I have anything special going on that I need a special color of design, and I tell her you work your magic. I used to go to this place and ONLY this place for YEARS but since they expanded and got more popular they flat out let their customer service and friendly environment go out of the window... there are a select few techs there that are phenomenal and do care about their clients and their work but for the most part, I do not have a good time there. Most recently, when my sister in law & I arrived for our appointment we were rushed to pick a color and sit down.. then my lady was talking to other employees the entire time and when I tried to engage in conversation I got "mhm".. just didn't seem to care. She also didn't even completely cover my nail with the gel polish because she was doing it so quickly - you can see it doesn't touch the bottom of my nail beds in the pic I attached. I also asked if Lily (the owner and also a tech) could do my design because she is so talented and she said that she didn't have time.. for a 2 minute deal. So, my lady did the design and did do a pretty nice job but didn't pay attention to detail with the picture I showed her. Also - let me add that the only reason I went here this time was because my place is closed and I needed my nails done before thanksgiving! I'll end my review with saying - getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and you are supposed to be taken care of with friendly and welcoming vibes - this place has close to none. But not at Infinity Nails. TINA GIVES THE BEST FOOT & BACK MASSAGES! I guarantee you that you've never had a spa pedicure like the one you have from here. We told the gentlemen at the front 3 pedicures, one regular mani, one gel mani and one set of acrylics. He then proceeds to say "Oh acrylics. It's late. We may not have time." We get seated and they start our pedis. At the same time as the pedis they do the acrylics and the regular mani. The gel mani was never done. At check out the same gentleman stated his employees wanted to go home, he can't control them. They're your employees. What do you mean you can't control them. At checkout I received a 20 percent off discount of my next service due to them never doing the gel mani. Some advice: Don't book appointments and then tell your clients you don't have time. Also just a business tip, it looks bad saying your employees want to go home and don't want to work. read more
