Honestly the worse experience I've ever had. Mimi did my infinity pedicure today and I never thought a pedicure could be the furtherest thing from relaxing.. I didn't think a pedicure could ever be such a terrible experience! Let me draw an image in your head for you, imagine recording a massage and than fast forwarding it x4.. well you don't have to fast forward it with her. SHES AGGRESSIVE AND IN THE BIGGEST RUSH! Not even to mention the "back massage" after.. hmm if you enjoyed having you back smacked hard, she's the one for you.. She's lucky I didn't turn around and smack her! What an absolute joke, it's been a few years since I've come here and I can certainly understand why the reviews have come down significantly over the years now.. I can promise you I will never come back here for a beating. read more

I've been going to this nail salon since I was 16yrs old...I'm now over 30yrs old and TINA never disappoints! I drive 45 mins to go to this salon because they cater to all of their customers like VIPS. You're immediately greeted when you walk inside, and 98% of the time, are seated for your service almost immediately. If not, then you are asked kindly wait 5-10 mins, while they will offer you a refreshing homemade iced tea- which is to die for Any time that I have sacrificed driving the distance and tried another nail salon, the nails turn out like crap or chip away within a week. But not at Infinity Nails. TINA GIVES THE BEST FOOT & BACK MASSAGES! I guarantee you that you've never had a spa pedicure like the one you have from here. And guys don't be shy because about 50% of the clients are guys who are getting pedicures. read more

This salon is huge and nicely decorated. They are a bit busy, so I'd recommend making an appointment ahead of time! I usually go for the simple solid color gel manicure, but I've seen Lily make some really intricate designs free hand! She's definitely your go to person if there's something special you want. Here are pictures of the same set of nails with mood changing polish she did for me! It goes from solid white to ombré with blue and then solid blue! AMAZING! read more

This nail salon was in my neighborhood and for years I would go there for pedicures. Sometimes the pedi was good, sometimes my polish was sloppy. The people who run this shop have no respect for their clients' time. Today I had a busy schedule and walked in to ask the gentleman at the counter if there was a wait for a pedicure. He said in 10-15 minutes there would be several employees ready to start new pedis, they were all finishing up their current clients. I waited 15 minutes then was seated in a chair. I waited another 15 minutes with my feet in the water bath, and the place looked deserted. No employees wrapping up other pedis. Another woman sitting beside me said she had waited in her chair a half hour. I put my shoes on and left. I appreciate an honest answer when I ask a question. read more

I was here on 3/9 and left disappointed. I took a picture of the nails that they had designed in the front of the store. I asked the gentleman who was at the 'front desk' how much this design would cost on my big toes, and he suggested that I don't do it unless I am going to be wearing open sandals (and never would tell me a price). Once I got back to the pedicure chair I showed the lady doing my pedicure the picture. She took my phone and showed it to another lady (because apparently my lady couldn't do designs?). After the 'Infinity pedicure' (which was ok) the other lady came over to do my design. I guess I was so much in shock of how dissimilar it was to the picture that I was speechless. The original lady asked me if it was good and I said 'no.' Obviously I didn't make a stink about it - and probably won't return. I will try to attach the 2 pictures (what I wanted, and what I got). read more

Tina did a fantastic job on my Christmas nails. She was so patient with me changing my mind about 5 times. She ended up hand painting delicate individual snowflakes on each of my nails with a candy cane stripe accent nails all topped off with little silver glitter flecks. They're beautiful. Everyone at the shop was so nice, and even though they were packed I was in and out in under and hour including wait time. read more

Despite some of the negative reviews, I've always had a good experience here. Unfortunately my favorite nail tech moved; but any time I've come for a walk in, everyone else had done a good job (I do dip manicures). I work in healthcare and haven't had any concerns about hygiene or cleanliness. Their "ultimate pedicure" is worth the price ($46) in my opinion. It's about 80 minutes of bliss and the paraffin wax leaves my feet so smooth. Ask for Saug, he is fantastic! I'll definitely keep coming here. read more

I literally LOVE jimmy (yes, like jimmy Hendrix). He's hilarious, a perfectionist, and timely... as in you won't be spending too much time sitting there, but you're also not rushed! Also, if you're fun enough, let him be creative! I've never had more compliments on my nails than I do now! Definitely be sure to book an appointment, otherwise good luck getting in Last time, I had Barbie pink nails with the ombré and a clear sparkle coat! #awesome read more

I was in the area looking for a nail salon, this popped up and I stopped in. They did a wonderful job and were very pleasant. My pedicure was nice and relaxing, and my gel manicure turned out perfect. I showed her a picture of my nails from Instagram and she advised another color but similar that would match my skin tone better and did the nail art I wanted and they look so awesome. I never get nail art but saw a photo I loved and she made mine look bette than the photo. read more

It's been a few years since I've been here and I guess business must be booming since they are expanding to the next storefront. For a Monday, they were pretty busy but my friend and I didn't have to wait, gel mani for me and pedi for my friend. Michelle was fabulous! She asked what I wanted and even though I thought I wasn't being very clear, she executed it flawlessly! She was very meticulous about making sure all the hangnails were removed and the manicure was perfect! I'm only giving it four stars because I have had similar quality manicures for $25, so for what I had done, $35 is a bit pricy for me. I will still go back if I'm ever in the area needing my nails done. read more

I love this place. I have been coming for over a year and had a few trials with techs but I have my main person now...no offense but not telling their name as they are so busy already. I also love the new updates to the salon can't wait till side two is done. Lots of chairs, comfortable environment, always accommodating, lots of gel colors. I haven't found my pedicure tech yet but I always like Rose. Pay with cash they charge a .45 cent fee otherwise. Always good designs. Very accommodating. Also get the stamp card, u get 20$ off after 10 visits. They won't tell u about it or remind u to stamp it but still..20$ is 20$. read more

I'm from northern Cali, I get fills with gel polish.. short nails. Pretty basic. Yet I've had the hardest time out here finding someone with good quality and it's super expensive. I come here for Tina, who doesn't over charge me, has great long lasting work and she even finishes my nails quicker than anyone else ever has. I highly recommend coming here. Plus you can have a nice glass of wine while you get your nails done! Very glad I found this place! Thank you Tina! read more

I've been coming here for over four years on and off and it's always been a hit or miss with different nail technicians. But this last time I think will be my last. While the experience is good and the time spent on you is fair, the actual work is not. I got a gel manicure on September 28 and now a week and a half later my nails are chipping. The tips weren't done probably that even after a few days of getting my mani they were already lifting. I have not have enough nail growth of this to happen. Very disappointed. The staff is friendly I just wish they're work was just as good. read more

Had to finally leave after years of employee turnover. Kayla is amazing- she's the only one who takes sincere pride in her work; you'll never get her if you walk in without an appt. Pic of Kayla's work below. Lilly is so rude. I went in with a scheduled appt with her and after 20" of waiting, I asked about eta. Lilly loudly said, "too bad. She's gonna have to wait on me". I was a long term client, through years of trying new people. It was close to my home so I kept trying. Gave up and found Queens Nails at PV mall. Way better. read more

Not impressed whatsoever! Went in looking for a pale pink, which I found on the swatch (78). When she started and I saw it was SO much darker. I even said how much darker it was and she didn't even recognize that I was talking to her. When I got out of the chair i noticed that they are all different lengths and different shapes. When I went to the front I showed the guy how different the colors were and he gave me a 20% off card for me to come back. I am having my engagement pictures taken next week and there is no way I will have my nails looking like this for our pictures. Very first time here. Staff wasn't welcoming AT ALL. Went in for a gel mani and pedi, the pedi was OK. But when I got sat with another woman, believe her name was "TT" for my mani she was paying NO attention at all to what she was doing with my hands, after several attempts of me asking to look down, she still didn't. Was talking the entire time, & didn't even perform the manicure I asked for. Rubbed lotion on my hands for two seconds and got up and walked away. So unprofessional Besides that, It's very overpriced, I'd recommend Znails right up on 7th ave & Union Hills. Cheaper prices, better customer services AND they actually interact. Too bad it was close and i had to come and experience this at Infinity Nails read more

I have no idea why this place is getting such mediocre or even bad reviews. My experience was completely different. I was greeted promply and given a comfy spa pedicure chair with the perfect temperature water to soak in. Tracy was my nail tech and she did both my manicure and pedicure. She took her time, was very kind, talked to me the right amount, and she's very talented. Oh and the massages (yes, plural!) we're nothing short of amazing. For a very thorough "regular" Mani/Pedi, it was only $46! What a steal. I was very pleased by the atmosphere and the shop is very clean. I would say give it a try and if you are skeptical..just ask for Tracy- you won't be dissapointed. Next time I'm in Phoenix, I know exactly where I will be visiting. read more

I am so dissatisfied how my feet turned out after coming here. I'm not one to go to the nail salon much and get a pedicure, mainly because I don't like people touching my feet. So when I do I expect the experience to be good. For the most part the experience was good, however, the final outcome was less to be desired. I got the infinity package pedicure with callus remover and this is how my feet turned out (shown in picture). I'm sorry, but if I'm going to pay $25 (20 for the package and $5 for callus remover) to get my feet done I expect them to be baby smooth at the end. This was definitely not the case. Will certainly not be coming back here again. I just wish there were more nail salons around that provided quality service at a competitive price. I have yet to find one. read more

Misa is my go-to girl for gel manicures - ALWAYS. My nails look amazing for three full weeks after her. She doesn't spend a lot of time cleaning, though. I've had my gel mani done by Rose if Misa is busy, and Rose's gel mani lasted about two weeks but was the most thorough mani of my life! She took the time to really clean out my nails and examine each one for consistent length and shape. Love her! What a sweetheart. They also have a lot of nail color options for gel, which I love. I gave 4 stars because the inconsistency among staff is a little annoying, but overall you won't be disappointed. UPDATE -- In the last 18 months, I've lost three of my favorite nail technicians because of the turnover. Also, for my last two pedicure appointments, I was seated after a 20+ minute wait. This is extremely frustrating. The techs do a great job, but the scheduling / front desk is super unorganized with no structure for serving customers on a first come, first serve basis. I won't be coming back. read more

I was coming to this location for years but after today's service I will never come back. I go here often and like most of the reviews say, this place is a hit or miss. A lot of the time I leave liking my nails, but there are also many occasions that my nails look uneven, bumpy and there's a bunch of residue caked under my nails and on the side. They argue with me almost every time about the shape and spend most of the time talking on the phone or talking to each other. Last time I went the lady didn't even acknowledge me until she tried shaping my nail without asking me what I wanted, and I had to speak up (of course to be argued with). Although, there are a few nails techs that care and do a great job. Mike for instance is fantastic at shaping, never rushes you and is never on his phone while doing my nails. I always leave loving them because he actually listens to what you want. Overall, not the best place I've been to. If you get the right person it's good but if you're looking for a relaxing and consistent experience this place is probably not for you. read more

This place has gone to . There use to be so many people there but now there isn't even a handful of workers. I originally called and asked for Diana but apparently she quit (Good for her!!) and went to Lily instead. I know she does good nail art too but she was so rude and she was acting like she was doing me a favor by doing my nails. She rushed through the whole service and didn't really care to ask if I was Happy with my nails. My nails are so thick, so curved and so wide. It looks like I have shovels for fingers. If I could put 0 stars I would! Worst experience at a nail salon and I will NEVER be back and I will make sure anyone I come in contact with won't either! Just so I can break down my experience and why it was so unpleasant, first thing when you walk in you feel so unwelcome.. no smiles, no urgency to greet you or help you... second thing the guy that stands up at the front that pretty much does nothing but puts a price on everything and tells you where to sit is a completed mother ******!!!! I sat there and said I wanted a full set JUST POWDER, NO POLISH/GEL on top completely PLAIN and he makes me feel like they won't even service me because I'm not paying $40 a set and makes me feel like I'm waisting their time... and still I pay $25 for nothing! Third nail lady does such an ugly freaking job on my coffin shaped plain nails...thick and effortlessly done... spoke to her neighbor next to her in Chinese the entire time without making an attempt to conversation with me, just laughing with her other nail lady!!! Finally Chinese guy from the front brings my check for $30...... when he said $25..... he then argues with me, told me "it's an extra $5 for length" I said "I was never told that", then tried to give me another excuse "it's $5 extra because the coffin shape" again I was never told I would be charged extra for the shape of them... and then he told me "YOUR WRONG I TOLD YOU $25 FOR BASIC PLAIN FULL SET"..... I lost it at that point I should have just walked out and not paid them a dime for these ugly things..... !!! I gave them $25 NO TIP and walked out! Like I said I will NEVER be back!!!!!!!!! Please also clean your stations it looks like a Chinese factory in there, so dirty and disorganized.... I have never felt relaxed in there like a nail salon/spa should feel... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE THEIR NAIL WORK IS HIDEOUS AND SO IS THEIR SERVICE.. waaaaay overpriced for the low quality and products. read more

Came in for a basic pedicure, my tech was Don. Don was pretty nice but the woman next to him was unfriendly. Stared constantly yet never said hello. The woman wasn't even doing my feet, yet leaned over and tried to up sell for calluses remover. I said cool , but ended up paying for a service I didn't receive. He barely scrubbed my feet let alone used the tool that is used for callus removing. Basically got another $6 bucks out of me for absolutely nothing. I have been going here every 2 weeks and always ring my 2 daughters for along 4 years. Lately they have been horrible! Even some of their best techs have gotten lazy and sloppy! Last time I was in there I tried to walk out when I asked for my typical pedi and gel manicure I got the worst half assed pedicure and then say so where for over 20 min when I finally got up to walk out is when I was thrown to someone and again she did a horrible job..
