Then they went in with the gel x. I hadn't tried it previously so I figured I would give it a shot and who knows maybe I might change my choice of nail enhancement. I asked for a tapered square French set. I feel like I personally have chubby fingers so the wrong shape is entirely unflattering. At the end of it I paid and walked out completely unhappy with the nail service. However the pedicure was lovely and absolutely worth the time and the cost. I guess the lesson here is know what services a place actually provides before booking.

Terrible customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience…read more I simply walked in around 2 PM hoping to get a mani and pedi for two people. As I approached the front counter, I politely asked, "Do you have an opening for two mani and pedis?" The woman at the front responded rudely, "Okay, go pick out your nail color," while rolling her eyes and walking away with an obvious attitude. That first interaction immediately made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I hadn't even received a service yet, and I already felt like I was being treated differently for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, the experience was enough for me to walk out without spending a dime. I cannot speak to the quality of their services because I chose not to stay, but customer service starts with how you treat people when they walk through the door. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
