I had an amazing gel manicure from Chanel, she gave amazing service and will most definitely be…read moregoing back to her. But she did an amazing honest thing by informing me of a scam one of their other nail techs did, I asked for gel during my last manicure and actually got hard gel, I did not ask for hard gel nor did he attempt to persuade me to switch to hard gel he just gave it to me and charged me for it I was under the impression I was paying for regular gel polish, Chanel realized this and informed me since doing the removal had been different than regular gel polish. I had gotten both French tip manicure/pedicure done so the price didn't surprise me too much since I know French tips tend to up the price. It's really disappointing that this business had allowed a scam situation like this to happen. This techs name was Guam, I don't know the exact spelling but honestly learning the truth has made me want to not go back unless I am seeing Chanel specifically. Just be careful when getting your nails done here especially by Guam himself or you'll end up paying for a service you didn't ask for. The business did take off the hard gel removal fee for me which I appreciated.

They changed their pricing. You used to get a pedi, massage, salt scrub and basic callous scrub…read more Now everything is an add on. The basic is really just that. Basic. Hadn't been in a few months and wow. The woman did just the bare minimum. I get that prices are going up for everything. But it would be nice before your feet are in the water to get a courtesy heads up. Disappointing.

Let's start by saying this is the best experience I've had at a nail salon. Everyone there was…read morefriendly. They even catered to my 4 year old and she loved it. I have really short nails and they came out perfect. I cannot wait to go back for a pedicure.

I have come to CPNS a number of times. I have had mani' and pedi' with several technicians, I have…read morebeen the most satisfied with Lee. She does an amazing job and my nails always look natural. I can also tell she is very busy with many requests for her services. I have moved my appointments because she is not available. Today I called and the owner Chi scheduled my appointment with Lee as requested. She also told me Lee could only give me a manicure and someone else would give me my pedicure which I said was fine. I get to salon, Lee is finishing up with a client and then comes over and begins my pedicure. I have my AirPods in and not thinking anything about it. Trying to relax in my broken chair and hot side of the salon, (broken a/c). Then another employee walks over and says to me, "Hi, sorry but Lee can only give you one service." I respond with I don't understand???? By this time Lee is on the phone with Chi and then hands the phone to me. Chi then tells me Lee can only give me one service, so I clarify with ok, so she can only give me a pedicure? I'm still confused. Then Chi says, "I told you Lee can only give you a manicure so when you sat down and she started to give you a pedicure you should have told her to stop!" Now I'm very frustrated and proceed to tell Chi it is not my responsibility or any customers responsibility to direct her technicians or keep the salon' schedules! It is her responsibility to NOT overbook. She then tries to talk me into going to another technician but I told her no, I have had experiences with other technicians and have left unhappy with their work. I spend too much money on my nails to not be satisfied with the work. Chi says ok well I don't know what to tell you! I respond with ok I'll leave after my pedicure, which she did not care about. Lee's next appointment comes in and I explain to the lady the situation and she was so sweet and offered to wait so Lee could give me my manicure. Which turned out great. The owner failed to communicate in a way expected from an owner of a business. She also told me she told Lee not to give me a pedicure so she didn't understand why she did, also not becoming of an owner or employer. She did not offer any apologies or take any responsibility for the situation she ultimately was the one responsible for. It's unfortunate I will not be returning here. I really like Lee's work and she's very friendly but I cannot support this business owner.

First of all, I want to say that I am an acrylic nail newbie. I've gotten normal, gel and dip…read moremanicures in the past, but recently wanted to try acrylic. 3 months ago, I got my first full set here and today, I got my 3rd fill done. The owner/male technician is really a master at his craft. He is fast and sure with his movements. I've seen photos of the artwork he can do, but I didn't ask for anything fancy (just nude/neutral color) so that the manicure can last as long as possible without becoming unsightly. Today, I was at 4.5 weeks from my last fill, and honestly, if I didn't stare too closely, it still looked good before the fill! I feel like that's evidence of a really good technician! So, of all the different types of manicures one can choose from, acrylic (when done by a skilled and experienced tech) seems to last the longest. The salon was quiet and there were 2 other clients in the space during my visit. They prefer appointments, but will sometimes take walk-ins. The owner has always been pleasant and professional at each of my appointments. I'm so glad to have discovered acrylic here, at this salon!

The pedicures need a bit more work and effort. I did get my nails filled here & I asked a glitter ombré - the guy was getting frustrated with how much time it took to add the glitter, then just shortcutted & painted it on the tips instead. Granted, they still looked good, but it wasn't what I asked for.
