I was so excited to have somewhere close by that was open on Monday mornings. I upgraded to a deluxe gel pedicure. I have multiple cuts, the polish is see through, the top coat is scuffed on one big toe and then there's polish on the skin of another. If I wasn't hopping on a flight, I would've requested they re do them.

I've had a lot better.

I had a mani pedi here. Some parts were pleasant. The things that weren't were: 2 of my fingernails and one of my toenails were nicked, I was charged a rate and then 20 minutes later I was told I was charged the "wrong rate" and I owed another 3 dollars, which they only wanted me to pay in cash or add onto the tip portion of the card they had already charged. Pretty shady. I won't be back, the manicure is very mediocre as far as paint precision

Im really not impressed with my gel manicure :(

I went here because my normal salon was booked and I really wanted to like it. The salon is rather large and had nice pedicure chairs. My spa pedicure turned out great. The gal did a nice job and im happy with my pretty pink toesies! My gel manicure, however, has left me debating if I should go somewhere else to get it fixed. (See photo) I asked for grey and the color is more brown. I also asked the gal not to use an electric nail drill to get my old polish off and soak instead but she did it anyway. My polish is uneven and she didn't get the sides very well. They are also filed uneven. I tried to say something but she didn't speak english very well, so I gave up. Super bummed i'm stuck with these for 2 weeks unless I want to go somewhere else and pay. The price was good - 25 for the pedi and only 20 for the mani and the massage was great, but I certainly wont be back any time soon.

I love coming here. I have been to tons of nail salons in the valley, and this is my favorite one by far. Every tech I've had is friendly, attentive, and always knows what to do in regards to my nails. I'm done going to other places. This place really is a gem. Side note: I always come with my fiancé because he is a forever customer at the barber shop next door. So make it a date if you wish.

I had Lindsay and she did a French deluxe pedicure. It took 90 minutes and was very much worth it. She was great company and her detail to my toes was amazing. My French tips look great and I would ask for her again. It was super easy to book my appointment online, which is a huge plus.

I would highly recommend asking detailed questions about pricing and the technician's experience level before starting your appointment. I have natural nails and requested a dark pink clear polish with my nails shortened. There was no design, artwork, or specialty color involved. During the appointment, the technician asked if I wanted my cuticles cut, and after already beginning the service, informed me that this would now be considered a manicure with additional cost. What surprised me the most was the final result and price. My nails were cut drastically shorter than I expected, and the total came to $90 for acrylic-related services with a very simple clear polish look. Unfortunately, the outcome did not match the cost in my opinion. This is actually the second disappointing experience I've had at this salon, which is why I felt it was important to leave a review for future customers. The salon itself may work well for others, but I personally left feeling unhappy with the communication, pricing transparency, and final result. I can say the establishment is very clean, cute decor. They offer a drink with the services which is a nice touch.

I usually come in with a vision for my nail designs, and they always bring them to life with amazing attention to detail and patience. I've never had an issue with either service, and I come in regularly to keep my nails clean and presentable. The salon is always spotless and well-maintained. They truly have an amazing team that genuinely looks out for their customers, whether you're a new client or a regular. The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing!! If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

I got a Cat Eye gel pink, which totaled up to around $45 (it would've been $10 cheaper if it weren't Cat Eye and just a regular gel)! My nail tech Anny did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting her next time too. She was very gentle in the removal of my past gel -- I feel like I've had nail techs who kind of just chip away at the gel and my natural nail. But Anny was super gentle and was very detail-oriented with the clean-up and shaping. My nails looked so fresh and clean before she even painted it. The final results of her work are in the pictures I attached! One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. It's been a week since going and my nails haven't chipped or anything, and the paint's still in tact. Love this place!

A beautiful salon with a few things I loved, but also some details that left me a little hesitant…read more I recently visited Element Nail Bar for a full set of builder gel nails, which came out to $95. The staff was genuinely super friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and water. It's always those little touches that make a nail appointment feel a bit more elevated and relaxing. The biggest issue for me was the pricing transparency. I called ahead of time and was quoted a lower price, but when I arrived, the price was higher. I completely understand that nail services can vary depending on length, shape, size, and the amount of product needed, but I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years, and I've always appreciated knowing the price before the service begins. What threw me off was that I had already explained the length, size, color, and exactly what I wanted, yet I was still told they needed to see the nails in person and determine those details before they could give me the final price. I would have preferred a clear price range or estimate upfront so there were no surprises once I was already seated. Unfortunately, the biggest concern came the very next day. One side of one of my nails already has gel cracking and lifting, which is disappointing considering I had just had the service done the day before. I'm hoping this is an isolated issue, but for a $95 builder gel set, I definitely expected better longevity. Overall, I really liked the friendly atmosphere and the complimentary drinks were such a cute touch. I just think the pricing communication could be much more transparent, and the durability of the set needs some improvement. For me, those details make a big difference when choosing a salon I'd want to return to.
