Super disappointed. I went to go get a full set with acrylic. The lady spent less than 45 minutes on my nails in total. I got French tips. She never filed my nails so now I have glue and acrylic stuck to my skin and they look not good. I spent $75 on these nails and I'm really disappointed would not recommend. Super bad service. I went in on Mother's Day to take my mom and myself to get our toes done. We paid extra for gel, just for the gel to start coming off the very next day. I went back immediately to see if they could fix the issue, and the lady at the front was super dismissive and rude. She kept telling me I had to come another day even though it was a very small fix. I even explained that I could make an appointment, but she still said no in a rude way. Definitely do not recommend. I wish I didn't even have to give 1 star. read more

All because a receipt never printed because the reader was out of paper. I showed her my bank statement she ignored me. I asked for my card back she refused to give me my card nd charged me an extra 4 times. I was charged 350 in total. I still hadn't received my card after the transactions until I called the cops. I am literally wondering how, HOW is this place still open? I came as a walk-in about a week ago, for gel manicure. The salon (the space is really big) - was completely empty. There was not a single customer. That should've been a red flag right there and I should've walked out right away! The person at the front asked what do I need, I said- gel manicure. She said- go around in the back. So I went around and in the back was a lady sitting on one of the pedicure massage chairs- she pointed a station for me to take a seat and she said I will need to wait. Believe it or not- she wanted me to sit there and wait for her massage session to be over! I have never ever heard of such behavior lol!! I said ok and took a seat. A moment later, her boss came out and told her something in their language, to which 'my technician' slowly got out of the chair, not happy for having to quit her session for me (the mere customer) - the whole thing was really hilarious and bizarre. She brought a bowl of cold water to 'soak'. I told her just to clean the cuticles as I shape my nails myself. She then went to apply the gel (I brought my own). She did a sloppy job on two nails and I didn't want her to continue and asked how much I owe her so far- she asked for $25! I left them $20 and even that was really generous! Needless to say I will never go back here. Such a shame as the salon is beautiful and really big! And it's located next to a very busy Walmart! They could be making crazy money. I saw the bad reviews but thought to myself I just want a full and French tip and cut down. Simple. They were very nice, greeted me, asked me what I wanted, I said fill, cut down, French tip. She sat me down right away. The lady moved extremely slow and was not very detailed but I thought she will sharpen everything towards the end maybe? I don't tell them how to do their job, all nail techs do things differently. Once she started doing polish I realized she was not going to file them down but I was pressed for time now that she had taken so long. Then she used a milky white over and over for the French tip so it looks runny and thick. I also showed her my previous french how thin I wanted it and she did this rounded thing. The French tip as u can tell us very uneven, the nails are rounded at the edges not squared. On top of that they charged me $50 and she asked about a tip I said no to the tip. I will have to go somewhere else later to fix it. Had I had the time I would have stayed and asked them to fix it but I didn't. read more

I will never be returning prices are ridiculous! They advertise $40 pedicure yet charge you $65 at payment nails look ugly and she used all used tools . Nail files looked used and the lady burnt me with the rocks. I said square nails and she proceeded to round them. Price is NOT worth the service I received today. I had a 35 dollar pedicure service with acrylic toe and gel. She didn't massage my feet and I have nail polish on my skin. The acrylic dried to my toes. I sat down to get my gel nails taken off but ran to my car (right outside) to get my air pods. I came back TWO minutes later and someone was in my seat. Strike one. The tech doing my pedicure gave me a massage worse than my six year old. She literally rubbed lm my legs like i asked her to do it for free. It was almost annoying. Imagine someone petting your legs the way they would pet a well behaved Pomeranian if they were afraid of dogs. So yeah, Strike two Then, I had to tell her to clip my nails down, had she spoken to me during the entire service she would've known that i wanted my nails cut down and that i didn't want no chip/gel polish. Strike three Then she sits me down to remove my No chip and starts someone else's manicure service. I literally just needed the polish removed, not a full service. I got up and left because i refused to suffer any longer. This trip to the mail salon was supposed to be a pick me up but it actually made my day worse! It's also freezing in there for some reason. It's December in Arizona and the heating must not be working. Strike four Also, the shop needs work. A) Pedicure B) Manicure C) Customer Service A) PEDICURE: 1) They stuck us on Pedi chairs for 45 minutes! Toes were prunes! BAD! 2) The gal I got was elderly and was very confused and forgetful. 3) My sister's girl gave her a hearty pedi (scrubbed, used tools, massage, etc.) while my elderly lady hardly even made any contact with my feet. No scrubbing, no detailing with tools, no massage, etc. HORRIBLE!! 4) I picked a color and asked her if she can put glitter on the big toe only. She didn't understand and went looking for other colors and disappeared forever!! I had to tell her, "never mind", "just use the color I picked out." 5) See photo of the CRAPPY polished toes results B) MANICURE: 1) Confusion and forgetfulness was even worse!! She would start on one hand and not finish all nails, then switch and do the same thing. This went on throughout the entire manicure. 2) She finally realized that she didn't take my polish off. She did not take all the polish off before she began polishing with new polish. I had to stop her. 3) What massage???? She put lotion on my hands and arms. She gave me a slight massage on my right hand and skipped the other hand. Told me to go wash my hands. She left the lotion blobs on both arms. I had to rub the lotion in MYSELF!!!!! 4) She did not clean my nails AT ALL.... not under nails nor on the sides. I had to ask her to do a better job. DID NOT DO ANY BETTER. I spent 5 minutes in the sink with the brush provided scrubbing my nails and digging out crap she should have done. C) CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1) My sister told the manger (or person who seemed to be in charge) that I wasn't happy and if she could go observe her. The manager scolded my sister like it was our fault. She wouldn't even go observe what the elderly women was doing. (rather, not doing) 2) Before walking out, my sister told the same lady, "We will never come to your place again." My wife came to this place to get her nails done for graduation season. She asked for a specific style that she found on Pinterest and showed them the picture. I guess the lady didn't understand what she wanted even after looking at the picture (second picture). My wife came home upset and not satisfied with the results (first picture). We went back to ask for a refund or at least for them to fix it but the manager refused to help us out and didn't want to give us a refund. The most horrible experience, I read all the negative reviews but I still went in. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I moved to Arizona 5 years ago and I am yet to find a good nail shop. The pedicure and full set were both not good. They charged me $18 extra for the gel polish which is not listed on their pricing. I don't like surprises. The fist nail technician cut three of my fingers while filing. They work in a hurry and did a sloppy job. I was made to wait an hour for another nail technician. She was a little better than the first tech but as you see in the picture the end result was not good. My toe nails polish is over my cuticle so it will peel off. Jennifer was recommended to me but she apparently doesn't do full sets. read more

I asked for the $45 pedicure. Was treated rudely for not wanting a manicure as well. She put on the sugar scrub and then disappeared for over ten minutes. When she came back, she rinsed off the scrub - every salon I've ever gone to has a sugar scrub massage. She slapped on the lotion and then used a towel to wipe it off - no massage. She used the hot stone to touch my foot. No paraffin wax. The actual nail polish covered part of my skin on my toes since she didn't trim the cuticle & the nail polish didn't cover the sides on several of my toenails. Worst pedicure ever. I asked for acrylic on my two big toes and was told it would be 18$ then later got told it was 10$.
