I'm new to the area and stopped in on a whim to get a pedicure. I wasn't expecting to get serviced right away, it's best to make an appointment, but they were able to accommodate me.Ly was fast and friendly and he did a fantastic job on my feet. I'm all ready for spring!

Absolutely in love with my EDC music festival nails!! I've been coming here for forever and Emily never disappoints with her creativity

Gap between nail and DIP powder and on the 2nd day they started chipping.

Dissatisfied w/ my DIP. I even told Sue my nails had a gap if she could put more powder and she said "next time" really? I mentioned how often I wash my hands at work and didn't bother adding more powder. This is on the 2nd day. I couldn't return to have her fix it because of work but definitely not returning.

Coffin matte nails. Perfect!

The BEST pedicure I've ever had! I am so sad I lost their business card because the staff of three that was there deserves a major shout out. I have have pedis at private spas, locations that charge a hundred bucks and give you champagne and this experience was much better by far. The gentleman that did my nails and the other lady were just amazing. I took my mother in law with me and her nails turned out perfect as well. Thank you! Best customer service, quality and artwork!

full set, $35 since they are stiletto shaped.

my experience was very good getting a full set. i failed to get his name i didn't even ask because of how hard it is to talk/hear with the masks on. BUT, the elderly lady next to me did not have a good experience with her manicurist. (the other man, younger.) the man was very rough and impatient with her. he was hurting her and when she cried out saying it hurt, he snapped back saying it didn't hurt. he didn't listen to a word he said and he was very snappy. my manicurist and him were talking to each other and she kindly told him "i am hard of hearing, if you're talking to me, please speak up." and he snapped at her saying "i'm not talking to you." and then hurriedly finished her nails and didn't even see her out the door. she had a walker and needed help with the door. my manicurist ended up having to leave me and help her. (i have no problem with that because she needed help and i wasn't in a rush, just very rude of the other guy.)

Perfect!!

AMAZING! I am not sure of the names of the 2 techs that did my nails but they did exactly what I asked for! This is the first time in the last 15 years that I've been getting my nails done that someone actually got the length and design perfect! Found my new favorite place!!

This is an inside look at this beautiful spa!

This has become my new place for Pedicures and manicures along with pure relaxation! The chairs they have are incredible!!! Everyone there is top notch and trained well in the art of Reflexology. I indulge myself with luxury spa pedi w/hot stones and manicure. Between the pedicure and the chairs that massage you, I find myself falling into a deep state of relaxation which isn't easy for me. The whole family that runs this new spa are wonderful. One of the hardest working family I know. Give this new spa under new management and you won't walk away disappointed. Love this place!

Had my nails done Thursday and they looked beautiful. Not sure what happened but 4 days later gel polish is pealing and a nail breaks. Bummer that I'm needing them fixed the day they are closed. Off to find someone to fix them ASAP.

12 hour old fill.

So relaxing, so professional, so polite, and waaaaaaaaaay too many colors to pick from. :) I finally decided to get acrylic nails (after 20 years without). Very happy with my new set. The rates are very reasonable and lots of options. Please don't fall for those terrible reviews. I have been going to Kristine's since 2009 and I will continue as long as they are in business.

And they were texting back and forth while she was trying to do my nails. I wrote a review at the time and at that time was told by the owner to come in and he would make it right. I declined. So fast-forward to today, I thought I would give them another shot as I was next-door buying groceries anyway. I couldn't believe it, I ended up getting the mother again as my so-called technician. She still doesn't have a clue what she's doing, pulled up a very messy unorganized cart that she couldn't find anything she was looking for, not interested at all doing a good job, and constantly looked up every time a customer walked in, was more interested in the conversation around us than she was in doing my mini pedi. She haphazardly trimmed my nails, did minimal filling, did not trim my cuticles, and spent less than 10 seconds on each heel scrub. Got a wet rag, (not even heated), wiped my feet and said " your the special right" . I nodded yes and she said "your done" The owner was doing a pedicure on a customer in the next chair, so he has to be aware of the mother's limitations, but still chooses to let her work on customers. This is very unhealthy and unsafe. Most states require nail technicians to be licensed.

Unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed, and I don't think I'll be returning. The manicure was okay. It was pretty quick, but the polish was applied evenly and I was happy with it. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. The pedicure, however, was a completely different experience. The technician was an older lady, and from the beginning I could tell she was having some difficulty with the polish. Her hands seemed noticeably shaky, and although she was trying, the application on several of my toes was not clean. **Two of my toenails in particular looked really bad after the first application. The polish was uneven and messy, the edges weren't clean, and it looked like the nails had not been properly finished. There was polish where it shouldn't have been, and the overall application looked sloppy rather than like a finished professional pedicure.** I was sitting there looking at my toes thinking, *There is no way I'm supposed to walk out of here with my toes looking like this.* I was also concerned because she didn't use toe separators. Since I specifically chose regular polish rather than gel, I knew the polish would need time to dry, and without separators I was worried that my toes would touch each other and mess up the polish. Thankfully, they didn't end up rubbing together. The technician did end up having to redo the problem areas on my toes. That helped, but the fact that they needed to be redone in the first place was frustrating, especially after already sitting through the service. I'll be posting pictures of **the first attempt and what I was apparently expected to leave the salon with**, because honestly, the pictures tell the story better than I can. If I hadn't said anything, I would have been walking out with two toes that looked noticeably unfinished and poorly painted. The massage itself was fine, and I don't want to say the entire pedicure was terrible because there were parts that were perfectly fine. But for a professional salon service, I expect the polish application to look clean and finished, especially when I'm paying full price. And then came the payment situation. While I was sitting in the chair waiting for my regular polish to dry, I was asked if I wanted to pay. I said sure. I was then told they only accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. I chose Zelle because I have it and have used it to pay businesses before. However, when I entered the phone number they gave me, the recipient came up as **"Ricky" instead of the business name**. I specifically said, "It says Ricky, not T Nails." I was told, essentially, that yes, that was correct. That really threw me off. I've paid businesses through Zelle before, and the payment information has been connected to the business. Having the payment come up under what appeared to be a personal name made me uncomfortable. Then I was told the total was **$65 for the manicure and pedicure**. At that point, I was honestly pretty frustrated. I had already been there close to two hours, the pedicure had to be corrected because two of the toenails were poorly done initially, and I was still charged the full $65 without any sort of courtesy adjustment. I wasn't expecting the entire service to be free. But given that there was a noticeable problem with the pedicure and I had to have part of the service redone, I expected at least a small discount -- even $5 would have shown some acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I've been to other salons where, if there was even a slight problem with a service, they would remove the affected service from the bill or offer some kind of adjustment. So I was surprised that there was no attempt to do anything here. The salon itself was clean, but very plain, and there were only two people there during my visit. The actual service was okay overall, but it was not spectacular, and the problems with the pedicure combined with the payment situation really left a bad impression. **The biggest issue for me wasn't that the service wasn't perfect. It was that I was presented with a visibly poor first attempt on two of my toenails, had to have them redone, waited nearly two hours for the entire appointment, was charged the full $65, and was then asked to send the payment through Zelle to someone named "Ricky" rather than the business.** I'll post the pictures of my toes from the first attempt so people can see exactly what I mean. **Look at the photos and judge for yourself whether that is how a paying customer should be expected to leave a salon.** Just be forewarned.
