I can see how someone could give a low rating however, I had a good experience. Do note: this nail salon is INSIDE the Walmart. Karen did my toes and dip nails. She was calm and quiet most of the time besides her answering the phone (which was fine as I was on zoom meetings on my laptop almost the entire time I was there) I got the dip nails and she said she could not do long coffin nails for the dip which was a bit disappointing but they turned out cute. Had a great experience. Hot stone pedicure was very relaxing. Broad selection of gel polishes in super fun and trendy colors. Prices are reasonable and fair. Service was fast given the location and time of day. Very happy with the shape of my manicure and the neat polish application. Manicurist was extremely nice and set me at ease. I have no doubt that the establishment is sanitary, and witnessed utensils being cleaned after use, though there was no visible soap or bubbles in any of the soaking water. Would have easily given five stars if I had more peace of mind about the level of cleanliness here. Would return if I was back in the area. read more

Kinda high in price imo for what you get and I was cut twice to bleeding during my pedicure. They did give an excellent massage though.

Horrible service. One hour and 30 minutes before closing and they stated they're done for the day. I could not get a pedicure. Will never go back sad as people are jobless and they don't want to work. Get a new profession if you can't work till the end of your shift. read more

Okay - this is the salon inside Walmart. Yes. I was skeptical... really skeptical. But honestly it's one of the best experiences I've had. I moved to the valley about a year ago and have been seeking out a nail salon I like for a long time. It hadn't worked out until today when I came here. This was amazing. They took their time, did great massages, and my gel mani and regular pedi look amazing. I went with my mom and we were both able to forget we were inside a Walmart. A pretty big feat if you ask me! I will definitely be back here. Everyone I met was amazing, kind, and very thorough. They were very attentive to detail and have a GREAT color selection! They were also really easy to understand! I was worried about coming here, in all honesty. It's inside the Walfart and truth be told, I despise wally world. I had an appointment at 5:30 for a pedicure and showed up 10 min early. I had a feeling that I was going to have to wait which is usually the case anywhere else. But, no, I was called back at 5:30. It's a little cramped in there. Only 4 chairs for pedis and 4 maybe 5 manicure tables, I can't remember. I hadn't had a pedicure in about 6 months so my feet were rought and gross, like what you'd expect Wilma Flintstone's feet to look like. I was embarrassed they were so neglected. anyway, fast forward 90 minutes and my feet are finished. Karen did an amazing job on my feet. She spent 40 minutes on my callouses. Even though I got the deluxe pedicure I wasn't too concerned that she didn't massage my feet or legs with the hot stones etc. I was just pleased she spent time getting rid of the grossness. If you're picky and expect the seats to be super soft and cushiony then this isn't the place for you. The massage chairs were a little worn and weren't very soft. There was noise from the store, as in kids screaming and rickety carts etc. But for the great job that Karen did, I'll definitely be back. read more

I got a pedicure and fill- gel and I wasn't that happy with the pedicure. The man hurt me a lot and even made me jump a little and he didn't paint the nails at the base so they look like it's grown out. But he did an amazing job on my fingernails! I absolutely love them and he didn't hurt me at all. He got them the exact shape I wanted them. He was also really nice we talked and laughed and it made the experience better. While I'm sure they do good work I was not impressed with the customer service. I went in to see if I could get a short black stiletto acrylic set. I was looking at the menu and a man came up to me asked what I needed I told him what I wanted and when I said black regular polish he said "we don't do that." turned around and walked away. I love how Kim that's my nails but every time I go it seems there getting worse on taking clients and they tell the wait is 30-45 minutes and is more then 1 hour wait. I was cut while getting a manicure and I was fine with it at first because mistakes happen... However, the polish was put on so thickly that an hour after having the service the polish was still not dried and gummy. This lead to smudging as I did not have the time to not use my hands for over an hour. I just removed the polish. Waste of money. read more

Worst manicure/pedicure I've ever had. The tech cut my toe nails down to the nail bed. Not attractive. The manicure was not good either. Poor job on my cuticles and polish did not last the day. By evening, it was wearing off at the edges and I ended up removing the color completely and just using clear polish. On both feet and hands, color was not applied to the edges so all nails looked like they were growing out at the cuticle. I paid for a callous removal and the tech completely missed my heels, which is the part of my foot that needed the scrub. Unfortunately I headed out the next morning to a conference, or I would have taken pictures and left the review then. I won't be returning. read more

This place is amazing! I've been to so many nail salons in my life time and this is by far the best! I came in about 30 minutes before closing and the older lady there with glasses (I didn't get her name) was so sweet, she wasn't pushy like a lot of nail artists are when it comes to pedicures. She helped me get to different places when my shoes were wet, helped me get things out of my purse when I couldn't open it while my nails were being done. She gave me and amazing pedicure and then brought me over to John's (I believe that was his name) stand to do my manicure. He was really nice and VERY talented. I honestly couldn't nitpick anything wrong with my nails. Him and the older lady both even stayed after hours for me and I'm grateful. Prices aren't too bad and they don't go charging extra for doing something small or try to guilt you into anything you don't want to get. I will definitely be a returning customer! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. When I got there it was 30 minutes until closing time. I asked if they had 2 spots open for a full set for me and a pedicure for my grandma. I really expected them to say no because of how late and how full the salon was with only 2 of them working. They said okay and to wait. Once she finished with this other girls nails as soon as she got up she told me to sit down. She didn't sanitize the station at all because she was clearly in a rush which is just disgusting especially because of the current pandemic. She started clipping my nails and everything as normal. She started gluing on the tips and using way too much glue so if you know anything about fake nails you're not supposed to use a lot of glue because it can actually make them fall off and not last as long. Not a big deal right? She continues with my set and clips them into a long stiletto shape and everything else. Then we get to the acrylic, which she didn't really place correctly and kind of just put it wherever she wanted. She wasn't really following any sort of method which I thought was weird. Then we get to the filing/dremel WHICH HURT SO BAD. The filing hurt because she was being extremely rough and pulling on my actual nails in a hurry to get them filed. I kept squirming a bit in the chair because it hurt so bad and she yelled at me to stop moving, which obviously I was trying not to but I told her that it hurt really bad. She didn't care and continued filing as hard a possible. I had been to this salon before a lot of times in the past and the filing never hurt this bad. Then she got out the dremel tool and made me bleed on 2 fingers. Didn't even apologize. Then we got to the polish and she didn't even let me go rinse my nails from all the powder and just started painting OVER it. I was so irritated by this point. You could see all the little bumps under the nail polish from the powder. Then she went on to argue with me about the top coat I brought because it was matte and wouldn't let me use it. At the end of everything we asked how much and she acted like it was gonna be super expensive even though for a full set it's only ever been 30 dollars and they never charged for length. That's the whole reason i would come to this salon for the past 5 years because they never charged for length and I explained that to her. Then she straight up tried to gaslight me and say that's not true and that they definitely charged me more I'm just not remembering correctly. I told her I didn't mind that the prices changed I was just explaining that, that's how it used to be. She kept denying it and telling me I was wrong until the other girl finally told us that they changed owners but kept the same name. Also the whole time she made rude remarks through the service saying my haircut was simple and judging us for spending money on our nails acting like we were rich which isn't the case we were just treating ourselves. Just don't go here. It's seriously not worth it since they switched owners. The girl who did my grandmas pedicure cut her toenails super uneven. If you have to pay a little more to go somewhere else for better nails and customer service. DO IT. A day later and one of my nails is already loose. read more

I was going to Dolce for a while to get gel nails done, not acrylics. I really liked them but it was pretty expensive, 45 dollars on the low end. I got them done here and I was pleasantly surprised. I can tell the gel isn't quite as tough or hard. My nails don't feel fake after, so they aren't as easy for me to keep longer. But it lasts and they do a really good job. I got my brows waxed, lips waxed, and nails done for 40 dollars plus the tip. Also I am very impressed with the eyebrow wax. Most people tend to leave my too thick and they don't last. I am going back to get my nails done and my eyebrows still look great. I also got my first pedicure there a few weeks ago as well. Affordable, good quality, and good customer service. read more

Services were affordable and the staff was friendly and quick. My only complaint was how small the actual room was for the salon as it is inside of Walmart. They were fairly busy at the salon and everyone kind of had to squeeze. Considering the quality of service, the salon might be better off in their own building. read more

My sister and I wanted to get our nails done last minute and after not being able to get in to a couple different places in the area, I told her that I was pretty sure there was a nail place inside Wal-Mart. She didn't believe me at first so we called. The gentleman who answered the phone was very friendly and told us to come right in! We both were able to get right in and have manicures and pedicures done. They did a very nice job and we were both very pleased with both the customer service and the quality of work that was done. Went in to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The lady doing my pedi could've been a bit more personable, she barely spoke two words to me, and the pedi itself was very bare bones. However, she did a good job overall and two weeks later there's no chipping. The gel manicure was much better. A gentleman did my nails and added some sparkles in as I requested. He took his time and was very neat and meticulous. Again, two weeks have passed and the nails looks great. Ultimately a good value for the services and they give out a frequent customer card that gives you a discount once filled up. read more
