My second time going here and I truly do love that ambiance and staff. However I got my nails done last Saturday and it's only been a week and I have polish almost off of one nail and another nail broke. I had appointment at 530 for dip mani / and regular pedi. I WAS going to get my nails done for Valentine's Day. Pedi took 90 mins - light coat and messed up big toe. She didn't rub my feet she rubbed lotion on my legs. She was a sweet lady though. 3 people walked in around 630. I waited till about 730 as they skipped me and I sat and waited while they did their nails first and I didn't even have my old dips off completely. I left frustrated and without my nails done because I have a life and can't sit in a nail salon for three hours. There was response was well they had appointments too. Yeah... after me. And gave me a million excuses and basically told me I was wrong. Okay, Never again. Ridiculous. Highly would NOT recommend. read more

My normal salon is closed on Wednesdays, and I wanted to find somewhere I could go to last minute before I went on vacation. I saw Crush Nails had great reviews, so I gave it a shot! The person I spoke to on the phone (I think it was the owner) was very friendly. When I got in for my appointment, i was met by my nail tech who was also very friendly. She did a great job helping me figure out what I wanted as far as color (I always get dip, 1 coat of an off white and 2 coats of natural for the "milky" effect) and even the male at the front came over and confirmed what I wanted and pulled the correct color(s), but unfortunately what we decided on wasn't followed on my nails. I left with bright white, messily done nails. I have to say as nice as my tech was, it was a really sloppy job done and I left super sad because nails are the one form of self care I give myself each month. I also have to note that there is a younger man that works here that is wildly inappropriate in the way he speaks, making comments about customers that are inappropriate and talking about his home life in a way that made me suuuuper uncomfortable. He was at the table right next to me, so I had to listen to him unloading on his client for almost my whole appointment. He also argued with me that what I wanted is only attainable with acrylics and couldn't be done on my natural nails which I found confusing because at this point I still had my old dip on my nails and even showed him that what he was saying wasn't true but he continued telling me and my tech that I could only do bright white (again, had me super confused). My pedicure was just 'okay', if that. My manicure was terrible. I tipped $10 immediately after my pedicure. I tipped another $10 immediately after my manicure, before paying the bill; however, after leaving, I checked my nails more closely and realized the woman did a horrible job on my nails. Not all of the dead cuticles were removed and the trimming of the nails was uneven...very bad job. I could have done better myself!!! STUPID ME FOR TIPPING AT ALL. Go somewhere else if you want a decent manicure or pedicure...just don't go here. Additionally, their website says $42 for a manicure and pedicure, but I was charged $47. read more

The older woman that did my fill was brutal. Bleeding from 3 cuts. Destroyed my cuticle with her drill. All ten nails/beds were super sore for about 3 days. Got a minor infection at one of the cuts, easily treated with OTC antibiotic creme. That being said, my full set by a male that sits by the door was very good without burns/bleeding. read more

I've known Liam for over 5 years and I can easily say he's the best! Not only is he talented but super personable and easy going.
