Just noticed this new place when dropping my littles at activities near by. I needed a quick fix due to a bad job done elsewhere. I'm very particular but after a quick look at reviews and pics I decided to give them a call. They got me right in and did a a phenomenal job. Were so nice and extremely reasonable. Will def be my new go to nail place! read more

Crush Nails Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

The lady that did my nails was nice and did a good job but the lady who did my pedicure gave me a terrible experience! She was rough the whole time and she hurt me and I had told her and she seemed to get even worse! She kept pinching my skin and unfortunately I will not return to this salon. The lady that did my pedicure seemed upset and was very harsh and when she nicked the polish from putting on the light over my feet she got mad at me and started talking in a mother language to the gal who was doing my nails. That is rude!! I think her name is Leeann. I am in the beauty business as well and I would NEVER treat someone like she did and she didn't even ask me what I thought. Lesson learned. I hope no one has to go through what I went through with this salon. read more

My second time going here and I truly do love that ambiance and staff. However I got my nails done last Saturday and it's only been a week and I have polish almost off of one nail and another nail broke. Mind you I got gel, I wash my hands constantly , and never experienced this before with other sets. Willing to go back and give another try. read more

I go in once a month and all the technicians are very friendly and willing to do whatever you are looking for. Salon is always very clean.

The quality of the nails matches the quality of the vibesss, very awesome people with even better talent and the price was just what i expected about $160 with a tip, very reasonable for the sturdiness of my nails and gems sealed over not to mention the time and skill put into these nails they definitely won't be budging for the next two weeks and I will definitely be coming back. read more

Crush Nails Spa - Nails French tip Ombré nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

There is an additional $5 charge for gel removal that isn't listed. This needs to be communicated first. Not returning to this nail salon.

Went there for 1st time as there ad on here , " Walk-ins welcome . Well, not true. I went there, and she tells me I needed an appt .

I had appointment at 530 for dip mani / and regular pedi. I WAS going to get my nails done for Valentine's Day. Pedi took 90 mins - light coat and messed up big toe. She didn't rub my feet she rubbed lotion on my legs. She was a sweet lady though. 3 people walked in around 630. I waited till about 730 as they skipped me and I sat and waited while they did their nails first and I didn't even have my old dips off completely. I left frustrated and without my nails done because I have a life and can't sit in a nail salon for three hours. There was response was well they had appointments too. Yeah... after me. And gave me a million excuses and basically told me I was wrong. Okay, Never again. Ridiculous. Highly would NOT recommend. read more

I found Crush Nails Spa when I was in a pinch. One of my Dip nails cracked and my previous nail salon would not get me in. Liam and Jessica got me in that same day not even being a current customer and I have been going to them since! They are so nice and do amazing work. I even started taking all of my friends and family there with me! I 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an amazing nail salon! read more

I am not joking when i say this, this place gave me the worst experience ever. The lady doing my nails was extremely rude and left me to do somebody else's nails in the middle of doing mine. i do not recommend ANYONE going here for any service. read more

My normal salon is closed on Wednesdays, and I wanted to find somewhere I could go to last minute before I went on vacation. I saw Crush Nails had great reviews, so I gave it a shot! The person I spoke to on the phone (I think it was the owner) was very friendly. When I got in for my appointment, i was met by my nail tech who was also very friendly. She did a great job helping me figure out what I wanted as far as color (I always get dip, 1 coat of an off white and 2 coats of natural for the "milky" effect) and even the male at the front came over and confirmed what I wanted and pulled the correct color(s), but unfortunately what we decided on wasn't followed on my nails. I left with bright white, messily done nails. I have to say as nice as my tech was, it was a really sloppy job done and I left super sad because nails are the one form of self care I give myself each month. I also have to note that there is a younger man that works here that is wildly inappropriate in the way he speaks, making comments about customers that are inappropriate and talking about his home life in a way that made me suuuuper uncomfortable. He was at the table right next to me, so I had to listen to him unloading on his client for almost my whole appointment. He also argued with me that what I wanted is only attainable with acrylics and couldn't be done on my natural nails which I found confusing because at this point I still had my old dip on my nails and even showed him that what he was saying wasn't true but he continued telling me and my tech that I could only do bright white (again, had me super confused). I attached a picture of what I normally get at my other salon (which is what I came in with) , vs what I received here. read more

My pedicure was just 'okay', if that. My manicure was terrible. I tipped $10 immediately after my pedicure. I tipped another $10 immediately after my manicure, before paying the bill; however, after leaving, I checked my nails more closely and realized the woman did a horrible job on my nails. Not all of the dead cuticles were removed and the trimming of the nails was uneven...very bad job. I could have done better myself!!! STUPID ME FOR TIPPING AT ALL. Go somewhere else if you want a decent manicure or pedicure...just don't go here. Additionally, their website says $42 for a manicure and pedicure, but I was charged $47. read more

The older woman that did my fill was brutal. Bleeding from 3 cuts. Destroyed my cuticle with her drill. All ten nails/beds were super sore for about 3 days. Got a minor infection at one of the cuts, easily treated with OTC antibiotic creme. That being said, my full set by a male that sits by the door was very good without burns/bleeding. read more

I've known Liam for over 5 years and I can easily say he's the best! Not only is he talented but super personable and easy going. I went in a couple of weeks ago and started feeling a little dizzy due to being 5 months pregnant and he and his staff quickly offered me snacks and made me feel comfortable by providing pillows and cold water. 10/10 I would definitely recommend this salon. read more
