I am highly disappointed as my girls and I have been going to Oh Nails for a few years now and have always had a great experience and service. . This weekend we booked our appointment on line and went in for our appointment on time. We checked in and the guy at the desk To our surprise he said that he could not find our appointment and that they were so busy that they could not get us in and offered for us to come in on Sunday and we booked it with him. We came in the next day just to be met with the same guy telling us that they could not accommodate us as they were booked and did not have our appointment. This was crazy as the same guy took our reservation the day before. Very disappointed in the way we were treated. Especially when it was the company's fault. read more

Enjoyed my visit today with Mia. Made an appointment for 12:30 based off reviews and no issue getting into my chair. I did book my appointment same day as well, around 8:30am. They open at 9am on Friday. Really pleasant customers and the staff was friendly. Mia took her time with my pedicure. I selected the OH!! Spa pedicure with Gel. There were a couple tv's and the space reminds you of a standard nail salon. It's not very big but not too small. They had 8 full size pedicure chairs. Parking is a little tight since it's in the same area as the grocery store and other smaller businesses but I was able to park right in front of the store. read more

I have come here for years, and that's not to say I don't try other places, but I always keep coming back. I took a break for a while and went elsewhere and decided to return and they have changed the decor and there are a lot more staff now. I heard they had new owners, and it shows. The place is nicer. They have new chairs, thank goodness, cause the last ones were not the greatest. So far, all my experiences have been great. I love that I can come in at any time and request any service, and they will fit me in and make it work. I will keep returning for the quality of work and prices. read more

Good experience. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend calling ahead of time instead of walking in. There's a lot of people who work here but I got here first thing in the morning and was surprised how busy it was. Phone kept ringing for more appointments. I have been coming here for over a decade. They have revamped the place with new massage chairs, flooring, and tv's. I have done dip nails, pedicures, and gel pedicures. All services have been thoroughly and professionally done. I have a great time when I am there you can be to yourself playing on the phone or chatting it up all are welcome. Everyone here is so nice and great at what they do. They always get me in when I call ahead. Vi does my dip nails and she does such a good job every time. My color and nails always last, she is very patient with me and my crazy color choices, and she is also so funny! My mom even came once to see Vi and she will coming here now as well. I don't usually enjoy getting my nails done but with such a great nail salon so close to home I'm happy to go now since it's always been a good experience for me. I went earlier in the week to get a simple pedicure. Apparently the nail technician thought it was ok to cut the corner of my toenail and pull the skin all the way back. The next day my toe started hurting. I was in pain for a few days and now my toe is infected. I do not recommend unless you like infections. Will never be back again. read more

UPDATE: The owner of the salon reached out to me. She is VERY kind. I never wrote this review with the intention of receiving free services. I spent nearly $70 and wasn't satisfied with the service received. The owner offered for me to come back in and have the services redone. She is going above and beyond to rectify the situation. I am impressed and will give the salon another opportunity to do my nails. I have been highly satisfied with the customer service since day 1! The people who work there are very nice. However, I am extremely disappointed in the manicure and pedicure I received. Mediocre at best. I'm not sure if they were rushed or if it's just poor quality, but for $55 before tip, I feel I should have received better standards. I'm not sure why all the rave reviews. It's so close to my house but I'll be going elsewhere next time. Am I crazy or do my nails look terrible?? read more

Well they charge $27 without callous remover. They actually expect customers to pay $38 or more for callous remover. I was told while I was there that their prices include. Also, I had to wait twenty minutes after my appointment time. My recommendation is to find another place to get your nails done. read more

First Time getting my nails done here. They did a wonderful job. I got A basic pedicure and SNS dip On my hands. Tommy did my hands and zen did my toes. Both asked me multiple times if I was happy with everything and I loved that almost everyone that came in was a repeat customer. Got a relaxing pedicure today, 1st timer here and it was ok. I had Lisa, but noticed Tommy and En right away as I walked in. They greeted everyone walking in, there was these 2 elderly ladies who walked in and it was the cutest thing ever. Both knew majority of the nail techs. Lisa is probably new, I kept repeating myself asking for certain filing and the lady next to us finally translated. I will probably ask for Tommy next time as he was everywhere helping others. Nonetheless, this place gets packed so come in early or make a appointment asap! read more

I found them on Yelp and made an appointment for pedicure. The service was really good and I enjoyed my pedicure. I think they're a little pricier than I'd like to pay for a pedicure. They had about 7 nail techs and were still extremely busy and booked when I was there. I highly recommend making an appointment if you want to come in. With Covid, I do think they should spread out the customers more in the chairs and sanitize the chairs after each customer, especially how busy they get and with how many people coming in and out. read more

Lisa did not understand what don't cut my nails too short because you will file them after meant. She cut them too short that when she file the nails it made the whole experience uncomfortable. And then even after I told her to stop file them she was gonna even cut them even shorter I had to stop her. I left with my toes nails hurting.. not a fun experience read more

I've been going here for years! Tommy is the best! It's the first place my dip lasts for up to 3- 4 weeks! They don't chip or lift from my nail, he has transformed my nails! Went here for the first time last week! I was going to take off a star because they do need to update their pedi chairs that are falling apart. But my pedicure was so amazing it brought it back up to 5 stars! I paid for the $55 pedicure and it was worth every cent! Much to my surprise my pedicure also included a paraffin dip for my hands and a massage for my hands and I didn't get a manicure! Nice surprise! read more

However, they were the one that turned me away due to antibiotics and told me I was not allowed to come back until I was off of them for two weeks. They told me they couldn't honor it because it was too long. I am a cosmetologist and have been in the beauty industry for almost 30 years. I would never give a gift card or offer service and then take it away due to a client being sick. That's saying like a gift card expires in a few months. I have been going to them for multiple Waxing services for months prior to this. They said that there is nothing I could do. The main reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sales tactics when I'm checking out are way too much. I stand there for several minutes listening to the same spiel. I just want to check out and leave. It's like I dread checking out because I know what's about to happen. The girls are very nice when giving their spiel. I would rather they tell me about the "deals" when I ask and not every single time.

She did a wonderful job and I can't wait to go back and recommend her to all my friends.

My only complaint, and this will likely keep me from returning, was the technician did not use implements that had been sanitized. She simply picked up clippers, cuticle trimmers and other necessary tools from a basket she kept in her tray. I regret that I didn't speak up and question the behavior as I normally would in such a situation.

I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

I have been coming for over two years to their shop, but today was the final straw. He was rude and lectured me about questioning him and then at the end tells me that they're glad that I am there. I do not appreciate being lectured when I am the customer and was just trying to be helpful and pleasant. I will no longer be patronizing this shop. There are so many nail shops in the area. It's not worth it to find one where the owner can be so rude depending on his mood. Also, I should mention he doesn't do a great job. He did a very perfunctory massage and tried to remove my calluses, even though I paid for a hot wax pedicure.

Been twice & disappointed both times…read more My first visit, I got a French tip gel manicure over my natural nails. French tip turned ok, some were filed crooked to one side, and the painted tip was crooked as well, but not the worst. I could see the nail grow out from underneath the clear pink polish because the tips were painted to far down almost immediately. Within a couple weeks, the gel polish started chipping off and my nails would crack close to the nail bed. It would snag my hair in the shower and the cracks would hurt so I had to clip my nails down super short to where there wasn't a free edge anymore (stubs). I had to start picking off the lifted parts of the gel polish so it wouldn't snag things and eventually just took off all of the polish by hand. My real nails underneath the polish suffered greatly. I gave them a few weeks off, kept them short and natural. (Also received a pedicure this visit, which seemed okay but they started to chip as well and were slightly crooked too, but not as bad) My second visit, (different tech) because I had my short natural nails (stubs), I got acrylics for a little length with French tip gel polish. Not only do they not look like the simple French tip design photo I showed, you can see the nail tip growing out from the nail bed underneath because the tips are painted on too far down towards the end of my nails. I tried to say something about having that fixed but then he would've had to completely redo the polish and some of the clear acrylic because it wasn't noticeable until painting the clear topcoat. I just don't have the time nor can my nails withstand being drilled down again. It should have been done correctly the first time. Some of the painted tips have more of an arch on one side than the other, and the white line is messy on a lot of them. You can also see the dust that was left on and painted over underneath the gel polish. I did not get to pick out the pink/clear acrylic that went underneath the polish. My cuticles were drilled over and are extra sensitive on some fingers. I did not receive any nail soaking to push my cuticles back or an arm massage this time. I'm heavily disappointed because I've paid about $75 each time plus a 20% tip on top of driving 30 minutes one way. I've had to wait weeks in between having my nails done. They were heavily damaged from the first set cracking and lifting, requiring a lot of downtime to recover despite being a healthy length prior and almost never breaking. Im familiar with proper nail care. Normally mine are in great shape, all I do is maintain a reasonable length, use gel polish, and can go up to 4 weeks between (but usually aim for 3). But they have been pretty annihilated after these two visits, weeks apart. I don't feel confident in returning and feel both visits were a waste of time and money.
