Enjoyed my visit today with Mia. Made an appointment for 12:30 based off reviews and no issue getting into my chair. I did book my appointment same day as well, around 8:30am. They open at 9am on Friday. Really pleasant customers and the staff was friendly. Mia took her time with my pedicure. I selected the OH!! Spa pedicure with Gel. There were a couple tv's and the space reminds you of a standard nail salon. It's not very big but not too small. They had 8 full size pedicure chairs. Parking is a little tight since it's in the same area as the grocery store and other smaller businesses but I was able to park right in front of the store.

I have come here for years, and that's not to say I don't try other places, but I always keep coming back. I took a break for a while and went elsewhere and decided to return and they have changed the decor and there are a lot more staff now. I heard they had new owners, and it shows. The place is nicer. They have new chairs, thank goodness, cause the last ones were not the greatest. So far, all my experiences have been great. I love that I can come in at any time and request any service, and they will fit me in and make it work. I will keep returning for the quality of work and prices.

Good experience. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend calling ahead of time instead of walking in. There's a lot of people who work here but I got here first thing in the morning and was surprised how busy it was. Phone kept ringing for more appointments. I like that they open at 9am too.

Everyone here is so nice and great at what they do. They always get me in when I call ahead. Vi does my dip nails and she does such a good job every time. My color and nails always last, she is very patient with me and my crazy color choices, and she is also so funny! My mom even came once to see Vi and she will coming here now as well. I don't usually enjoy getting my nails done but with such a great nail salon so close to home I'm happy to go now since it's always been a good experience for me. The other guests in the salon are friendly and fun as well.

What a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so kind to me and my friends and they even sang Happy Birthday to me. The person who did my nails, I believe her name was Tien, was very warm and took her time to make sure I got what I requested. I will definitely be going back!

I went earlier in the week to get a simple pedicure. Apparently the nail technician thought it was ok to cut the corner of my toenail and pull the skin all the way back. The next day my toe started hurting. I was in pain for a few days and now my toe is infected. I do not recommend unless you like infections. Will never be back again.

Tommy has done it again. I have been going to OH Nails ! For years ! Tommy has never disappointed. When he says trust me you'll love them . He always delivers ! The frustration continues. When I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly told by the manager that my nail tech was busy and I would have to wait OR my appointment could begin immediately with a different tech. She did not say how long the wait would be, but was quite insistent that my pedicure should be done by the other person. I just do not understand how this happens. I always make an appointment online and choose the person I want. Why is this not honored??? The tech who did my pedicure was friendly, sweet, and did a good job, but I will look for a different salon that honors my time and preferences. read more

Services that were requested -dip powder and polish change on toes Let me just say I don't normally right bad reviews. I wish I could give it negative stars This is in response to the last couple of times I went here. The time before last I had to wait 40 minutes. I did have an appointment. I showed grace and thought maybe this is a one time occurrence. The last visit as soon as I walked in a woman named Michelle came up to me even before I was finished signing in and was rude and inconsiderate, telling me she called me and left a message to ask if I could come at a different time other than my scheduled appointment. Did NOT offer anyone else. I never got a message or phone call. To be treated in that manner right when walking in the door was unacceptable and uncalled for. Im vision impaired and I don't drive my husband dropped me off and that added to the stress of the ignorance. There were other people around and it was public humiliation, I don't think I wanted to believe it WARNING !!! This establishment has no respect of certain peoples dignity. it's an awful feeling to be singled out and be treated differently than others in a negative way. read more

First time getting a pedicure here. It is a smaller salon with about five nail techs. They have the TV playing a dance channel with soft music. There isn't a lot of chatter in the salon which I prefer. My nail tech was very nice and did a great job. She didn't rush and made my feet soft. I will definitely go back. read more

I've gone here multiple times in the past but recently they have had horrible service. I went today and got a manicure very simple. The lady semi smoothed out my nails and started applying polish. She finished the first coat and it looked patchy and bumpy. I didn't say anything thinking trust the process. When she finished and started applying my top coat they were atrocious looking. My friend pointed out that they looked bumpy and textured. I said I didn't like them but she ignored me and said there's nothing she could do. She left and went to do another ladies toes, telling her friend to finish my nails. There nail techs are rude and do a crappy job, they do not take there time. read more

Really unhappy. I have been going here for over 3 years and been very happy. Not now. I complained about the music several times during my last appointment. I should not have to hear ABCD F*ck you your mother and your sister. There were at least 4 to 5 songs with the F and another describing sexual acts. Are usually take my daughter in here with me. She loves to get a little Mannie Pettie she is six. I am very happy she was not with me today. I complain to the lady doing my nails several times and she just didn't respond. She didn't care. Getting a manicure pedicure supposed to be a relaxing thing and hearing this horrible language , it's not relaxing from now on. I'll try a different salon. read more

I've been getting dip manicures for about a year now but because I travel for work a lot I haven't had many chances to find a local place. I tried another local nail spa and had a horrible experience where my manicure literally popped off like press on nails after only a few days and minimal activity plus I was charged $11 more than the cost at Oh Nails. I've been to Oh Nails a few times now and have been beyond happy with the results each time. The best deal and best quality I have found locally! I have been going here for months. I'm just bad at reviewing places. By far this is the BEST nail salon I have ever been too. Highly recommended going to them. I recently started doing dip powder and they do them so well. I added a few of the nails I've had done by them. Never had a nail break after going here like I have at other salons. Michelle, the owner, is very sweet! I haven't done any nail services here- just eyelashes, so this review is strictly for lashes. They use an online booking system- so it's easy to secure an appointment. The cluster lashes are only right around $30 and Michelle applied them in less than 30 minutes. They looked great! I ended up taking them off after a few days, only because I have the world's most sensitive eyes, so they weren't for me. Definitely give Oh Nails a try! read more

I have been here probably 5 or 6 times in the last year. I have always been impressed! Today I had my powder dip redone. I had it done two weeks ago at another salon and it was AWFUL. I had been patiently waiting to get my nails redone by Michelle and I finally got to go today. First, Michelle is FAST. She does not miss a beat and has this process DOWN. She is a master of her craft. She finished my nails in 50 minutes and they are FLAWLESS. This is one of the best manicures I have ever had. I am pretty picky about my nails and Michelle has impressed me multiple times. My mom came with me for the first time tonight and she was also very impressed with this place. She agreed that even though it was a 20 minute drive, we should always come here for the quality of the work. read more

So glad I found Oh Nails!!! Tommy is absolutely incredible. I will not go to anyone else for dip powder! He always kills it and is always on time for my scheduled appointment. The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. I showed him a reference picture for this set and he exceeded my expectations. I didn't know my real nails could grow this long but with the help of Tommy they are healthy and thriving. 5 stars all around!!!! read more

wowww! I love my nails! This set of nails is one of my favorite ones I've ever got. As always, I get the dip nails and one thing that I find hard is finding a salon with variety of colors, but I was able to find so much here! Tommy did my nails and he was so nice and very detail oriented with my nails. They came out looking so nice and I've already received so many compliments on my first day of getting them done. I definitely recommend this place and will come back! read more

My girlfriends and I all came here for Mani/Pedi's in preparation for a wedding and we had a wonderful experience! Every nail tech in there was helpful, personable and definitely knew all there was to know about their colors, techniques and more! On top of all that, they were funny and kept us laughing! I would highly recommend coming here! I personally loved the dip powder technique, I haven't seen that done before. It was easy and somewhat quick! If your in the area, start coming here. read more

Never coming to this nail salon again. I asked for French tip acrylic and 1 of the male workers pushed dip when I told him I don't like dip. Worst job I've ever seen on nails. Each nail has bubbles everywhere, he also mentioned he wouldn't have done a better job if he painted the French tip. Never have i been so disappointed. If you're thinking of coming to this salon do yourself a favor and go somewhere. read more

I went to get my nails done with my mom and sisters for a girls time. I'm very upset. i got an acrylic fill and they're super thick and chunky, they aren't even covering my whole nail and the polish is already coming off. Im very disappointed and want them redone without cost. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Extremely rude lady waxed my eyebrows and completely messed up the length of my eyebrows. One side is noticeably longer than the other. When I politely brought it up she started to yell at me like an animal in the zoo. She started saying stuff like "NO YOU DONT HAVE HAIR THERE" " DONT SAY NO DONT EVEN SAY IT IS SAME". I was obviously flustered from this disrespectful behavior. I apologized and said that they grow back and that it was no big deal but then she aggressively threw the tools on the table then left the room and then turned off the lights. Absolutely absurd considering I never wanted a problem and just wanted even eyebrows. Worst behavior I have ever experienced from a company and will definitely never go back again. read more

I've been coming to Oh Nails on and off for years but today had to have been my worst experience there ever and I don't think I will give them my business anymore after today. I had a pre scheduled appointment for a mani pedi. I had my pedi first and asked for a French polish on my toes, but had to correct the woman doing my toes 3 times bc she first used the colored polish I had chosen for my nails on my ENTIRE toes, I kindly reminded her I asked for a French then she used the SAME colored polish to apply a French tip so I asked her AGAIN to please do a French polish using the proper WHITE tip. After all of that she didn't even apply any pink overlay before or after the tip...when I asked her to please apply a pink like any normal French polish procedure she then simply applied a very THIN pinkish clear coat on the exposed nail part ONLY. I let it go as I was pressed for time but the French tip on one of my large toes is absolutely crooked too. She hurried me out of the seat to pay but I had to remind her I was scheduled for a mani too. A completely different woman did my nails and it was one of the most painful ones I've ever had! She was aggressively cutting my cuticles and after I made a comment that it hurt she just brushed me off with a laugh and continued the manicure. I also had to ask her if I could pay before she started applying polish and then she took my card and wouldn't take it up to the register for swiping until I said I had cash for the tip. The whole manicure felt rushed and when she left me to dry my nails by the fan a different tech came up to me after barely 5 minutes and said I was done motioning me to get up and leave, when I know for a fact the top coat I brought in for them to use needs TEN minutes to properly cure. I felt I was beyond patient and kind towards all the staff but did not get the same service from them. I'm incredibly disappointed in the services I had today and will 99.99% be finding a new nail salon after years of patronage to Oh Nails. read more

The best salon I have been to in the valley, EVER! After two years of searching I finally found the one. Michelle does my nails, I do the dip powder! She has a wonderful eye for detail and is great at what she does! En does my toes and she is GREAT as well! Vivian has done my nails there as well and she is great! Basically I have never had a problem with any of the techs there. Such a great place! Also, not that it really matter but Michelle has apologized on several occasions for speaking her language while working on my nails which I think is so respectful!! **Updated 5/1/17** Michelle did my nails over 3 weeks ago & minus normal nail growth they looks amazing!! They're not lifting or anything! I have recently moved out of a Arizona & I'm so going to miss Michelle & the crew at Oh Nails. read more

I've been going to Oh Nails for 3 years now. They have never disappointed! Tommy is my go-to guy for my dip powder nails, but everyone they have on staff is just as great. Not to long ago, they completely re-modeled the salon which made it into a modern, clean, and relaxing place to be. The techs are efficient, talented, and courteous. They recognize returning customers, offer water & lumbar support pillows, and always create fun conversations. I will always choose Oh Nails for my salon needs and I highly recommend you do too. read more

I love going to OH Nails... you walk in and everyone says HI and uses your name! I have NEVER been disappointed with any service I have had done at this shop. I love how Mandy does my nails.. I have been going there for years, love the new owners. Their prices are competitive with other shops in the area. The shop is very clean.. Every single time I go elsewhere I am maddeningly regretting is as no other salon is up to par with this one for my SNS dip nails. They last a min of 3 weeks on average and the techs are skilled and magically create nails that last for me with my rather rough treatment of them! read more

******************************************* Update: I appreciate that the nail salon responded. It does mean a lot when the business owner cares about their social media reputation. I changed the star rating and wanted to give an update. I went back to get a pedicure from Ben and a fill. I love Ben! Unfortunately I got the nail tech I complained about for my fingernail fill and he cut the skin around my nails three times by sanding down my cuticles instead of cutting them off. However I still will return and will politely decline this specific tech as everyone else is extremely nice and talented. Perhaps the tech is just starting and it will be a long time until I accept his service again as he needs more practice.
