If you have sensitive eyes do NOT come here for lashes. I got mine done about 2 weeks ago. And just have an emergency room visit do to a allergic reaction to the glue they used and had an infection. I got the cluster lashes and loved them until they were removed and all my natural lashes fell out! I have maybe 5 lashes on my eyes now! I am devastated! So if you are interested in getting the cluster lashes and have sensitive eyes don't do it. Mine caused me so many issues and when applied the lady made them way to long by where my nose is that I could barely close my eyes. The lady also have no warning to when she was starting and was very rude. She didn't express that I have to dry my eyes immediately after showering and I had a cluster fall off and it was like pulling teeth to get it in to get it fixed. The lady who fixed it wasn't very nice either. Just save the money and if your gonna get lashes go to a professional studio. Or you certified girlies who work from home. read more

The frustration continues. When I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly told by the manager that my nail tech was busy and I would have to wait OR my appointment could begin immediately with a different tech. She did not say how long the wait would be, but was quite insistent that my pedicure should be done by the other person. I just do not understand how this happens. I always make an appointment online and choose the person I want. Why is this not honored??? I wish I could give it negative stars This is in response to the last couple of times I went here. The time before last I had to wait 40 minutes. I did have an appointment. I showed grace and thought maybe this is a one time occurrence. The last visit as soon as I walked in a woman named Michelle came up to me even before I was finished signing in and was rude and inconsiderate, telling me she called me and left a message to ask if I could come at a different time other than my scheduled appointment. Did NOT offer anyone else. I never got a message or phone call. To be treated in that manner right when walking in the door was unacceptable and uncalled for. Im vision impaired and I don't drive my husband dropped me off and that added to the stress of the ignorance. There were other people around and it was public humiliation, I don't think I wanted to believe it WARNING !!! First time getting a pedicure here. It is a smaller salon with about five nail techs. They have the TV playing a dance channel with soft music. There isn't a lot of chatter in the salon which I prefer. My nail tech was very nice and did a great job. She didn't rush and made my feet soft. I will definitely go back. read more

I've gone here multiple times in the past but recently they have had horrible service. I went today and got a manicure very simple. The lady semi smoothed out my nails and started applying polish. She finished the first coat and it looked patchy and bumpy. I didn't say anything thinking trust the process. When she finished and started applying my top coat they were atrocious looking. My friend pointed out that they looked bumpy and textured. I said I didn't like them but she ignored me and said there's nothing she could do. Really unhappy. I have been going here for over 3 years and been very happy. Not now. I complained about the music several times during my last appointment. I should not have to hear ABCD F*ck you your mother and your sister. There were at least 4 to 5 songs with the F and another describing sexual acts. Are usually take my daughter in here with me. She loves to get a little Mannie Pettie she is six. I am very happy she was not with me today. I complain to the lady doing my nails several times and she just didn't respond. She didn't care. Getting a manicure pedicure supposed to be a relaxing thing and hearing this horrible language , it's not relaxing from now on. I'll try a different salon. read more

I tried another local nail spa and had a horrible experience where my manicure literally popped off like press on nails after only a few days and minimal activity plus I was charged $11 more than the cost at Oh Nails. Michelle, the owner, is very sweet! I haven't done any nail services here- just eyelashes, so this review is strictly for lashes. They use an online booking system- so it's easy to secure an appointment. The cluster lashes are only right around $30 and Michelle applied them in less than 30 minutes. They looked great! I ended up taking them off after a few days, only because I have the world's most sensitive eyes, so they weren't for me. Definitely give Oh Nails a try! read more

I have been here probably 5 or 6 times in the last year. I have always been impressed! Today I had my powder dip redone. I had it done two weeks ago at another salon and it was AWFUL. I had been patiently waiting to get my nails redone by Michelle and I finally got to go today. First, Michelle is FAST. She does not miss a beat and has this process DOWN. She is a master of her craft. She finished my nails in 50 minutes and they are FLAWLESS. This is one of the best manicures I have ever had. I am pretty picky about my nails and Michelle has impressed me multiple times. My mom came with me for the first time tonight and she was also very impressed with this place. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Extremely rude lady waxed my eyebrows and completely messed up the length of my eyebrows. One side is noticeably longer than the other. When I politely brought it up she started to yell at me like an animal in the zoo. She started saying stuff like "NO YOU DONT HAVE HAIR THERE" " DONT SAY NO DONT EVEN SAY IT IS SAME". I was obviously flustered from this disrespectful behavior. I apologized and said that they grow back and that it was no big deal but then she aggressively threw the tools on the table then left the room and then turned off the lights. I've been coming to Oh Nails on and off for years but today had to have been my worst experience there ever and I don't think I will give them my business anymore after today. I had a pre scheduled appointment for a mani pedi. I had my pedi first and asked for a French polish on my toes, but had to correct the woman doing my toes 3 times bc she first used the colored polish I had chosen for my nails on my ENTIRE toes, I kindly reminded her I asked for a French then she used the SAME colored polish to apply a French tip so I asked her AGAIN to please do a French polish using the proper WHITE tip. After all of that she didn't even apply any pink overlay before or after the tip...when I asked her to please apply a pink like any normal French polish procedure she then simply applied a very THIN pinkish clear coat on the exposed nail part ONLY. I let it go as I was pressed for time but the French tip on one of my large toes is absolutely crooked too. She hurried me out of the seat to pay but I had to remind her I was scheduled for a mani too. A completely different woman did my nails and it was one of the most painful ones I've ever had! She was aggressively cutting my cuticles and after I made a comment that it hurt she just brushed me off with a laugh and continued the manicure. I also had to ask her if I could pay before she started applying polish and then she took my card and wouldn't take it up to the register for swiping until I said I had cash for the tip. The whole manicure felt rushed and when she left me to dry my nails by the fan a different tech came up to me after barely 5 minutes and said I was done motioning me to get up and leave, when I know for a fact the top coat I brought in for them to use needs TEN minutes to properly cure. I felt I was beyond patient and kind towards all the staff but did not get the same service from them. I'm incredibly disappointed in the services I had today and will 99.99% be finding a new nail salon after years of patronage to Oh Nails. read more

The best salon I have been to in the valley, EVER! After two years of searching I finally found the one. Michelle does my nails, I do the dip powder! She has a wonderful eye for detail and is great at what she does! En does my toes and she is GREAT as well! Vivian has done my nails there as well and she is great! Unfortunately I got the nail tech I complained about for my fingernail fill and he cut the skin around my nails three times by sanding down my cuticles instead of cutting them off. However I still will return and will politely decline this specific tech as everyone else is extremely nice and talented.
