Tommy and Michelle are amazing! So glad I came here! The dip powder is great! Highly recommend anyone in Gilbert to go here! Friendly staff!

I know this is a fairly common practice for nail places to add on additional items without telling you the price until you go to pay, but I have never felt more ripped off in my life. My best friend and I went in this last week for a full set acrylics and basic, one color pedicures (no gel.) What should have been only $110 turned into over $150! At no point did they inform me that anything would be an additional charge. Apparently the color I chose for the acrylics was a new type of acrylic and I wanted stiletto shape; at no point did they mention these would be additional. My friend got regular white tip acrylic. The woman who did my pedicure (I believe the owner or manager) was incredibly rough and cut my skin around my nail multiple times, even in between my toes. The woman who did my nails did the exact same thing, and had a poor attitude. When I went to pay for the services, and the manager gave me the total I thought she was joking. As I began to ask her how in the world she got to that total, she went off on a tangent attempting to explain the charges, which again, were never explained to me, in very broken English. So broken that I didn't understand a word she was saying because she was speaking so quickly. The store was very full and busy with people waiting to be serviced at this point, and I did not want to start a scene in front of other custo8mers. The only positive experience was the younger gal my friend had that was incredibly nice and sweet. She was friendly and talkative and did a great job on her nails. Seriously, if you go here, prepare to completely ignore the prices listed on the wall. They will unknowingly perform additional services and wait until the end to inform you of the total. read more

Great place! Always fun chatting with techs and other customers. En does a great job on my toes and Vivian on my nails...I dip!

Well... i'm only leaving one star because it won't let me leave less. I was in on a saturday to get a full set and an eyebrow wax... nails turned out great. the eyebrows on the other hand... where do i begin.... the young girl who waxed my eyebrows could not have been older than 18. She was telling me on and on about how a previous customer almost sued them from her eyebrow waxing... i should have walked out then. but i stayed. my eyebrows were half decent. i went home and cleaned them up myself. she didn't trim or tweeze at all. about 2 hours later, i realized that they had indeed BURNED MY FACE with the wax. it was so hot that it burned my face!! unbelievable. when i called the next day to complain, i was passed around to about 4 different employees. one told me that she was indeed did not have a license!! another one told me that she was fired and another one told me that she only works 2 days a week. so which one is true? i asked them to please send me a copy of her license... they refused too. they wanted me to come in and " fix it" WHAT IS THERE TO FIX?! the owner called me back about 5 hours later and apologized and again tried to get me to come in again.. i am not trusting them again! she kept going on and on about how she doesn't want to lose a customer and never once apologized! long story short, do not get your eyebrows waxed here. pictures are attached. read more

Super friendly staff! Clean salon & they do a great job on all types of nails- dip, gel, etc! I highly recommend this salon.

I thought I had found my nail place for life, and was super hesitant when recommended to come to Oh Nails but I have been blown away! Every time I go I'm obsessed with my results and I've had 3 different techs do my nails. There is so many colors for the dip polish which is what I do and yeah I have nothing negative to say except maybe the layout/space is a little tight but otherwise excellent place. read more

Terrible experience! Went in for a simple fill, and came out looking like I had press on nails from the drug store; tech could not speak English and his overgrown nails were dirty. Not a sanitary place; will never go back. Don't waste your money! read more

I finally found a nail salon that knows what they are doing with a regular mani/pedi. I'm so happy! :D I've been trying to find a place for the past 8 years of living in AZ. I have recently returned to oh nails for their services. I believe in second chances. They have since finished with their remodel and are very organized with appointments. I get my pedicures done by En. She is pleasant, kind and very gentle if your toes are sensitive. I wouldn't go any where else. She is the biggest reason I returned. They have a great team of techs. Very nice people. Tommy does my nails and he is wonderful as well. Very clean, pleasant and relaxing place. read more

En did my mom's nails today!! She did a great job. My mom is quite fragile after being in the hospital. En made the experience for my mom so wonderful.. I truly appreciate how kind and gentle she was. Thank you so much En we will see you soon read more

I'm only going to give this one star because they did the exact opposite of what I asked. I asked for square nails and they made my nails round and lopsided, shorter then what I asked and they are chunky and uneven. If I'm going to be paying almost $50 I should at least get what I asked for. Don't recommend this place for acrylic nails. read more

I've been going here for 10 years, and every time I try a new place for whatever reason (time constraints, location, etc), I always regret it and wish I had gone to Oh. En is AMAZING. Truly the best pedicures I've ever had. And for my nails I go to Vivian... I used to do gel and now she's hooked me onto dip and I love love love it. Everyone there is so friendly and personable. They always remember me and greet me by name and it feels like a second home. It's also super clean and competitively priced. Highly recommend! read more

I scheduled an appt for 2 pedicures at 3 and they didn't start mine until 4. I then had to change to a very basic because I didn't have time to do the deluxe, which is what I would normally do. So bummed because we just moved here and I'm trying to find a regular spot. I get that things happen but unfortunately I won't be coming back based on this first impression. read more

I loved my experience here! They gave us waters, they asked if we are comfortable and continuously followed Covid guidelines. We enjoyed the entire experience, and both of our pedicures were amazing! Thank you for making us feel at home and being so considerate. read more

This place is amazing!! Huge kudos to Vivian who, after looking at a picture on google, was able to recreate a light pink to black ombre acrylic set, complete with hand placed chunky glitter. For an amazing price! After 2 hours of delicately tapping powder onto each nail to create the awesome ombre effect, she only asked for 45$ she was amazingly attentive and astoundingly attentive. I've never been to a better place to get my nails done. All of them are even and the same shape, and don't ache at all the way some sets do after they're completed. I am beyond pleased and so glad my friend found this place because I don't plan on going any where else!! read more

Very nice customer service(I was greeted by at least 3 associate) and job done well. Michelle was very courteous with me,and first time someone Apologized for speaking her language in front of me to her coworker(though it was just for a minute).I really appreciated that a lot! And my nails turned out Exactly how I wanted. I will be back! read more

I forgot why I didn't go to this place since I live across the street and after getting my nails done I realized why. The lady doing my toes cuts two of my toes and they bleed. Then the lady doing my dip nails cuts my knuckle because she's not paying attention & then she puts the wrong color on my nails. Not to mention the polish is smeared all around my nails and I had to come home and finish filing the excess off. I will NEVER go back here again. Terrible experience every time because I always come out with cuts. read more

Probably won't return. I don't appreciate the haggling/up selling in everything when I'm there to relax. I ended up paying for things I didn't realize I had agreed to because of their thick accent. The person who worked on me was quite rough too. It didn't always feel good. I'm always on the look out for a place I can bring my daughters but with the very strong smells snd inappropriate music videos playing on the large screen TV, I'll keep looking. read more

I have never used the race card before but my experience at Oh Nails was so blatant that I need to voice it through my review. If you are a person of color, I suggest you consider going elsewhere. If you have ever been discriminated against, you feel it and know it when it is happening because it is a felt sense. It is a terrible feeling, one that cannot be explained away by the person that is discriminating against you. This wasn't my first experience like this at Oh Nails. There have been several other times when I saw that the staff catered to the white women and left me and my daughter waiting for long time frames. But this was the most obvious experience which left me feeling the need to write this review. We were there for over 2.5 hours even though we had reservations, while all the white people received service. You can say it had nothing to do with race but I think as a business, this establishment caters to whites and I have seen it numerous times over the last year that I have been going there. I'm done. There's a nail salon on every corner. I have found a new salon elsewhere where I received prompt service and was treated the same as the other guests there. read more

Oh Nails - Burnt my fiances eye. Called and complained and did nothing about it - Nail Salons Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

This local nail salon has been around for about 10 years (maybe more) right next to my parents house. The owners are John and Tammy and they are super friendly. My whole family (even Dad!) goes there for mani/pedi/wax. If you are going to go try to request John / Tony / Tammy and Kandy because they absolutely do the best nails at this place. EM does awesome pedicures. Tammy has also been waxing my eye brows for as long as I can remember. I really like coming here because I feel like its clean and they are also VERY friendly. They talk to you and even wave if you are just walking by to go to the grocery store next door. Their prices are a a teensy bit higher than other non-spa like nail places but, I am fine with paying their prices because they know my name and I feel like I know what im getting when I go there. I love OH! Nails :) read more
