I usually only Yelp about positive experiences but I have to share a negative one. I will start by saying this place is super new, clean and nice but that's about the good things I can say. I just paid $30 + tip for the pictures you see here. I told him I liked the shape of my current nails, just to file a tiny bit to even out. He filed them ROUND so I spoke up and said no please leave the the shape. He went back to same nails and then filed them so short that it looks like I bite my nails. The polish also looks like crap and isn't even down to my cuticle. The edges don't match with each coat either. I told the 'manager' I wasn't happy when she asked me how everything was. She didn't say a word except 'that it will be $30'. $30 for just gel polish on bare nails, nothing had to be removed so $30 for him to paint my nails. I'm so upset I just paid for my nails to look like my 9 year old painted them AND the fact I shared my frustration/unhappiness and they did absolutely nothing! Not even an apology that I wasn't happy with the service. With a nail salon on every corner, DO BETTER!!!! read more

The hours posted on Yelp said this salon's open until 7:00PM. I called to the number listed (602) 607-1066 at approximately 5:30PM to confirm hours and the lady who answered my call said they are open until 7:00PM. I inquired about walk in and that I would arrive in about 10 min. The lady asked me what I needed and I told her a pedi. She said okay. When I arrived, there were two ladies sitting in the lobby and I was told they were closed. The hours of operations posted on the door was not the same as what is posted on Yelp. Never going back. Dont waste your money, time and gas getting here. This has to be the worst set I've ever received. Pictures speak for themselves, and it was painful. Can't even explain it, just painful, rough and thrown together. I didn't ask for that gold line yet was charged for it. $75 for JUST this. Uneven, not fully painted or evenly painted, crooked, misshaped, truly just a mess. I asked why $75 and was given $10 off a an expired Canes coupon in return. While the owner did have to entirely remove and redo these nails and did a better job, I was forced to sit with her staff all staring at my including the person who did these horrible nails. The new nails have since broken, top coat is gone, and polish is faded. (This was gel by the way). read more

I broke a dip nail that I got done at a different salon and asked to get it fixed during my pedicure. The tech matched it perfectly...the shape, the color, everything was spot on! Went in for a last minute nail removal, and they charged me $20 for a dip removal. They just simply soaked my nails, didn't drill them or anything and charged $20 for something I could do at home for free. On the ticket she wrote $10 as the price of the nail removal but they girl at the front up charged me and gave a reason that absolutely made no sense. She stated "I was taking a manicure time." Even though I stated clearly I just wanted a removal. Many workers were just sitting around doing nothing. Very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

Today I was told they would no longer do my nails because during my last visit my baby was fussing and I had to stop a few times to tend to her. Instead of understanding that I'm a paying customer and also a mother, they made me feel unwelcome and refused service. My wife's egregious experience at this establishment! Per my wife: I have come in twice. First time by myself went fine but the 2nd time I called for a Saturday afternoon and made an appointment for three people and provided what we wanted. We came in at the appointment time and unfortunately they were understaffed and the 2 individuals with me had to wait to get serviced. Luckily we didn't have anything going on afterwards and things happen we get it. We all finally got serviced, paid and left. Monday evening to my surprise, one of my "dipped" nail totally came off clean on its own. Total surprise, never ever happened before. Next day after work, I went to get it fixed. Now the kicker, 2 days after this all but 2 totally came off clean. Didn't peel them, just came off. Needless to say, I was more than a little upset and it happened right after making dinner and after the salon closed. I went to the salon the next day to show them and to get a refund of some sort since this is the 2nd time this happened. Walked in and showed them the issue, not an apology for their poor work just straight to making an appointment to get them redone. Nope, at this point I don't want to be at this salon for a dip nail job. Asked for a refund, was told No Refunds. Asked for a gift card, was told this is the same as a refund and that will not be given. Mind you this is from management who told me this. Asked for the owner and was not available. Left my number to discuss. At this point I had to add this review to this establishment for others to know and beware. Firstly, my friend and I came in here, got the same service and had two completely different experiences. I got gel polish, and the tech did not buff my nail (they did to my friend's) nor did they use primer. My friend also asked for gel polish and they did regular polish and tried to charge us the same price saying they 'decided' to switch to paraffin. I tried asking what snacks they had instead of a drink since it was listed on their menu and they couldn't understand what I was asking. The tech who did my friend's feet also kept making disgusted faces/laughing at their feet which we get pedicures all the time and no one has ever done this. They also offer complimentary 'drinks' (champagne, wine, mimosas) and the mimosa was literally just cranberry juice. the menu provided on the website does not have pricing, nor does it match the menu provided on maps. read more

I'd been going for several months, getting fills every two weeks. This time the owner convinced me to get a pedi too, assuring me it could be done at the same time as my fill. Pedi took 90 min because the very nice gentleman doing it did not know how to polish toes and tried for about 30 min before I finally asked to just leave without polish. The owner ended up fixing them. No apology or discount for the hassle or the extra hour I was there. Ok fine, I'll give grace. Then I go to pay and suddenly the price of my fill has increased. At first they tried to say it was due to new owners. The current owner has been there since I started going. Then it was due to filing and shaping very long nails. Not my situation and never has been. The owner said she'd charge me the correct price but I never did get a real explanation for why they tried to charge me more. (I wonder if they just throw in extra charges hoping we won't do the math?) I had a coupon and a cc fee so I didn't do all the math at the time, but after getting home I realized she had, in fact, still charged me the higher, incorrect price. Instead of constantly trying to generate new business with 15% off coupons, why not treat repeat customers with care and respect, so they stay? I won't be back. read more

ce at this salon was similar to the ones I read after my service. The salon was not busy when we arrived and we were both able to walk in without appointments. We both got the pamper pedicure and I also asked for gel polish. My toenails were already short before the pedicure and when the nail tech started filing them down to shape them they felt a little tender. The overall pedicure was excellent but by the end of the service, I noticed that the polish on one of my right toes was thick and uneven. I didn't say anything before it was finished because I thought the nail tech had fixed it when he went over it a few times. By the time the gel was done curing, the nail was noticeably thick and clumpy. He was able to fix it after I told another nail tech that I was unhappy with it. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed another nail on my right foot had already chipped and was cut from him filing down the nail so much. For as much as we paid for the service, we sadly would not come back. read more
