This is the WORST place. I had a manicure done by Andy and before leaving the salon, I told him that I don't like what he did. I called him back to let him know I was not happy with what he did and he pretended as if it wasn't him and he hung up the phone on me plus he increased the price from $45 to $55 without letting me know upfront. He even filed my fingers until they bled TWICE on both my hands. His work is sloppy and hideous I'm attending a conference tomorrow and I'm so embarrassed.

I usually go there for my basic manicures. But this time, I came back for nail removal AND a basic manicure. First off, I'd rather have my nails SOAKED off rather than having them peeled or ripped off. My opinion is, I think they PREFER to rip off the nail so they don't have to "waste" their nail removal products. If it is so, I think that's very selfish, un-business like and unprofessional. Having your nail ripped and peeled off is very painful to some people like myself. I know I can't be the only one who feels this way. So after he allowed me to soak it for awhile (after I suggested it), he still ripped off (4) of my stubborn nails. Judging by the picture I posted AFTER my experience, I still can't believe it looked SO jacked up. He didn't smooth out the surface, it looks SO uneven, the paint job looks so terrible. Don't get me wrong, I'll still go back after my natural nails repair itself on it's own for basic manicures. But I am NEVER going back for nail removal. It was terrible, painful and inconsiderate in how my nails look. Just awful; especially when I know he could have done better.

Excellent service...Andrew really knows gels nails. Affordable as well.

Worst gel pedicure ever. The polish is uneven and lumpy. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I've been going to Hanna for a while now, and I can honestly say she's the best nail technician…read moreI've ever had! I travel almost an hour just to see her -- that's how worth it she is. She doesn't just do my nails; she truly takes care of me. Over time, she's become more than just my nail tech -- she's a friend. Her work is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail, the creativity in her designs, and how perfectly she shapes every nail -- it's all unmatched. It took me years to find someone who truly understands my style and knows exactly what to do, and I'm so glad I finally did. If you're looking for someone who's talented, kind, and genuinely cares about her clients, she's the one!

If you've ever wondered if your Vietnamese nail tech was talking ish about you- well this place…read moreDEFINITELY does! I came in this afternoon with my 4 year old. It's our first time here and we were excited as it's my daughter's first time at the nail salon. I asked for a pedicure for myself ($58) and polish for my girl's hands ($12). The store wasn't busy- after all it's a Tuesday early afternoon. We were sat down promptly at the pedicure seats. Two ladies were assigned; one for me and one for my daughter. What happened next absolutely shocked me to my core. They were talking about us in Vietnamese!! One asked the other what my daughter was getting and they were complaining that I didn't add on for her toes - telling each other how cheap it is and dissing me for me not adding it. Last I checked $12 for 3 minutes of basic polish is pretty good business. That's a meal, or someone's hourly wage. I didn't say a thing. Just sat in shock. This is the first time that I've ever heard anything bad being spoken at ANY nail salon about ANYONE. I'm the only Asian client in here- what?!? Pretty risky IMO. If they're speaking about me, they're definitely speaking ill about you. The owner called to apologize but that was the extent of the process. I wont be back and will be sharing my story.

I was expected to put my hands in a bunch of dust and someone else's nasty finger nail clippings! It was absolutely disgusting. The technician didn't seem to care at all. Naturally, they reuse the same dip containers for everyone, the Emory board used was stained from multiple uses on other people, and they don't even have you wash your hands before. Far and away the least sanitary salon I've ever been to. The manicure itself turned out fine and the paint job is good, but there was nothing resembling an actual manicure here. He did nothing to my cuticles, and I didn't even get hand lotion at the end. While the dip service (which included a gel coating at the end, so if you're trying to avoid UV, this is not the place) was cheaper than I've had before ($40), it was literally JUST polish. It goes without saying.. don't expect a drink or anything from here (but honestly, I wouldn't want to consume anything in this environment!). I'd give one star but for the fact my mom got a basic pedicure, which she said was really good and really quite affordable ($28). She didn't seem to find cleanliness issues, so maybe it's just for manicures.
