Beautiful nails by a male tech with spiked hair, HOWEVER, horrible job massaging - usually they do ur legs and up to ur elbows but he did not. He only did up to my wrists and didn't get my all of my calf and shin area. Also, when it came time to pay out of all of my cards (four) he said they wouldn't take- which can't be. And he kept asking "do you have cash?" That was really frustrating. He was just declining my cards! But beautiful nails. read more

This is the WORST place. I had a manicure done by Andy and before leaving the salon, I told him that I don't like what he did. I called him back to let him know I was not happy with what he did and he pretended as if it wasn't him and he hung up the phone on me plus he increased the price from $45 to $55 without letting me know upfront. He even filed my fingers until they bled TWICE on both my hands. His work is sloppy and hideous I'm attending a conference tomorrow and I'm so embarrassed. read more

My polish on my acrylic nails dried bumpy and had to go back in and have manager fix. Then a week later a nail broke off and 3 more had lifted terribly and they refused to fix them. Would never recommend. I've never had an issue with my nails lifting so fast and no resolution with being forced to pay again. read more

I usually go there for my basic manicures. But this time, I came back for nail removal AND a basic manicure. First off, I'd rather have my nails SOAKED off rather than having them peeled or ripped off. My opinion is, I think they PREFER to rip off the nail so they don't have to "waste" their nail removal products. If it is so, I think that's very selfish, un-business like and unprofessional. Having your nail ripped and peeled off is very painful to some people like myself. I know I can't be the only one who feels this way. So after he allowed me to soak it for awhile (after I suggested it), he still ripped off (4) of my stubborn nails. Judging by the picture I posted AFTER my experience, I still can't believe it looked SO jacked up. He didn't smooth out the surface, it looks SO uneven, the paint job looks so terrible. Don't get me wrong, I'll still go back after my natural nails repair itself on it's own for basic manicures. But I am NEVER going back for nail removal. It was terrible, painful and inconsiderate in how my nails look. Just awful; especially when I know he could have done better. read more

I've come here twice, first time got acrylic manicure and I got a pedicure, this second time I got a pedicure. First time I thought they did ok but for the price they could have been better, when I finished my nails didn't look nice and shiny so I had to let the guy know and he "fixed it" but still lame, I did say I wasn't going to be back, this second time I really wanted a pedicure I was going to get my car serviced so I had time to spare I went to see if they were open they were with no waiting, so I said what the heck just do it, so everything was fine until the lady was about finished smeared my polish twice so naturally had to fix it she seemed annoyed even though she was the one that did it, so she went over it it had bubbles because she was rushing and my other foot she could have done 3 coats because she even noticed it was dull/transparent just on one nail and she didn't fix it, it was a small spot but still, for the price of these stuff nowadays and them demanding a tip, they should do a perfect job too. I hate when they stand there expecting you to tip them. Which i did tip. FYI but now I really won't be returning. Two times is enough for me. I tried. read more

The gentleman that was starting my toes was very rude and nasty and when I asked how much to get with no stones he said read the paper I don't know the prices. Then wanted to charge 5.00 to take polish off two nails then 15 more for gel polish when I said that is crazy high he said o well and tried to paint over the polish already on my toes so I moved my foot and said no, I won't pay for a trashy job to be done. I will never come back. Disrespectful and rude. Called the manager and all he said was I'll talk to him. Then he walks back in and gives me a go to hell look. My niece loves this salon - and I do as well. Went about 9:30 am dec 26th - got right in. My sister didn't want mani-pedi but we wanted to visit. They were not busy so they let her sit next to me for both services. Great value, clean (they have plastic liners for the pedi- my sister said... let's watch if they change them out between customer......... YES THEY DID! I live in NYC but wish there was a place like this for speed and value. read more

I came to get a pedicure after a long day of work Thought it would be a relaxing way to end the day and it didn't turn out to be unfortunately- Linda who did my nails was nice and did a great job but when it came time to pay and I needed to leave a tip on the debit card that's when Diana ( who wasn't even a part of any of this) spoke up and said very rudely you don't have cash? what if she wanted to go get something to eat? mind you there were no other customers in the salon but me ( now I know why) ( lesson learned) I felt very bad feeling like I had done something wrong ( even though I left a generous tip on card) but after thinking about it I am realizing I didn't have to leave a tip at all but not being that type of person I wanted to reward her for a job well done , but sadly due to Diana I wont be back to an establishment that has such rude ( is an understatement) help! I come here all the time! Donna really takes cares of everyone and treats you like a family member. I started coming with my friend and now have gotten to know the ladies. The first time I got my eye brows waxed the lady burned my eye but we let Donna know and she took $10 off my next manicure. I don't let anyone else wax my eyebrows but Donna! Jenny does my pedicures and manicures and she does an amazing job. She knows that I love the design on my nails and will find some cute ones on the internet and ask me if I like it before she does it. I will be coming back for a long time! I will also be recommending this to my friends! It's nice and easy on my way home from work and I always feel so relaxed while I'm there! read more

Not clean, didn't wash out their foot soaker between pedicures. Re-used the same scrubber on your feet as the last person, never seen any sanitary procedures. People we're pretty friendly, but I will not be back. read more
