I really like this place. Today, Mother's Day' my husband treated me to a pedicure and eyebrow wax…read more He also got a pedicure too. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

If you've ever wondered if your Vietnamese nail tech was talking ish about you- well this place…read moreDEFINITELY does! I came in this afternoon with my 4 year old. It's our first time here and we were excited as it's my daughter's first time at the nail salon. I asked for a pedicure for myself ($58) and polish for my girl's hands ($12). The store wasn't busy- after all it's a Tuesday early afternoon. We were sat down promptly at the pedicure seats. Two ladies were assigned; one for me and one for my daughter. What happened next absolutely shocked me to my core. They were talking about us in Vietnamese!! One asked the other what my daughter was getting and they were complaining that I didn't add on for her toes - telling each other how cheap it is and dissing me for me not adding it. Last I checked $12 for 3 minutes of basic polish is pretty good business. That's a meal, or someone's hourly wage. I didn't say a thing. Just sat in shock. This is the first time that I've ever heard anything bad being spoken at ANY nail salon about ANYONE. I'm the only Asian client in here- what?!? Pretty risky IMO. If they're speaking about me, they're definitely speaking ill about you. The owner called to apologize but that was the extent of the process. I wont be back and will be sharing my story.

10/10 -- Worth the 30-40 minute pilgrimage from Gold Canyon…read more I drove about 30-40 minutes to get to this salon from Gold Canyon, and let me just say... it was worth every mile. The salons around the area just weren't giving "trustworthy energy" . This place though? Super legit, clean, and absolutely delivers. Ambience Walking in feels like a little slice of Vietnam--in the best way. It's welcoming, lively, and honestly a vibe. Also... there's a bar (YES, a bar). Which is genius because depending on the design you choose, you'll be parked in that chair for hours, so you might as well sip something while your nails get upgraded. Also, huge plus: everything looked clean and sanitary. No weird smells, no sketchy tools, no "why is that towel damp?" moments. Nail Techs Let's talk about the real heroes: Clarissa -- I need to personally thank her for putting her whole back into saving my husband's feet. This man had major callouses, and somehow she turned his feet into something that resembles a newborn baby's softness. I'm still shocked. A miracle worker. Ana -- She did an amazing job with my pedicure, and the massage?? Top tier. The kind that makes you forget bills exist. MVP: Sam -- Sam absolutely understood the assignment for my manicure. Not only did he listen, he EXECUTED. My design wasn't basic--this was a Pinterest-level, detailed, complex moment and he nailed it (literally). You could tell he was proud of his work... and honestly, he should be because my nails came out beautiful. Price I'm from LA, so my standards are high and my wallet has seen trauma. But the prices here are reasonable, especially for the quality. And truly, you get what you pay for--this place is worth it. If you need a nail salon that can actually bring your Pinterest nail dreams to life, this is it. 10/10 highly recommend. I'll be back.

I've been here to Arizona for a year. I've been coming here five times now total and every one is amazing. Lori (I believe that is her name) in the front is just so amazing. Love her! She is the sweetest. I usually pick anyone to do my nails when I make an appointment because I'm trying to see how everyone does it, before I pick one. So far everyone is amazing! I love all the colors that I have picked. I typically do dip but the dark red was gel with dip. I love the experience. However my 4th time there when you sign in I noticed that none of the times or appointments I made prior were on there. When you sign in you can see how many times you were there and on the 10th trip it will give you a discount or something, I'm not sure. I pointed it out to the woman with black in the front who told me I've been there 10 times already and that it started all over. I assured her I have been there 4 times and even if I did come the 10th time I never saw a discount or whatever they are offering. She told me that I have and that's what they have in their system. I texted my husband about it and he looked at our bank statement and I've been there 4 times I told her that and she was a little more apologetic than before. I've been here in AZ for a year and was at another place until then when my nail tech left. I did come back for the 5th time and I saw the it move to one of 10. I'm not sure if that works or not but regardless they do amazing on the nails and give a good service.

Everything went well, I got the collagen pedicure. I experienced a little bit of pain while the technician mentioned she was removing an ingrown toe nail. I didn't have any pain prior so I didn't realize I had one, but appreciated it. However, this morning I woke up with my left big toe in severe pain to where I can't put weight on it. I'm really bummed out because my experience overall was great. However, paying $80 after tip, the last thing I expected was toe infection. :( I understand things happen but that lends me to think something wasn't properly sanitized before use on me, which isn't great regardless. But especially since it's such an expensive establishment.
