Would not go back again. Had a Gel Pedicure done. 0 rate.. Was also to have a Pink & White powder Fill done. He did not do the White fill because my tips already white. This was before he filed them down. So he only did the Pink Powder fill. He knew I wasn't happy so he was going to paint white tips on. I said no you are not doing that. So Sunday I came in for a pedicure and a fill, I had a rough day and this contributed to one of the worst days of my life. I showed the guy what I wanted but before we even got to painting I decided to go with something WAY more simple and basic. The toes were just simple and sparkly. So after I finished I went to where we sat down and he started working on my nails. I was instantly mortified when he changed my nail shape from a square to an almond and shaved off a ton of length (Inspo pic-also square with length and I now have sausage fingers) but then he starts painting my fingers pink when inspo pic is tan.......THEN he starts making a French tip on all my fingers (im still too shocked to speak) and he gets up and says the girl next to him will finish me and he walks away, one hand all jacked up. The girl comes over and starts cleaning up the French tips and asks if I like them, I tell her yes and its beautiful but none of this was what I asked for and im very confused. I showed her the inspo pic and she just chuckled and asked if thats what I showed him and I said yes and she starts taking the white tips off, paints two of my nails sparkly and tells me im done. IM MORTIFIED AF. My nails are bumpy, too short, wrong color, wrong everything. Im very soft spoken and I dont like to complain so I paid the $100 and went home and cried. I had been driving to Gilbert from Gold Canyon to have the Gel-X nails done because they are the only nails which are strong enough and stay on for nearly 4 weeks. Donna did a fabulous job and my nails lasted 3 1/2 weeks before 1 broke (which is why I only gave 4 stars). The never lifted. Turned out better than expected! read more

Messed up my girlfriend's nail barrier by prying old acrylic nails off before soaking them. Left damages to my gf's nails and her toes weren't to pretty either because they painted over the white coloring that they accidentally put on instead of the green. Color on her toes is very blotchy. Completely rushed. Soaked off her nails after prying them while she was getting her toes done and let it leak all over her clothes. My gf used to come in here every week for a long time and this was the final straw. Poor quality. Dirty salon with dirty tools; nothing was sanitized. The working towel on the station hadn't been washed in who knows how long, full of other peoples' nail clippings and visibly filthy. The nail tech wanted me to rest my hands on that filthy towel while he worked! He also reeked of cigarettes to the point where it was difficult to breathe. The polish I chose was so old, it came out in clumps and didn't cover my nails. He left it that way- translucent and partial coverage. My nails looked terrible when finished and I feared a small cut he made while filing might have led to an infection (it didn't), so I doused my hands in hand sanitizer. I was shocked at the level of filth. Unsanitary. Unskilled employees. Bad experience. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My usual nail place was closed today and this nail salon was around my area. But I was thankful that they welcomed walk ins. The only person who greeted me was one of the manicurist. I asked for a simple pedicure with regular polish. The woman working on my pedicure was RUDE. She kept insisting on purchasing gel polish when I told her no multiple times. $30 of a mediocre pedicure. The prices for different options were just downright ridiculous. On top of that, the cleanliness of their salon. I saw and witnessed roaches crawling around and the way that my feet were STILL in the water as she rinsed off the "cheese grater" of a foot scrubber then tossed it in the bottom of her basket (not sanitary or sanitizing it after use) She really was lazy through out the process and just made me feel unwanted. My pedicure was rushed and it was obvious that the workers were noticeably talking about me. And she still expected a tip. She didn't even apply a top coat to my nails after painting them. And stood next to me as I reached into my purse to pay. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable, but this experience was far from it. I don't know if they just specialized or target in treating/working on women 50 years + because their service for their pricing isn't worth it at all. My mom and I continue to be on the lookout for our new nail spot - and this is not it. Everything was ok, but I would not go higher than that. First, don't expect any extra frills here. You're not getting a glass of wine - they don't even offer one of those half bottles of water. The massage chairs are old and worn (visibly worn with tears in the material). We had appointments, but that didn't seem to mean anything. We waited a while, especially my mom, who got started well after me. The pedicures were ok. I had an upgraded one, and while there were a lot of steps (including hot stones), it was lackluster. The massage was meh. Even more surprising, though, was that my polish was a mess. There was polish in multiple places on my skin, and the technician made no effort to remove it. So far the polish on the toes remains fine, but we'll see. To add insult to injury, the second the technician finished working on my mom, he demanded payment. Then he made a spectacle of giving her the change, clearly expecting far more of a tip than he deserved. He also put her flip flops back on and encouraged her out before her toes were dry. And we both had plenty of dry spots on our feet after we left. Definitely not a return place. read more
