I thought it was heaven but O M G SanTan Nails & Spa blew that out of the water!! I scheduled my appointment for 3:30 pm on a Saturday. When I walked in, I had to fill out a waiver by scanning a QR code and within a minute or two, I was all set. Kali came to get me and brought me to the bed I would be laying on for the duration of my appointment. The nail salon is separated from the room with the massage beds. Each bed is separated with a curtain to provide you with privacy as you change into a wrap. I would highly suggest wearing clothing that's easy to remove so you can get settled in faster. I wore a short dress so changing took me no time at all. Kali went straight to work by putting plastic bags over my feet, then wrapping my legs in the inflatable leg massagers. The pressure would build up then release for a relaxing massage on my lower limbs. She then started with my facial and eventually on my hair. I don't know what she was using, but the tools she used on my face felt AMAZING!!! She also put on this eye mask thingy that felt so cool and calming. I was in lalaland!! I took a nice long nap as she massaged my face, scalp, arms, hands and décolletté. When I tell you I was on Cloud 9, please believe me!!! The Deluxe Head Spa is worth its weight in gold. Luckily for me, I got it at a great price, too. Thanks to their Instagram post, they are currently offering 20% off their regular prices so I paid $116 instead of the regular $145. What a steal!! After my service, I was offered water, soda, or lemonade. I chose lemonade but unfortunately, they ran out so I just had some cold water. Kali asked if I wanted her to blow dry my hair, but I opted not to since I was going home right after I was done. Besides, my hair is NOT the business if it isn't straightened or curled after drying! Trust me!! Lol I was totally impressed and felt like a new woman when I walked out. Other than the fact that they ran out of lemonade and that my hair was damp when I left, I'm still giving this place 5 stars because it was such a relaxing experience! Maybe next time I'll bring my Dyson AirStrait so that I can dry/straighten my hair after my service (if they allow it). Thank you Kali for your magical hands! I hope I can come back again soon!!

I don't believe it. I think there was miscommunication and I was given the upgraded pedicure although I clearly stated I wanted the basic pedicure, which is an unfortunate rip off. I called the salon and asked to speak with a manager. I was told that the manager wasn't there but the female on the phone could help as she was the "acting" manager at the time. She told me that, per their policy, they don't do refunds, they only do "re-do's". Well, that may be fine for some people but 1) I don't live in the area and I needed to get to the airport to fly home to MA. so I didn't have the time to go back and 2) If your product wasn't of good quality the first time, why would I want to waste my time and gas again? I was also told that their policy is clearly posted on the check out counter. That tells me that this sort of thing happens a lot if they felt the need to implement such a policy and "clearly" post it. I requested a call back but did not receive one. I sent an email, waited 2 days for a response and have not received one. I'm shocked this business is still in business! Please do not waste your time, energy and money on these grifters. There are so many other nail salons that won't rip you off then hide behind a ridiculous policy. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, amongst other sites as an informative warning to others. This business does not even deserve the one star I was forced to give in order to post this review.
