The therapists were very skilled, though a bit more talkative than I prefer--but that can happen when you're not seeing a regular therapist. There was a small organizational issue since I had requested a facial for my mom and it wasn't ready, but I understand things can slip at a large company. The location is convenient and the experience overall was relaxing; while the add-ons cost extra and aren't necessary, the hot stone, hot salt, and CBD oil upgrades are really nice as an occasional treat. Concierge, Jess 10/5 I arrived at the check-in counter and was welcomed by Jess a very pleasant young lady with amazing interpersonal skills, this is rare Kudos! She's the perfect first impressions employee every business needs. After her intake interview she guided me to their inside waiting room. This was the beginning of the experience, cozy, subdued lighting, wall colors and nicely decorated. It really was a great visual exhale. Therapists exceptional 10/5 In a few minutes my therapist Sally arrived. She was already familiar with my intake information and spent time asking questions focused on my goals, problem areas I listed. She talked about her approach to addressing my needs, discussed other add ons like cupping, oils etc. we replaced my ice hot like upgrade to post hot towel CBD cream. She left the room so I could get ready and the treatment began. Mussel warm ups, light stretching leading into her deep heavy pressure massage. Key areas addressed was my necks tightness and range of motion, shoulder tightness, back, lower right L4/5/SI, leg stretches that really highlighted my range needs work. As I'm writing this review I'm feeling sore which is expected. Sally knows her modalities and gave me a great deep tissue start. It was a deep tissue absolutely amazing. She is the FIRST massage therapist that literally fixed my jaw after 3 years! I also had kinesiology tape applied to my leg. I was feeling extremely refreshed and excited about my next appointment. Upon checking out, I was sat down again with the front desk associate and educated on tape and the rockstar liquid they placed underneath it. I was given the option to purchase either. I kindly declined, then I was offered a one year membership, which I kindly decline then I was offered a six month membership, which I kindly decline then I was offered to pay upfront for a six month membership, which I kindly decline then I was asked what the issue was about committing to a membership. So as you can see the Massage that I went in for was excellent. They used car salesman technique at the end was less than relaxing, was a major turn off, and I will be back to see her possibly in the future. This is the only place I go for a massage anymore. I have had many massages in the past due to my…read moredeteriorated discs in my neck and my lower back. The muscles get so knotted. Then I had to have rotator cuff surgery on both shoulders, along with a torn bicep tendon, sub scapula and scapula. Lara was recommended to me as an addition to my physical therapy. I have complete motion now on both arms where many of my friends have not been so lucky. I had an extremely tight IT Band that was causing irritation in my knee visible on an MRI. Lara was able to get it relaxed and stop the irritation. I won't go anywhere else.

I have had several levels of the pedicure service from the basic to the fullest service and all were awesome. The products used were first class and the outcome is well worth the modest price. As the photos show, they always have the salon tastefully decorated for upcoming holidays. They typically have soft ambient music playing to complement the relaxed atmosphere. My wife gets the gel polish manicure. My wife has very sensitive fingers, and Holly does a great job of being gentle.
