Linda is the BEST for facials! I have a membership but wasn't going very much as I hadn't had very good experiences with massages (at another location) and decided to try the facials here. I got lucky booking with Linda and now I go see her as often as possible! Not only has my skin improved like crazy but she really listens and helps address any concerns. I'm also a few months postpartum and she's helped make sure all treatments are safe for nursing my baby I wasn't sure if I'd ever use all the credits I'd accrued after not going while pregnant but I'm so happy to have found someone who is exceptional at their craft The front desk is also sooo much better at this location than other locations I've been too, friendly and welcoming every time Highly recommend! read more

My massage girl just took it upon her self to end my session early . Massages are expensive and I'm sitting here in shock waiting for my husband to get out of his appointment. The girl even noticed at the front desk. How do you even approach something like this . I've been a massage envy since 2015, and love this location. Linda was the first therapist that had me keep coming back as she helped tremendously with pain, and was a delight to spark up a conversation with. Over the last couple of years, I had not seen Linda as often or at all most recently. Have no fear! Plenty of amazing other specialists! Lester was my therapist today, and who I try to book with. He's great at asking if the pressure is too much as I do firm to deep to get out the problem areas in my shoulders and back where I store my most tension. We have some great conversations, and I'm always impressed he remembers our conversations from visit to visit. Heck, he will ask if I've been to Disneyland recently. It's that personal touch that makes you overlook anything that may lessen a 5 star review. On that note... I do have one thing that I noticed, and did bring up with front staff. It was quite dusty underneath the table. I thought I was imagining it at first, but did check after the massage to see if it was my eyes. I'm probably one of the few that keeps their eyes open for a good portion of the massage. It's honestly the first time in 8 years of frequenting this specific location that I've noticed anything impacting the ambiance/cleanliness. This location is so hit and miss. Of the last six sessions, between my husband and I, we have been cancelled on four times! One time I was even at the studio and I had to go up and ask what the deal was only to be told the therapist wasn't coming. The management does try and make it right by comp'ing an extra 30min and I get things happen, but my appointments are cancelled more than actually kept. It's a big deal to get a sitter and plan a massage over a week in advance to be called 2 hours beforehand because someone is leaving sick. I can't believe they keep emailing and texting me about all my stacked up sessions ($300 worth), but I can't use them- forget the facial appointments and get some massage rooms/employees so this stops happening! I asked about cancelling and I'd only have 2 months to use my sessions (that I fully paid for!) so now I'm just going to suspend and try to get them all in within 6 months and then cancel- what a silly game. read more

I would rate my experience a zero I made multiple appointments back in November or December February appointment got canceled. I believe the therapist was sick which I understand then come March a month later I had appointment on the same number day five and they decide to cancel February 5 and March 5. I called to talk to the manager who was very blunt and on the same day they had a different therapist, but only 90 minute sessions and they admitted that they canceled it by mistake. They only had 90 minute sessions with other therapist on the day I wanted and I asked if they could pay the difference for their mistake for a long time. Customer manager says well you don't do that. She wouldn't tell me whether that was a corporate rule or the franchise owner. She offered another day with my therapist, but it was 6 o'clock at night and I already had evening plans that night, but she was very blunt about notcomplementing the 30 minutes and I read the review from a month ago where they gave 30 minute comp. Thanks for being a long time customer I'm a senior and I need my massages but this is two months in a row. I was not able to I would not recommend this location anymore, especially with the attitude of this manager, this location used to have very good staff not now when I made the appointment last year I've made 4-5 months to get past snowbirds read more

My Mom & I were treated to a spa day for a Mother's Day treat from my daughter. I made an appointment for facials, although I would've rather had a nice massage, but due to breast cancer that spread to the lymph nodes I can only do a specialized lymphatic massage. I was extremely surprised that they have oncology lymphatic masseuses. I decided to keep my facial appointment & I was happy that I did. The esthetician immediately explained what products she was going to use, along with what the products were made of & the advantage of them. In addition, she put me at ease...it was heavenly! The membership perks have been less then pleasant. Had several issues with billing and rollover credits. Will not be going back to this location. They have cancelled several appointments on me. It is almost impossible to see a masseuse so unless you enjoy facials the membership is not worth it. The pressure was so hard and after asking 3 times for them to lighten up, nothing changed. I feel certain that her entire bottle of oil was used and while using it was dropped on the bed so it hit my leg every time she used it. I took a long shower and still feel oily. There was so much wrong with this massage - I asked my friend who has been a massage therapist for years his opinion... and much of what I experienced wasn't normal from a professional massage therapist. I am pretty baffled by the way the organization steals from their customers. I wanted to cancel my account with them because I just don't have the free time to go into the clinic. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to stop charging me money and to let me use the 8 credits I had on my account...roughly $500 and they said if I cancel I have 60 days to use my credits or they just keep my money and take them away! How is it impossible to stop charging me money, yet let me use the money I've given you already? The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in booking an appointment for me that same morning. Anthony was my therapist and was excellent in helping to relax and release my right muscles. I am so disappointing in the customer service! The back story - my Mom died in June 2019 and had 8 sessions left of her membership. My Dad went in shortly after her death and after some conversation they said it could be transferred to me. Well, my Mom had just died, I wasn't doing well, so I didn't go in right away. I didn't go in until end of December to talk to them because I just couldn't. Have you lost a Mom? It's AWFUL! When I went in they told me I only had until the end of January to use all 8 sessions. Well, that wasn't going to happen in 4 weeks. They told me the Manager had already extended it and there was nothing they could do. I called the corporate office to try to get an extension. Only until like March, so I could even split these with someone. After MULTIPLE messages were left for both Amber and Christine, I guess I finally have to give up. They have not been lost, since it's February and NO ONE ever called e back. That, to me, is unacceptable. How can they even do that? ESPECIALLY given the circumstances. They can totally make it right by giving me those 8 sessions back. They were initially paid for, what's it's to them? Essentially, they have stolen customer money and not provided service. My massage therapist Valeria was super sweet, not the best massage of my life, but certainly not the worst. My fiancé has a membership here and she has been going for a while and loved it. She had been getting a massage by the same guy there and was never uncomfortable by him until the last time she went there she said he made her super uncomfortable and when he massaged her butt even after telling him not to go near that area and also mentioned to me that she kept feeling a breeze on her butt which obviously means the blanked kept getting slightly pulled down. Just very unprofessional and very frustrating to hear as her fiancé. She tried to cancel because she doesn't feel comfortable there anymore and then massage envy said she needs to do more sessions before she's allowed to cancel which is even more unfair considering that they didn't clarify this enough when she signed up. First time visit is only $39. $39 for a 1 hour massage....are you kidding me? Thats awesome! 2. Locations. They're everywhere. Hey, look....theres one now! 3. They're legit. You dont have to feel shady going in and your wife doesnt have to wonder if you're getting a massage or a rub and tug! The only thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating...they're a little pushy with the close. They have a membership and they push that pretty hard. Pros: Office Staff was very kind,helpful and friendly. made you feel very welcome. Alyssa my therapist was very nice and took time to listen to all my needs and concerns and I would recommend her for anyone in need of deep tissue work. Lots of appointments available Had a deal for first time clients of $55.00 for a one hour massage Cons: Walls are paper thin. The gentleman in the next room was talking very loud and listened to him during my entire treatment. You could hear everything going on in the surrounding area. They use lotion and not oils. Anyways I sent my fiance and, while the massage was reported to be decent, the customer service I experienced was subpar and belittling. I called to simply discuss some miscommunication/understanding (easily could be on our end ...not sure) and staff lead, Mary Kay, was sarcastic in tone, repeatedly interrupted with "thats great. Ok great." Etc etc. When i followed up with the manager, Darlene, she immediately shot down my concerns and while she was at least not sarcastic....she was just as unpleasant. This location was the worst customer service I have had in a very long time. My wife and I had massages scheduled back to back. When she was done I came in and she was getting ready to pay with a corporate gift card. The receptionist stated they don't take those they only take their own that they make. I question that and was told they have had fraudulent ones so they only take their own. We continue to question this since we know all massage envy are franchises and have to obey corporate rules. I cancelled my massage and my wife asked to speak to the manager. The receptionist stated she would not be in until tomorrow. She asked her to get the manager on the phone. Once the manager was on the phone she refused to talk to my wife and told the receptionist that they would not take that gift card. My wife repeatedly asked them to scan the gift card and they refused. My wife told them what if I didn't bring any money, their reply was they would call the police ( kind of funny since she is a retired police officer). We finally paid but will never go back there. The worst customer service!!!!! I called corporate and they stated they have to take corporate gift cards. They are looking into this for us. I could easily give this location 5 stars for the super friendly staff and the 90 minute massage I got was great. My massage started at about 5:05 and lasted til 6:27. A good 90 minutes! This place was crowded with not only people getting massages but customers getting facials and purchasing skin care. What stops me from giving it 5 stars is that it was too cold for me and the music a bit too loud. But aside from that it was great! read more
