Wow what a pleasant surprise. Loved the ionic foot soak and enjoyed my foot massage afterwards for a really good price.i will definatly be back, and bring my hubby with too. read more

I have driven past this place so many times over the years, but never actually stopped in. Today was the day I decided to walk in and see if I could get a foot massage. I walked in and was happily greeted by a gentleman at the counter, and he pointed to two signs on the wall and asked me which one I wanted. It was a 60 minute combo, or a 90 minute combo. I went with the 60 minute. I was immediately Taken to a room that had two tables in it, and I waited a moment and he brought in a big bucket of water for me to put my feet in. As my feet soaked, the gentleman came in and gave me an incredible scalp, shoulder and neck massage. He also pressed on some trigger point to my face, and I will say it felt amazing! Then he moved to my feet and gave me an outstanding foot and calf massage. I don't think that he was actually hitting the trigger points, but I don't really care, it felt amazing! After he massaged my feet, he did some work on my upper thigh area and then had me roll over to my face, and he worked on my back, shoulders, glutes, calves, and a little bit more on my feet. I won't say it was super relaxing, but it definitely felt so good and at some point it was painful, but it was a good kind of painful. I left feeling like I need to cancel my membership at my regular massage place and just come here instead! I removed one star because there was no conversation whatsoever between me and the gentleman who did my services, I would have preferred to be able to talk a little bit about what I wanted and a little bit about how everything works, but it's not something that will stop me from going back again. read more

Enjoyed several massages here in the past few months. Joey and Fei are awesome. They know how to reduce your stress and tension with varying degrees of technique and pressures. Very tranquil atmosphere. I strongly recommend calling in advance and setting up an appointment. They ask questions in advance to understand what your needs are. Different family members want/need different pressures. They accommodated every time and each of us was very happy with the services and felt refreshed and relaxed after the massages. Very reasonable pricing as well. We've tried many other places and this one is the best in the area. read more

My favorite reflexology place. These people are always pleasant and professional, and they have a variety of different pressures available, so you can decide if you want a light touch or deep pressure. read more

Foot spas in general are not generally as the name says, but mostly a "rub you long time for cheap" as they generally do most of the body with the quality of anywhere from getting beat up to a genital massage from a friend. I have experienced it all as these service businesses. You don't know what you get until its done. But having been here over a dozen times and this was perhaps the worst massage I have ever received to date, eclipsed only by one time my shoulder was injured here by a man causing me to leave 3/4 through the massage and still paying the full amount. Well this time, it was a woman doing point pressure on my lower back, a practice which can be really bad if they don't know what they are doing (most don't) nor have knowledge if you have any injuries that can leave you in pain. She finally eased up when I started to get up and verbalized that hurts rather strongly. Coupled with very abrupt handling such as picking up a body limb and then dropping it 6"-10" rather than setting it down gently made this massage far less than relaxing. I will give kudos for the foot massage which was perhaps the best one I have received from this or any other spa, ignoring the foot drops, this is what got them a star and limb drop minus a star! Now for the part that lost them 2 stars, Time In and Time Out on the as advertised "60 minute Massage". I walked in at 35 minutes after the hour. Withing 5 minutes I am on a table and around 45 minutes after the hour the massage begins. During the massage, I am estimating about 10 minutes she was out of the room. then at 30 minutes after the following hour, I get the much dreaded "Double Tap!" As I walk out and pay for the massage, she had the nerve to complain about my tip being so low, or rather, not at the amout she claims other pay. Then I mentioned the time and as we looked up at the clock after I mentioned she shorted me on the time, it is almost exactly 60 minutes after I first walked in. If they want to give a 50-minute massage, then advertise it as such but still it wasn't even that. Sad because most everyone I have met is nice. But the quality of service is just all over the place and I can't risk injury again. read more

Fie did an excellent job to help relieve my sciatic pain. I got the 60 min combo and it was great. First time here and they had appointments to fit my schedule. They will accommodate whatever pressure you want during the massage, I requested a firm deep muscle type massage. It was very relaxing. I recommend trying this place out for any type of massage. They told me they can focus on any types of problem areas, just need to talk with them in advance to discuss it. I will be back soon. read more

I was very tense and they were able to get all my knots out. Very impressive and the prices are reasonable for what you get.

Stay aware from here- they spoke fine on the phone when I made a 60 mins reflexology appt - I showed up and they couldn't speak English after talking amongst themselves they waived me back - I was a little confused when they said take off your top - I said I am here for feet - ok but need shoulders and neck - but the man was very rough and I kept saying about feet nothing he really hurt me - I said ok - time to leave and all of a sudden I am uncharged for a full massage and foot - I said no I booked foot massage reflexology which I didn't even get - I paid and left and won't go back it was awful read more

I get it now! Oriental Foot Spas in AZ don't specialize in reflexology but in pretty regular messages. Cool! Now I know what to expect. Similar to my experience at a different foot spa in Gilbert, I came in asking for Foot Reflexology ONLY! I did not want a body massage. The receptionist who spoke very little English called someone else to speak with me to answer questions I had. It was $30 for a 60 mins foot massage or $40 minutes for a combo massage (20 min foot massage, 20 body massage). Again, I said (we - it was 3 of us) only wanted foot massages. She said, "For $30 we do only 10 mins on neck and back, the rest is on feet. This is not the same as combo). I said okay! Once I got to the back, the calmly placed my feet in the warm water and wanted until she was ready. She started with massaging my face, eyes, head, neck and shoulders for about 10 mins. I thought that would be the end of the "body" massage portion. She proceeded to massage my feet for the next 20 mins or so. It felt great! But again ... it was not foot reflexology, there wasn't any special attention to trigger points AT ALL. After the 20-30 minutes of the foot massage she asked me to turn over and started massage my shoulders, head and back .... exactly what I did not ask for. I thought we got that part out of the way within the first 10 mins. Overall, as mentioned it's a good, cheap massage just not foot reflexology at all! I'd return for the price tag! read more

Staff was so nice and attentive, massage was great. Can't beat the price and service.

Went today and loved it ! I went to this type of massage place when I lived in vegas. Great price and great service. I will be back read more

I was really hoping for great things since this place had such great reviews. When I arrived the woman who was working in the front was very short with me and I didnt feel very welcomed. The start of the reflexology was good until the head scratches (?) She was digging her nails very deeply to the point I was withdrawing from her scratch. After that it was all downhill. The woman I had didnt warn you she was placing warm oil on you, never checked in with me asking how was the pressure or water temperature...she barely rubbed my feel instead just placing her knuckles in them or scratching them...she was very rough and at one point was placing her weight directly onto my spine and not to the sides of it....I've been to different reflexology places still on the search for one I can be loyal to. This one will definitely be crossed out. Also be forewarned that they only want tips with cash and will specifically ask you for it at the time of payment...which makes check out a little awkward. I've always had cash because I know that they would rather it be that way but it's really awkward to be asked "you have cash for tip..." and then they don't give you your change back. I was in a hurry to leave they handed me a punch card which I thought also had my change...and they instead just kept the change...making out with an extra $10...nice. read more

My fiancé and I have come here multiple times throughout the years. Highly advise to call in and make an appointment to reserve your place. They are very kind and the massages are spot on! They found our problem areas without us needing to give any indication of the painful/sore spots that we each have. We will be back soon! :) read more

We had a coupon. I checked the reviews, and noted some low and some high ratings. With the coupon I figured "what the heck". Fortunately, when we showed up there was no cigarette smell. They have a tiny waiting room, but filtered water. Lots of beds in their therapy room, but not private. A few sheer curtains is the extent of the privacy. Doesn't bother me, but I'm not terribly modest and don't really care. Others may not like it. The room was relatively comfortable and relaxing. The massage itself was fine. Nothing extraordinary, but fine. For a "foot spa" a surprisingly short time was spent on the feet. Not necessarily bad, but if you really want focus on your feet you may have to ask for it. Honestly not sure if I'll come back, but the experience was fine. read more

Been there multiple time for the 1hr combo and was really good. However, today i called in at 2:11PM asked if they have an open spot for the same 1hr massage, they didn't have 4:15PM, but the lady did say to come at 5PM and took my phone number. When i came, there was a lady that walked 10sec ahead of me. The attendant came out and ask what are we there for. The lady said that she called an hour ago to schedule a massage. The attendant said if i can wait, since i couldn't, she "sorry, don't know what i did cause i don't have you on the schedule" so they just turned me down. read more

Mindy is awesome! She gave a deep massage w strong pressure that I was looking for. She even climbed on my back and used her weight n feet to get into the tough spots on my back! I am a huge fan of this place and the price is right for 60 minutes and $40 cash combo deal. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! Every time I leave this place I am refreshed and relaxed.

It was pre race day and my hips and lower back were in knots! I made an appt for a 60 minute reflexology session and walked away with much greater flexibility in my hips and back and finished my race the next day in 2nd place which was GREAT! I highly recommend the Oriental Foot Spa on Riggs (you can often find coupons in the Red Plum flyer) read more

Thanks for always caring and healing! read more

My husband and I have been to this location a few times out of convenience to where we live. The massages are OK quality, however, they really need to cut their fingernails as this can cause extreme discomfort during the 60 minute massage. We will not be returning after this last time because the two massage therapists that worked on us made it very clear, as we were paying, that a 20% tip was not appreciated! Was it because we used a credit card? Apparently that is frowned upon here. Next time tell us on the phone while we are making our appointment to only bring cash. They gave us a total attitude and body language was quite rude. Just be aware of what you're getting into when you come here. read more

This was THE worst foot massage I have ever gotten, if you want to even call it that. I walked in 10 minutes early (5:40) and rang the bell since no one was at the front. A lady came out and led me to the communal massage area and she brought me hot water to put my feet in. An hour long "Foot Massage" consists of 20 minutes of an okay face massage, scalp scratches(?), neck massage, and then they massage your arms. When she was massaging my face, her hands smelled like garlic. After all that I checked my clock and it was 6:14 and waited a few minutes for her to come back and she dropped something off near my foot. Waited longer and she finally comes back and proceeds to put massive amount of oil on my legs and feet. She then starts massaging my shins... and massaging them... and massaging them. Waiting for her to give me a foot massage and then finally she moves towards my foot and basically pinches the back of my heel a couple times, uses her knuckles to sort of massage the bottom of my feet and then she scratches my toes? That was basically my "foot massage". At least my shins were well massaged I guess. She gets done with my feet and wipes it down with a warm towel and then she uses the towel that was under my legs to wipe it down more (the towel that probably had a lot of oil). She then asks me to turn over (so she can probably give me a back massage?) but I tell her that I have an injury on my chest. She then tells me that my massage is over then. Checked my clock and it was 6:48. Go to the front and I pay for my visit and gave her a $5 tip for the okay face massage and walked out. Never again... I rather pay my husband to give me a foot massage. read more

When I found this foot spa on Yelp, I saw under the description that they had a $25 1 hour massage deal. When I called, the lady had no clue what I was talking about, and said she didn't know the price on their website (seriously?) and said she would call me back. She then called back and told me it would be $28 instead, so I thought not a huge deal, and scheduled an appointment for me and my friend. The massage overall was okay, but nothing spectacular... it's pretty average but definitely not bad either. When my friend and I went to pay, she seemed frustrated that we weren't paying with cash (they never once told me it's cash only, and they have all the capabilities to accept charge cards, so why the attitude?) She then asked me to enter my tip, and once I did, I kid you not, she told me my tip was too low... and proceeded to ask if I would leave more. I said no, because I was honestly offended by the rude nature of being asked to leave more when I didn't feel it was deserved (especially by this point.) She continued asking me about 3 times if I would raise my tip by $2 (is she seriously fighting over $2 when I paid more than I was going to originally anyway before they bait and switched the price on me?) My friend and I got in my car and she says to me, "I honestly can't believe they were that rude to us." With the dozens upon dozens of massage options in this area, I can comfortably say I will NEVER be back. And I hope no one else is a victim of their horrible customer service. The whole point of getting a massage on your day off is to feel relaxed, not to feel so violated you have to leave a 1 star review on Yelp. Freaking ridiculous. read more

First time getting reflexology. I only wanted my feet done because I've been having a lot of foot pain lately. Fei was great. He really worked my feet then proceeded to work all the tightness in my calves and knees that I know contribute to my foot pain. He also worked my hips, which are super tight. I prefer deep tissue massage to get the knots out and that is exactly what I got today. It was painful at times and the relief and relaxation after was worth it. I've already made a second appointment to see Fei again next week. read more

Great place and excellent professional service and great value. I got 2 hours for $60 which was really awesome. Will return again soon.

So after bowling some games today we ended up here because my hand and shoulder were not feeling good. I had the best full body massage I've had in along while that lasted 1.5 hours for a unbelievable price. I just recently left a relationship that lasted five years and over that period I got used to giving massages all the time and never really receiving any as the years went on( Got a few good ones in the beginning but didn't last long and died off pretty quickly). This was a very nice experience for me and long overdue. The massage and environment were so relaxing that I fell asleep a few times. Nancy does a wonderful job and she's pretty easy on the eyes as well so it's a win win in my book. I should of tried professional massages years ago. read more

So a few days after my bad experience, the manager Cindy reached out to me and asked me to come back in for another massage. I must say that this was a completely different experience this time around and I now understand why they got all the good reviews before. Cindy gave me a neck, shoulder, arm, & foot massage which was wonderful. I had nice warm, heated rice bags for my back as I'm 6 months pregnant. The overall experience was really great and I appreciated her reaching out to me to offer me another opportunity at this place. I will be recommending this for my husband and family, but making sure they ask for Cindy! read more

I have never been more appalled by such rude customer service. They refused to honor the prices that were listed on Yelp and their website and made us pay what was listed on their wall in the store. Strike one. The massage was decent and I was fairly happy with the quality of it, but my person kept getting up to check other people in so I was left there multiple times and didn't feel I received my whole 60 minutes. Strike two. Then as my friend and I proceeded to pay, the lady asked us if we could provide a bigger tip. It was the rudest thing I have ever heard in my life. She already raised the price from what was listed online and then had the nerve to ask us to tip bigger. They were lucky we tipped at all after all things considered. Strike three. I will never be back nor recommend anyone to this place. Find somewhere else! Not worth it to be treated unkindly. read more

I've been to this place several times and LOVED it!! BUT.. this time; not so much! The only person that speaks english was not there, so trying to communicate with anyone was a challenge. I have always asked for "Andy" cause he does such a good job, but this time he was busy, so I got one of the ladies. The therapists were chatting with each other, and it was very distractive. The lady I had seemed very rushed and bothered. Not the best experience this time.. After my massage I walked back to the restroom and noticed a man being ushered in to a private room in the back with a door.. I thought this was weird and asked myself "Why does he get a private room and my friend and I were out in the open and had to listen to all the distracting noises. I really hope nothing illegal is being done.. I don't condone this behavior and am not 100% decided if I will be returning. read more

We've been coming here twice a month on average for about a year now. Consistently good service that's always relaxing. Slightly detracts from an overall very good experience. read more
