This place is solid gold!! I found this place after I was in a wreck back in 2014. To the owners and fine staff I apologize I have not left a review until now. I started out getting 1 hr reflexology "the combo" massages. The relief was instant. I now use the hour and a half combos.The relaxing atmosphere,the supremely talented staff(I have used many) men and women alike. The massages are the best I have found,and the pricing is more than fair. Back to the injuries,these folks both worked with and around them to bring back the old me time and again! I have since had both plantar fasciitis which the foot work relieves everytime,and a shoulder injury which God bless her soul Anna has bought much relief. I was looking for a place to get a massage but with all the places you have to choose from, it could be hard to pick. I am sure all places have their experts, however, I decided on Imperial Foot Spa. I thought I would try it out. Took the wife with me and we both decided on the 60 Min Combo (Hot Stones, Concentrates on Shoulders, Back, Legs & Feet. Super great message. I mean after the massage was completed, we both felt super refreshed. Talk about taking out some of the knots that have been overdue. We will definitely visit again. That dude is amazing. Don't sleep on this place. The guy who gave me a massage was so intuitive, he could tell exactly where I needed more pressure or less pressure and he was always checking in on me. The only thing I didn't like is the lotion they use. It has tons of fragrance in it and it was nauseating. I wonder if I bring my own next time if they would use it? Worth a shot. I normally get the combo massage which is whole body. I will say the technique they use here always makes my aches disappear and I just float away. And I'm not sore the next day like some places. not a fancy place but I've been to many reflexology places, this is my favorite now. Great experience, will come back often. read more

I had high hopes for this place as my friend visited a few days prior and raves about it. So, I thought I too should give this place a try. I called in advance and made an appointment for 2 and requested Tom for my friend. I came in about 8 minutes early and was completely ignored, until my appointment time came around and they placed us in a double room. I got started on immediately by a lady that reeked of cigarettes on her breath and fingers! My massage was well below average, felt more like a rub then massage. My friend waited over 15 mins before she was started on and get this! It wasn't even Tom giving the massage!?! What's the point of making a appointment and requesting a technician if you're just going to get someone else? Overall, I don't plan on returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking to get a decent massage. read more

My aunt and uncle have a Sunday routine... They drive all the way from Desert Ridge to Chandler on a weekly basis to go to get foot massages at IFS. I've been hearing about it for years. They usually go mid-morning and then get a bite to eat afterwords at one of a few restaurants nearby. I've been extended an invitation to join them more times than I can count, but Sundays are tough for me. I usually go to a yoga class on Sunday mornings and spend the rest of the day with my kids... but this Sunday was different. I decided to spend some quality time with my aunt and uncle and see first hand what makes IFS so special (or worth driving literally across the Valley for!) Aunt Sue and Uncle Frank picked me up and drove the remaining 20 minutes from my house to IFS... we had 11am appointments and walked in a few minutes early. We were taken back right away. I had Paul. Aunt Sue had Monica. I'm not sure who Uncle Frank had, but we all left happy... Paul has really strong hands and was able to find areas of tension in my face, in my feet, and all around my body. He speaks English as well. When he asked me to flip over onto my belly, I put my head down into a cute little cut-out cloth that was heart shaped. Likely just for Valentines Day weekend, but I'd never seen that before... super cute! For those unfamiliar with these "foot massage" types of places, they typically start out with a warm water soak of your feet and then a full body massage with your clothes on. IFS was exactly like what I've had before and I enjoyed almost every moment. (A few moments were more painful, but I think that my body needed it!) My aunt and uncle took care of paying for mine, but from the IFS website, it appears that a 1 hour massage is $30. That is a pretty amazing deal. The price and quality alone is likely why this is the weekly Sunday Funday plan for my aunt and uncle... I may just have to join them again soon! read more

I have been at a loss since COVID-19 started, as my normal massage place (Oriental Foot Spa) has been closed for health/safety concerns. I totally understand and support their decision, but I also have gnarly knots in my back that need to be destroyed. I have gone to 2 other massage places in the area in hopes of getting a wonderful deep tissue massage, unfortunately both of these places let me down. I found Imperial Foot Spa on Yelp and decided to give it a chance, and I'm really happy I did. I walked in and requested an hour long combo (full body), and specified that I prefer a very deep tissue massage. I was assured this would not be a problem; was directed to a bed and allowed to undress to my comfort level. I was paired with Sherry, who was absolutely incredible and did not hold back when I said I like deep tissue, but also double-checked with me to make sure the pressure was not too much. Once everything goes "back to normal" I am happy to know that I have found another massage place and person that will do a really good job, are nearby and affordable. read more

WOWZA Such a nice surprise to stumble into this amazing treat for myself. $20 for 1/2 an hour, $30 for hour foot massage. At first Iwas not sure. But when you walk in you get transformed into tranquil space. She soaked my feet in hot water, massaged, oiled, hot towel, wiped clean and another brief massage. It was great. We were encouraged to try this little spot by one of our friends and overall it didn't disappoint. My husband and I came in on a Sunday evening.. without appointments and they accommodated us quickly. The overall ambiance is quiet and they escorted us to a room where they had four tables with a curtain to separate the two tables on either side. I couldn't tell you the names of the people who did the reflexology massage but I can tell you it wasn't bad. I am giving them four stars because the timing was unusual in the sense they were doing my husband in spurts as the lady was also watching the front desk. This kind of massage can be really great if you get the right person. Also, I found it to be freezing. Next time I will bring a blanket so that it may be a bit more comfortable. Overall, solid four stars and would try again. This is located in a strip plaza with lots of parking so no issues there. 1 hour reflexology massage was $30 a pop not a bad price in my opinion. read more

I am 9.5 mo pregnant. my feet, legs and arm face everything is swollen and sore. I had someone recommend reflexology. This place accommodates to pregnant women They were AH-maxing!! My husband and I went and got an hour detox. They have great accommodations for couples too. My feet are noticeably less swollen! The message was great because the chairs reclined so because I'm pregnant, the therapist left me in the reclined position for the duration of my massage. My husband was laid down. So I have gone several times and have mostly have had good experiences. This time not so much. I asked for the 120 minute foot spa for $70 but the "host" said that I should get the "combo" package for $80. I was like no I want the foot massage, she continued to state I should get the combo package to include my back and shoulders, I continued to say "no give me the foot spa for 120 minutes as I have troubled feet. Again, she said no, you want the combo. I was going there in the first to place to relax and de-stress and I was immediately met with this combative resistance for what I wanted. So, unfortunately, wanting to relax, I was like "fine whatever". I just wanted to de-stress and relax. The massage went well, it was deep tissue and harsh. However, that was not what I wanted when I walked in, I wanted my feet to be massaged and with light head to toe massaging and an overall enjoyable experience. So, the check out process was my main complaint in this review. I went in with the knowledge that I would be charged $70 + tip but the host "argued" with me to do the combo which was $80. After, they ran my card I gave them a $10 tip. My masseuse informed me that I was required to pay a $10 per hour tip, and informed me I had a 2 hour massage so she said I was required to pay a $20 tip. Wait, what? I thought tips were voluntary? If there is a required tip, then include it in the price of the massage! Tips are completely voluntary based on the service received! I've had some of the excellent ones (Peter, David) but they are no longer there, so I have to go with a different therapist every time.... Anyway, this place gives great massage for a decent price. I had a bad experience at Imperial Foot Spa at Chandler location. I was there with my wife to have a relax foot massage. My side was good, but my wife was waitting for more that 5 minutes the massage stat, in 1 hour massage is not good, and the guy never recover the time. The worst part be ar the payment time. 55$ for two, good deal, i only have 6$ cash for the tip. The guy refuse take the money an tell me the tip has to be 10$, ok i don't want dispute and i add the 10$ tip. I always think tip is not mandatory and i choice the ammount for the tip. Sorry you lost me and my family for ever, thats meaning, 6 to 10 monthly massages, and i will tell all my friends and knoless you ate not an option for a massage. Found this place in the same mall as the Lee Lee Asian Supermarket on Dobson St in Chandler, AZ. They have a wonderful Chinese Reflexology foot massage just like the ones in China. A nice man named David did a huge work over on my feet and I felt great afterwards! First he soaks your feet in a tub of hot water while he massages your head, neck and shoulders, and then he does a great massage on your feet hitting all of your pressure points. If your feet do not feel some pain, then he is not doing his job, but it is a good pain! I only had time to do 30 minutes on my first visit. Came back for my second visit and David was busy, so I had Linda. This time I booked an hour. She was good, but did not have the skill that David had. She did not use as much pressure on my feet, nor did I feel she really hit all of my pressure points. Since I did not speak the language, it was hard to communicate this to her. I have reduced my rating from 5 to 4 stars after trying 1st Class Reflexology, which I feel is much better. read more

I went there for an hour of foot massage with a friend. We both got female masseur as we request, but they did not do a very good job. First they almost wastes 10-15 minutes total here and there getting water, changing towels, getting lotion, and etc. Then my friend's masseur keep talking to her and my friend can feel the masseur's getting distracted and got sidetracked from giving massage. The price is good, $55 for two person. But compared to the other spas, this one have a lot of room for improvement! read more

Even though this place is called a foot spa, they give great massages. I went in during the afternoon and there was hardly anyone there, so they were able to get me into a massage chair right away. Even though none of the people there spoke great English, they seemed like really nice people and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I got the 1 hour reflexology massage, which was very relaxing. I never had to move much in the massage chair and the masseuse wasn't afraid to apply a lot of pressure, which I liked because some places I've been to the masseuse would be scared to put too much pressure on. It was $30 for a 1-hour massage. I tipped the masseuse $10 so that made it $40, but that's a still a good value. It's better than you would find on some Groupons. And afterwards I was able to pick up some Chinese food in the market nearby! Overall, friendly staff, and good service for a good price. read more
