I decided to get the 60 minute foot reflexology which was only $40!! Crazy cheap! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet this place was. My masseuse Anna placed my feet into a bucket of warm water as she began to massage my face, head, neck, shoulders and arms. I closed my eyes and felt incredibly relaxed. The reflexology- the arches, heels, toes, and the pressure points on feet felt so satisfying. Anna basically worked my entire body and even stretched me. After the massage, Anna gave me a bottle of water. $50 including tip for a wonderful hour of massage is hard to beat. I left feeling so loose and relaxed. Definitely will go back whenever I need some pampering.

Her arms were felt scratchy against my skin, and she kept using her elbows, which hurt. Even after I told her it was uncomfortable, she didn't adjust. Swedish massages are supposed to be soft and relaxing, but this was anything but. She finished early, leaving the room at 11:21, so I didn't even get the full 30 mins I paid for. I got dressed and when she never returned so I went to the front desk at 11:27, only to see her kneeling on the floor casually chatting with the receptionist. I've always booked online and had decent experiences here, but this walk-in appointment was a complete disappointment. There was zero relaxation; I left feeling more tense and irritated than when I arrived. It's definitely not worth the $50 (with tip), and I won't be coming back.

Combos are also available, such as neck, back, etc. The foot reflexology starts at $30 for 30 minutes and increases by $15 for 60 minutes and another $20 for 90 minutes while the combo starts $35. Foot detox is also available for $25. We were brought over to a room with dimmed lighting and serene music for relaxing. I'm not sure how many rooms there are in total but there's a set of three beds for each room. A basket is placed by the head for personal belongings. They begin with placing a thin sheet/blanket for comfort and then an another on your face to cover your eyes to relax you. For one, it's definitely less distracting and what I was told is that it makes it less awkward for the reflexologist. While focusing on one foot, the other leg was covered too. I noticed that they focused on specific areas of the feet with most of a downward motion and then extends it further to your legs and repeating the motion. It was definitely relaxing and any tension that had built up was most certainly diminished. They were most certainly professionals in their craft and even offered us water bottles to rehydrate. Would I do it again? Most certainly.

The pressure was much too intense, and although I attempted to ask for lighter pressure, I did not feel that my concerns were understood. What made me most uncomfortable was repeated contact with intimate areas during the massage. At one point, the therapist's hand entered my butt crack. I initially assumed it was an accident, but it happened again, at which point I physically moved her hand away and said no. Later, while working on my legs and glutes, I continued to feel uncomfortable with how close the contact was to private areas. The final straw was when the sheet was pulled up in a way that exposed my entire backside. At that point, I ended the massage early and left extremely upset. I cannot say whether any of this was intentional, but I can say that I felt uncomfortable, my boundaries were not respected, and I did not feel safe continuing the session. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had.
