I am a massage avid. I walked in for their advertise $29.99/hr reflexology. He tried to sell me the $40 massage. He then told me for $30, 15 min feet soak and 45 min foot massage. My session included 22 min feet soak in a room, a total of 35 min of my 2 feet and calves being massage (15 min ea foot) then 3 min of wiping with hot towels and stretching. I do NOT recommend this place. There are others who are much much better. I cannot pull myself to give tip since I was literally in the room for 25 min left alone, with my feet soaked in warm water (didn't even have herb in it) and combo of 5 min for the person to go out, came back. They are very good at deep tissue massage and getting all of the knots out. I am a little sore afterwards but that's what I need to get lasting relief. I've been here a few other times using Groupons. When I called to make the appointment the phone was answered "Hello?". I had to confirm I had the correct number. I told the receptionist I had a Groupon for 1/2 hour reflexology massage. When I came in for my appointment she told me it would be $40. I told her I had said I had a Groupon when I called. She argued with me that I didn't. Maybe it was the language barrier? After going around and around and speaking in their language with a man, she agrees to take it. Good - massage was excellent. The hot towels were a nice touch. Bad - masseuse was also working the front desk and had to stop during my massage to answer the phone twice and help another customer! I've never had that happen before anywhere. Phone was answered with "Hello?". I was in the front room and door was wide open. Could hear everything. Wasn't very relaxing. 30 min massage was maybe 20. 3 stars for the good massage. 1 star for the customer service and getting up three times during the massage. I probably won't go back. read more

Wow! Great experience I can't wait to return!!! I did a 60 minute Swedish with Mark and I truly feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Standard pricing $50 for one hour plus tip. I paid at the beginning which I found a little odd- considering I had to tip up front. I guess if I had cash it wouldn't have been as odd. They play music to help relax as well. Towards the end he left to get hot stones but I didn't know so I was a little confused thinking maybe it was over but I gave it a few and he did return with the hot stones. We were eating ice cream across the street, and the massage sign caught our eye. I called them and made two 60 min appointment for 20 minutes later. My husband and I finished our ice cream and headed over. This was an amazing massage! The masseuses were very nice and did such a good job. One of the best massages I have gotten. Our Foot Soak Was Plain Water No Salts No Mention Of Add On's Which We Might Have Done. When We Got To The Actual Massage I Was Still Hopeful But It Was The Odd Punching On My Feet I Didn't Like And No Communication Or Anything About Pressure Or Procedure. For Me This Was A Real Disappointing Visit My Husband Enjoyed The Relief To His Feet But Agreed That It Wasn't As Good As Experience At Precious Salon. I stopped in sometime last year by word of mouth. I chose their back/shoulder/neck massage & saw Mark. That experience was okay. But my most recent visit, horrible! There was an hour wait, which is understandable since I didn't make an appointment. I chose the 60 min deep tissue massage & again saw Mark, but not by request. I suffer from fibromyalgia & had a lot of knots & tension. Therefore, my massage wasn't relaxing or enjoyable. He got way too close for comfort to my lady parts & I mean ALL of them. He didn't massage my arms, hands or feet, but definitely was focused on my breasts! When I was paying, I presented the $5 off coupon HE gave me to use at my next visit. He laughed & refused to accept it. I opened up the same flyer they have on their counter that has the coupon in it & asked him to explain why he wouldn't accept the coupon HE gave me, which by the way has no expiration date. He gave some BS excuse. I would never come here again. I checked to see who the owner is & of course it's Mark. & it seems as though this isn't the first complaint regarding his wandering hands. Mark is the owner and he is extraordinary. The facility is beautiful, peaceful, and very clean. And they use extra things like hot bolsters, hot stones, and hot towels depending on what you get. Mark was a trained medical doctor so when he worked on my problematic hips and back, he was able to stretch me in positions I have never had and work so deep in my joints and sockets that I swear I didn't even know you could get to. I checked everywhere it doesn't say that you need to mention Groupon when making appointment. It only says "Present voucher upon arrival." He told me to refund my voucher and insisted I pay him in cash or reschedule. I ended up reporting him to Groupon. BEWARE and don't waste your time! Don't support shady and dishonest people. This is my new favorite place. If you really want to get your feet, back, neck, etc. worked out go here. Very detailed and probably the most amazing triggerpoint/acupressure/reflexology treatment ever. It can be intense on the feet at times but the therapist is always checking with you to see how the pressure is. I've been looking for a long time for a good reflexology place and I am just very happy to have found this place. Quality people --they know what they're doing and they treat you very kindly.
