I had a 90 minute massage with firm pressure. It was almost too firm but it got results. My traps have been bothering me for a few weeks. My therapist worked over several knots in my back and I felt much better after. Neck, legs, and arms also feel better. The facility is clean and fairly quiet. I was in the first room so I did hear people coming in for a massage but it was not distracting. There was soft music playing which set a calm atmosphere. The only surprise was the price. There is a picture on Yelp with prices that are much lower than competitors. That picture must be old as their prices are in line with the competition. My 90 minute massage was $100. Made an appointment at this location as they were the first to respond to my Yelp inquiry. At that time the prices seemed fair for what they had to offer so opt'ed for the 60 minute massage with hot stones & booked an appointment. I wanted to ensure that the time was split ( targeted areas) between my back & feet which I was told it would be. Even so on the day I came in. I arrived Saturday May 29th at 11:00 AM. This was also my appointment time. Two younger girls were at the front counter whom greeted me & then showed me their package deals which included the 60 minute combo for $60. So, for instance you could do- let's say ( in my case) 40 minutes back 20 minutes feet etc. this was what I was originally interested in as I mentioned above. I was given a room to disrobe & felt somewhat uncomfortable as the glass that separates the rooms from the hallway you can visibly see right through which means zero privacy! I waited another 15 minutes so my session technically didn't start until 11:20 AM. My massage therapist was Amy. She was pleasant & professional & knew exactly where my problem areas were. As she was finishing up my back is when she informed me that I should do the "full body" ( most popular) which then included the legs and additional attention such as arms, head shoulders etc when rotating to the front. So the combo package I purchased wouldn't have included any of this. I asked how much more & she commented if I had been here before: I said "no" so she said $80 ( generally $90) which now added 30 more minutes to my session. I did enjoy the massages & at some points with how much tension my body had it was a little painful but I battled through. Was bruised for a few days but that's the power for the course. LOL Amy did use hot stones & a warm towel treatment through my massage and again it was wonderful. I've never had such a thorough treatment. The negatives- during my session my massage therapist left a few times to gather product ( that was not brought to the room nor accessible), leaving to handle incoming clients which bought in to my time & experience. The etched glass to see directly into every room & no separate area to change. The persuasion to up charge during the session which is not described nor broken down on their main menu (be sure to ask what areas of the body they cover for the price prior). Then finally, they inform you of a $1 surcharge at time of payment for using their electronic device for transactions of a credit card or debit card payments.This should be something the business owner pays for not the customer! Amy was fantastic however atmosphere lacked on complete quiet & comfortability, the unfortunate disruptions & the added pressure ( pun intended) left me for a sore first impression. I got a 90 Swedish minute massage for $80 which is very affordable. They offer a variety of packages including combo massages, deep tissue, reflexology, Thai Massage and Lomi Lomi. Clean environment, everyone wore a mask and hand sanitizer available. While this place is nothing fancy, the ambiance is still a step up from bare and basic. I had a younger guy who really dug deep and took his time. Best Massage Around Mesa/Tempe Area! I am not kidding when I say this is my favorite massage house around. My favorite masseuse here is Hannah who I think is probably the owner. She is always warm and welcoming and has always gone out of her way to do an awesome job and somehow knows where it hurts and focuses there. Somehow she knows just where to work on for me and get those knots and tight spots. The bummer is that she seems to be busy with other people when I go in most of the time lately. Warning... Very addictive coming here! Everyone is friendly here and it has a nice clean and quiet feel. Relaxing music so quiet you can fall asleep sometimes! Not impressed. Had an hour massage yesterday and it hurt nearly the whole time. I woke up today sore and bruised. The lady wasn't very friendly, she pushed way too hard and could visibly see me cringing and tensing up and didn't change anything. The only reason I gave it a 2/5 is because the inside was decorated nicely and they do a warm towel portion that was actually relaxing even though it was only 2-3 min of the entire hour.
