Excellent service for an unbeatable price. After a tough work week and a haircut appointment, I did some research for a good massage place nearby and found Skycloud Reflexology. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called asking if they accept walk-ins, and they do, I told them that I'd be free in a few hours, which they agreed to accommodate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I showed up and opted for the 60-minute combination massage (full body) for only $55! Amazing!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As I was escorted to my private room, I was asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse. I appreciated this question and responded that I would prefer a female unless it would cause a wait time, in which case a male would be fine.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ended up with Lily (or maybe Lili, my apologies I couldn't hear her name well). [[HIGHLIGHT]]She made sure I was comfortable, asking me if I wanted my massage at medium or hard intensity, which I chose medium. She also intermittently asked if I was feeling ok throughout the massage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, the massage included: arms, back (with hot stone), thighs, calves, feet (and a hot water foot soak), some scalp/ear/temples. I accepted a stamp card, which if you receive 10 massages you can earn +20 minutes for free. A hidden gem. It seems unassuming in a small strip mall and the atmosphere--while clean and peaceful--is simple. Don't let it deceive you though. The massages are top tier and the pricing is tough to beat! I contacted them on Yelp and they told me I could walk in. They're open until 10pm too, so it's easy to go after work or class. I was called back for my massage within a few minutes of arriving. Jack gave me a deep tissue massage and it hurt like crazy. The next day, I felt reborn. Terrible experience. Called at 5pm for an 8:30, 1 hour massage. Not an issue. Come in and the lady at front asks us to pay and asked if we wanted to tip. I said we would wait till after. Good call on my part. We pay and the lady up front leaves for the day. The massage starts. During the massage there were 3 phone calls, my masseuse gets up, leaves, and answers the phone calls. Then comes back to massage me each time. Then someone comes in, she goes to the front to talk to them. Tells them to come back in 30 minutes. They come back in 20 minutes. My masseuse ends the massage. She spent a total of ~10 minutes in my back (I forgot to mention she spent like 15 minutes messing with my toes, maybe she enjoyed I was ticklish) I look at the clock, says 9:27. Mind you massage was booked at 8:30 but started around 8:35. My friend who was getting a massage as well who started at the same time and didn't have any interruptions had their massage last longer than mine. Never going to this location. read more

PLEASE READ LADIES !!!!! If I could give this place a ZERO I would. I have had lots of massages before and this was the most unprofessional and violating experience. Going down there are A LOT of rooms with just clothe covering the door. When arriving the room wasn't ready. I see a white towel just laying on the bed not the typical white linen. I was asked to get undressed but the lady was just standing there. When the massage started I covered myself in the white TOWEL. The man just lifts it up completely and I'm exposed of my whole body. I felt so violated. As he begins massaging there isn't oil he's just using dry hands and rubbing me with the towel on top! Later on he does and it's an excessive amount. When doing the lower bottom he was going very deep into towel and wasn't what was usually done in past massages. As the massage is going on I'm getting red flags. He starts breathing very hard ( not out of breathe type ) and get like he was rubbing himself onto me. He later left with no explanation saying he right back and I just hear three people talking outside. With everything going on in the world I was sure what was going on as some know se* trafficking can be a big thing in AZ and from all the news letters you see. Now I'm not saying this establishment is that but I got very scared gut feeling I quickly get up and start getting dressed. The lady came in and said your massage isn't over it's not over. As I'm half naked trying to cover myself with this towel. I said I'd pay and be on my way as I needed to pick someone up. This was the most scariest and unprofessional. I wasn't even there for a total of 13 minutes. I did no paperwork at all. I've been coming here weekly for over a month, and it has changed my sleep and daily life for the better. It's so hard to find a good massage therapist you can see around a busy work schedule. I am so grateful for Crystal and everyone here at the First Class reflexology off University and Rural. It's quiet, mellow, dark, relaxing and an rejuvenating. Massage is essential to any recovery plan. From sports and weightlifting to the stress of family life and the long hours at a computer. My physical therapy goals are back on track, because of my weekend appointments here. You can call ahead and make a same day appointment, or recurring appointments. I started with the half hour full body and we mainly work on areas that need it the most. Now I do the 1 hour full body and meditate during the massage. I recommend paying for the service with credit card and bringing cash for tip. Wear comfy clothes, and you can wear a light surgical mask if you like. When I am face down I move the mask below my nose. Parking is always available on Sundays even though it's a very busy plaza. Of course Trader Joe's is next door so I always do my groceries right afterwards. But if you want to make a day of it, there is a nail salon and hair salon in the same plaza, and you could have sushi afterwards (Sushi 101 has a fantastic happy hour), then go to the Tempe Improv. Sounds like the perfect girls-night, date or staycation, right?! Morning people will appreciate iHop in the same plaza and Cafe Rio is here too, but I love Sushi 101 so much more. read more

Pretty much getting your whole body lotioned and got rubbed a bit here and there with no trained direction. She went from doing the upper body and all the sudden go my leg and then came back to my weist...and then back to neck and shoulder...jumping from area to area so randomly. It was like my back was every ex that this massage employee hated and she took out every last bit of rage she had on me. I felt like a punching bag. I kept asking her to lighten up and and she'd say "oh" and then continue beating on me. She was violent. I I'm writing this the next day, so sore I can barely move my neck. I went in because I had a two-day migraine and usually massage makes it better but she made it worse. Awful massage from a girl at this location today , I asked for DEEP to the front desk girl and I tried to tell the massage gal to go deeper several times, she would not , just kept gliding over skin with oil , so I said ok I can't do this and when and told front desk I only did 20 minutes and she said well we have to charge you the full 40$ for a half hour anyhow - even tho I was given a light skin glide massage for 15 min - Terrible !!!!!!!!!! However the staff speaks nearly no English and so when I tried to tell my therapist to avoid an area he said 'u-huh' and proceeded to ignore so I don't think he understoof. The massage was ok but really mechanical. No sheets for cover, instead, rough bath sheets. Then at check out I tipped and the cashier said 'x$ for two people (there were two of us here for massage). I said yes and you could tell she wasn't happy. So then I told her that if she ran another slip I would do over and add more tip. she said yes... but mope... she didn't understand. Inst she crossed off what I had on the slip and wanted me to make a big fat mess of it by writing over. I tried to,explain several times and finally we agreed to use the customer copy for adjustment. Tony was amazing. Everything appeared clean and well maintained. The place was quiet even though a couple of other people arrived for a massage. I do wish the rooms had doors rather than curtains but that's just me. Though there is a great language barrier, Tony finally understood that I needed extra work on my legs and he provided. Deep long movements in my calves helped release the tightness that even my PT doesn't get to. He checked in with me through out, just asked "ok?" I replied with great! My boyfriend and I booked an appointment at 8pm. We decided to go with this place because it was open till 10 on a Saturday! However, when we got in the room, the lady gave us maybe a minute to get our tops off and lay down. Once she came back in the room she snatched his shirt from him and told us to lay down. He told me that he didn't like that and felt rushed. Me being a good person, I'm just thinking let's give this a try! So we lay down and constantly told the ladies who were massaging us, it was way to hard. They laughed and kept going. We probably said it about 4 times. The overall massage wasn't horribleu. It was okay. However, very rough so it was hard to enjoy. Half way through I told the lady my arm was itching, it felt like I got bit! After flipping over on my back. I had three huge bug bites. She literally walked out super fast and got some kind of oil and rubbed it and kept apologizing. Again, me trying to be understanding, I try to ignore it because maybe it could be a misquote. However, as she is massaging my legs my back starts to itch. I start to tell her I am being bit on my back. She tells me she's sorry and the massage is over. So my boyfriend and I are like LETS GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. I think the bed I got has bedbugs and I shared that with them. They didn't seem to care at all. This was the worst massage experience I've had. I've never left a 1 Star review, but this is it. It started with having to reschedule my apmt after waiting 20mins from my original apmt that was scheduled days in advance. The next day when I came back in I still waited 15 mins past my scheduled time. Another red flag- there was no paperwork. If you've had a reputable, decent massage, you know that you fill out paperwork on your first visit- indicating sensitive areas, no-go areas, potential medical conditions, provider disclaimers etc.- there was none of this. There was also no consult with the masseuse- areas to focus on, preferred pressure level, areas to beware of (I've had surgery on my ankles and had to have him stop when he abruptly picked up my feet and legitimately just dropped them back down onto the table). He came in and tossed a too-small towel on me and went to work without a word. The room was very small, cramped, and didn't appear very clean (pictures). There's no doors to any of the rooms- just curtains. So you hear everything going on in the lobby area and the other employees. Also there's a weird net sort of thing on the table? Not clean fresh sheets that have obviously been changed and will be changed after your session... like a hospital-type net on top of the sheets (picture for example). No knee pillow for leg support, so my feet were very uncomfortable. The massage itself was painfully strange. There was a towel on me instead of a full sheet (a very small, rough, towel that only covered my lower shoulder blades to my knees). My arms and legs were stretched in very aggressive positions, with no warning or easing into it, and then literally dropped back onto table, not guided down gently. At one point my head was repeatedly flicked? The masseuse was very aggressive and did not calibrate after my requesting for lighter pressure- none of my experience was close to relaxing. I'm in my mid twenties and relatively fit/healthy... the whole time I wondered what an older or more fragile individual may feel in this massage. When I was done and dressed to leave I opened the curtain to the masseuse who was semi-blocking the hallway with his hand out for a tip. It was very intimidating and awkward. I do not recommend this place at all. Almost to the point of cautioning others to steer clear. The most unprofessional, uncomfortable massage experience I've ever had. read more
