Nice foot spa overall. Staff was friendly and the inside was cuter than other places I've been. I've had better upper body massages at foot spa locations, but overall I would still come back here if ever in town again. $48 for a 60 minute combo.

Ask the Community - Sunshine Foot Spa & Massage

Do they do chair massages?

yes 30min/$36

Do they offer lymphatic massages?

Sorry, we don’t have lymphatic massage, we have foot massage

What is the difference between the combo and the regular reflexology?

I believe the combo includes legs, back, arms as well as the foot massage. The regular foot massage would just be feet only. I recommend the combo, it's very relaxing.

What is your price for the hour combo?

Combo 60min/$45 only foot 60min/$36

Hello I am pregnant and a couple days past my due date, is there a reflexology specialist who could help induce my labor at your spot?…

No problem. We will definitely arrange a professional service for you to meet your needs.

Wow...I've been to a lot of spas, and I just left the Spa at Camelback Inn. From start to finish,…read morethe experience was exceptional. This may honestly be my new favorite spa. The service begins the moment you arrive. The host actually ran to open the door for us before checking us in, which immediately set the tone. Christina checked us in and was incredibly service oriented. Since the regular tour guide wasn't available, she took the time to personally show us around the property, which was above and beyond. The remodel is absolutely beautiful and was done right. My only hope is that they maintain it over the years because it's a stunning facility. One thing I especially appreciated was the number of shared spaces. My partner and I actually enjoy spending time together at the spa, so I always look for spas that offer common co-ed areas, and this one has several. They also have a gorgeous women's-only pool with an incredible view, in addition to shared amenities. There were so many amenities that I didn't even have time to experience all of them. The staff genuinely seems happy to be there, and it shows. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to help. For my treatment, I had Kristin. I almost hesitate to mention her because I don't want everyone booking her and making it harder for me to get an appointment but she was absolutely phenomenal. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during my service, which almost never happens. I sincerely hope they continue maintaining this level of service because they have something really special.

Overall a good massage but I had to ask her twice to decrease the pressure and she also didn't put an eye mask on me when I flipped onto my back, which was awkward. It was also freezing in the room and although she said she put it on warm, it never warmed up. I was ok on the warm table, but when I got up afterwards, it was still as freezing as when I got in. They recently did a renovation and the women's shower area is really nice with big individual frosted glass showers with a dry area in front of the shower so that your things don't get wet. Prior to our massages, we enjoyed the co-ed pool area which is for spa guests only, 18+. This was a relaxing area with several water features with different pressures that you could stand under. They also had two small pools to the left which was a cold plunge and a hot plunge (no jets). The views of the mountains were so relaxing and the waiter Daniel was highly available for you to order food and drinks if wanted. Then I went to the women's only area to shower. They offer the most amazing smelling salt scrub (complementary) that makes your skin so soft. Don't forget to grab a bowl! The attendants in the women's area were so helpful. In this area was also a steam room, sauna and an area to dump a bucket of cold water on yourself. They also had 3 heated beds that you can lay on for 10 minutes before your treatment. After the massage, you go in a co-ed sanctuary and lay on a bed with a weighted blanket with noise canceling headphones for 25 minutes. This bed also vibrates to the sounds you choose. One side of my headphones wasn't working unfortunately. After, this led into a co-ed lounge. The hot water maker was already put away (at 5:06pm when they close at 6pm) so I couldn't make myself a cup of tea afterwards - especially when I still felt freezing, which was really disappointing. I expected more for $295 - better snacks and tea available until closing time. I don't think that is a lot to ask for. With so many spas in the area, if ever back in Scottsdale, we don't plan to return.

The highlight of my visit was the massage. My therapist was phenomenal, she listened to my concerns, focused on the areas I needed most, and made me feel completely relaxed. I also appreciated the adjustable massage table, which made a huge difference since I have lower back pain. It was one of the most comfortable massage experiences I've had. I also enjoyed the complimentary champagne, delicious food, and excellent service at the rooftop pool. The attendants were incredibly attentive, and the drinks were very good. My only minor complaint about the rooftop pool is that it doesn't really have a view. My biggest disappointment was the sauna and steam room. Neither one got hot enough to be enjoyable. I spent over 30 minutes in the steam room without even getting warm or breaking a sweat, and the sauna wasn't much better. For a luxury spa, I expected these amenities to perform much better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience thanks to the outstanding staff and exceptional massage. If the sauna and steam room were properly heated, this would easily be a five-star spa.

This used to be our go-to spa -- until today. We had two…read morepedicures and a spa day which has been our tradition every yr , we come here for spa days and treatments on our birthdays... So today we booked it as part of a birthday and Mother's Day weekend celebration. When our technician called out, staff member Madison called us at 9:02 AM and offered to upgrade my pedicure into a massage at no extra charge since our technician called in sick. I told her my husband won't go to the pedicure alone and asked how much do we need to pay for him if we also upgrade his service into a massage? Madison proceeded to place me on hold and came back and said don't worry about the upgrade for Mr. Fish and I got immediately excited and so happy and thanked her , told her will be there by 10 AM.. Upon arrival, we were handed a bill for $635 a Kimberly checked us in. I said I spoke to a Madison and she was next to her and confirmed to Kimberly at the front that our price was $240 total based on our earlier conversation She even told me Kimberly that we are getting upgraded to 2 Artisan massages. We went ahead with our massages trusting it was resolved. We had the best time and enjoyed as normal and ended up leaving around 4PM. At checkout, my husband went downstairs and Madison is now presenting him with the $635 bill!!! Of course like anyone in his position he would be shocked! Like what?!!!! He felt like he was having an out of body experience!! Madison's explanation, and I quote " I misspoke"claimed she misspoke and gave my husband the $635 bill telling my husband that her manager Jed told her while we were getting our massages that what she was told by her manager Jed that they can longer provide what was promised to me on the phone and at checkout. This was going while I was still upstairs, and saw my husband upset. I asked what's going on and he said don't worry about it I will handle this, he said it's your birthday and I am not letting them spoil your day . When confronted, Madison denied ever offering the upgrade in front of her manager when my husband said that's what she said. My husband did not even want me in this conversation because it was birthday/Mother's Day weekend and he did not want to spoil my day.. . What was meant to be a special weekend turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We loved the massages but left feeling disappointed by Madison. I have to say Madison has been so pleasant and super friendly every time we were there, to get this treatment from her, this really hurt me especially on my day and so unexpected. The manager Jed in my opinion did not handle this right. He should have asked Kimberly listened to the call that was made. I don't know but this was handled very poorly in my opinion. Madison had so many chances to make this right but chose not to. What was offered in good faith was taken back without accountability. We hope management reviews the 9:02 AM call recording, because that will tell the whole story or even speak to Kimberly that Madison corrected when we checked in. This is making me feel like I can't trust this company. Moving forward I want to record conversations or make sure I have proof or something because their word is not to be trusted. This leaves my amazing birthday/Mother's Day weekend ending in a bad note because of this.

The treatment was nice! My only not so stellar experience with her was she had no idea what kind of oil she was using when I asked her. That was very strange. She said she would have to ask and get back to me. They have a monthly membership they push, and it was mentioned to me several times. If you have never been to a spa before, it's quite common to be upsold on products and services. I'm familiar with it, and I have no problem saying no, but want to mention to folks who are considering coming who may not be familiar so it's not surprising when it happens. Typically they stop if you say no, and this was my experience here so it was fine. The location is awesome and there is enough to do here to keep you occupied for a couple hours. You could really make a whole day of it if you get a couple services, want to do some shopping or browsing, and a meal. Speaking of food, it's worth mentioning they have a little tea and snack bar in the lobby. The furniture here is not that comfortable and does not feel cozy. I don't think they designed it to actually keep people here longer than a few mins, so it's not a spa lounge by any means but has the basics you'd expect for spa treats like water, tea, and a few snacks. I may be back! Admittedly, we are pretty spoiled for choice here in Phoenix of nice spas. But the location here really is good!
