My bf and I had such a good experience here! We got the right people we wanted for the massage. His soft, mine tough lol For sure you have to call ahead even to get a last minute appt. We walked in and the guy had limited English so he directed us to the number to call and they got us in in 30 min. Very clean facility plus clean bathroom. Super comfortable chairs. It was cool in there, perhaps coming from AZ heat could be slightly cooler but it's just me, my bf said he was fine. We did 30 min foot massage and I wish I got us more. Those few minutes he worked on my shoulders were heaven. But I like deep tissue, he hit those knots good. My bf said his was gentle just the way he likes. Feet could have been a bit more purposeful movements but all good. Very pleasant nice service. My biggest thing is I did not like the scent of the lotion. It smells like old man cologne, ‍ My bf didn't mind tho If they would offer a softer scent like a natural essential oil or scentless, would be great. Also unbeatable prices!! This place was very friendly. Had a nice warm welcome by two people at the front desk. My wife who is Preggo on her last week needed to get a nice foot soak and a massage to help get this baby out haha. The tables they had are nice because it can sit up and the lady helping her made sure she had LOTS of pillow. She got mainly foot / leg massage and they got her shoulders, head and scalp. I got the combination which you start off soaking feet laying upright, and they do the front then you flip over and do the back. This is technically a foot spa so you do not remove your shorts. I always wanted to find a place where they can apply good pressure on my back to help with my back and shoulder pain. Found this place on yelp and have been going there for over 2 years! The massage therapists there are really good at massaging the deep tissues and finding the inflammation point on my back. They are never afraid of putting pressure on me - it's definitely not pleasant but you feel totally refreshed after the massage. I started going there regularly coz it really helps me relieve the pain and muscle stiffness from sitting and workout. I also noticed that they started to recognize me after I visited a few times and now, they know immediately what I want, which makes the entire experience so smooth and easy! read more

Best massage I have in the US! I made a same day appointment about an hour before, walked in, and was immediately brought back where they went to work! I was not planning to do the combo or 90 minutes, but the prices are so reasonable that I figured why not. At most places I feel like I get half to two thirds of the time I pay for. Not here! Had my first reflexology massage here. The foot reflexology massage is $36 so I upgraded to the combo (foot/body) for $48 for 60 minutes. I had no expectations as these establishments can be a hit or miss. I was pleasantly surprised that the massages are individual rooms as some places have a big room where all of the massages take place. We enjoyed the "combo" for 90 min here. It included a reflexology and full body massage. We went on a Monday morning and were seen right away. They were thorough and effective! We both walked away feeling super relaxed and loved the amount of pressure used. My partner and I were able to go together which was plus! Just a note- the atmosphere is not sound-proof. We didn't mind but if you're looking for complete silence, this isn't your spot. Additionally, we were sorting out how we were going to pay our tip among each other and handed a partial tip- the masseuse asked "Will you give more?" I think it's incredibly important to give at least 20% (and we actually gave 30) but it felt off being asked directly. Be aware that cash tips are preferred. Additionally, they did the massage with clothes on. If that isn't a preference, this may not be the right fit. Overall we would be back! read more

I didn't take any pictures inside of the spa. However, I can vouch that it's clean, tastefully decorated, the staff was polite, professional and gave one of THE BEST foot massages ever! Three out of four in my group agreed! The time unfortunately flew by! My issue was that the therapist leaves the room (probably to get supplies) which disrupts the flow a tiny bit but not enough to make it an issue. I've been to Sunshine Foot Spa & Massage a few times over the last couple of years and I find the combo foot and body massage to be more than decent in quality and it's reasonably priced as well... As others have said, you can hear customers and employees talking during your service, so that part is not the most relaxing, but it's clean, and the therapists I've experienced have a good touch. Just be vocal about the kind of pressure you want... I've gotten everything on the spectrum here from barely touching you and rubbing with lotion on your skin, to laughing from being ticklish on my feet, to so much pressure point digging in my back and shoulders that I tense up and can't breathe. Even so, this local biz provides good massages at fair prices. It's located in a shopping center with both a Sprouts and a Starbucks nearby, so you can head to Sprouts right after to pick up any groceries you may need or Starbucks for a little pick-me-up too. I wanted a one hour reflexology treatment but got what I think was Thai reflexology. I had my clothes on but was covered with a blanket and eye towel. The therapist ended up massaging every part of my body with my feet stuck in the middle. I tried to communicate with him but he only spoke Chinese. I scheduled a 45 min foot reflexology session with Sunshine Foot Spa and was not disappointed. The spa is located off of Indian School Rd. The woman who provided my massage did a great job with hitting all of my pressure points. A lot of times, the reflexology massages can be very gentle. I will say she was able to hit some trigger points, and that was impressive. My only complaint is that you can hear other guest/staff conversations in the lobby, as it is a very small space. They were friendly upon entering, the place was clean and professional looking, but his massage was awful. I asked for 60 min but for some reason, they told me they could only do 30 and thankfully that's all I did. The massage was one of the most painful massages I've ever had and I'm not being dramatic. I like deep tissue, but he went too hard and I think used the pointy end of his elbow too much. I also didn't ask for deep tissue I guess that's $20 more so I can't imagine what that feels like. I had to tell him several times he was going too hard and he would giggle, so I don't know if it was a language barrier or he just didn't care because it didn't feel like he lightened up when I said he was going too hard. I should have walked out. Days later I'm now having to ice my back and my shoulder because I'm so sore. I understand after deep tissue things will feel different, but this was different. Also pulling on my toes trying to pop them hurt too and there was no relief afterward any of this. I won't be back. read more

Don't understand how this place rates so high, must be the prices. Other than that, shady mc grady. Tried to find a same day appointment and most places were booked and this place was wide-open. Another red flag. Foot massage chairs/beds are comfortable. Opted for the combo, foot and head/neck/shoulders. Some how that turned into a full body, fully clothed massage. Odd thing is the masseuse would stretch my shirt collar to massage my neck and trapz. Lots of elbows and pressure with little massage. Last thing worth mentioning is the massage lotion was funky smelling. Will not be visiting again. I'll plan better next time or do without. read more

Had the most aggressive, uncomfortable painful massage here. I came here for relation and this lady was digging into me with her elbows and all of her body weight. I love this place. I go here at least once a week. The place is relaxing, clean, towels they use are freshly washed. As soon as you get there they hand you some water and make you feel comfortable. I have never had any bad experience. The pricing here is fair. I always tip good because they work hard and they are always so kind. I had a 30-minute chair massage, it was just what I needed. It wasn't very full when I was there so I didn't hear too many other people, but I also don't mind that kind of thing. I don't need to feel like I am on a retreat, I just need my sore muscles taken care of. The woman used just the right amount of pressure, adjusting it based on how I reacted. She used he forearms and elbows for the particularly stiff places, and strong hand massage for the other places. Good experience, from someone who gets massages regularly. I just wanted a little treat today and went for a 30 minute foot massage (only $24 as of Oct 2023, plus make sure to give a $5 min tip per 30 min) and was pleased that it included a few minutes of scalp and neck/shoulder massage. The chair was plush and comfortable, they gave me a water and covered my body and eyes with towels. I even dozed off, it was so relaxing. Only minor complaints is the masseur was a smoker so I smelled it a little on him when he first came in. But he used lotion which basically covered it up and it wasn't strong enough to bother me during the actual massage. Also the room I was in was next to reception so a couple of times I heard people talking or paying just outside. Overall though, the curtained rooms are nice and they are more private than many in this price range which just have curtains dividing beds and no walls at all. No stamp cards but they offer a yearly "membership" which gets you a discounted price for services if you come regularly. I would go back. read more
