Completely luxurious experience. We indulged in massages and lounging at the pool and soaking in the hot tub. My only complaints are that the robes do not have pockets so there is nowhere to put your phone or any other small belongings that you don't wish to leave in your locker and the other is: timing of the massage....50 minutes is too short. Why not just up it to 60? It is quite pricey here, but it is very elegant. The Brazilian crystal is quite lovely and I love that the stars in the sky replicate their position on the date that the spa was founded (or something like that?) It was really hot outside, but the pool felt good and there were umbrellas for shade. My therapist was fantastic - she really hit some knots, but I really needed more time. I appreciated the various water stations throughout the spa and the treatment rooms were very warm and welcoming. I hope to come back again one day.

Beautiful spa on a fabulous resort property. Met not only guests of the property but also locals. It can be a busy place on the weekends, so make sure to book well in advance if you are traveling from out of town (like 2 weeks in advance to get optimal times or same day treatments). There is a steam room, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and sauna for your use. There is also a beautiful private rooftop pool only for spa guests (which also gets packed during peak hours and hard to find a chair on the weekends). The facial was great, they have several options other than a customized facial.

Got dazzle dry nails done by Jaleh. She was so nice and very detailed making sure everything looked perfect. The facility itself is very nice. There is a whole area upstairs that you are allowed to use when you get spa services that features a hot tub, sauna, Hamman, cold plunge, and private rooftop pool / bar area. On the pricier side in terms of nail services but worth it for all the included features plus very clean quieter facility.

This spa is absolutely incredible!! I ended up spending the entire day there! My best advice is to book a morning massage so you can take full advantage of the amazing facilities for the rest of the afternoon. Between the stunning views and the relaxing amenities, it's the perfect place to unwind and truly disconnect. I had such a great time and will definitely be back! I was able to enjoy the steam and sauna, pool, and order drinks poolside!

We spent the day at this spa that was on thr resort we were staying to celebrate a friends birthday. The staff were amazing and very helpful. When we first arrived it was quite empty. However, as the day progressed it became more crowded. We were given the standard robes, slippers and towels. We tried to take advantage of every room the spa offered. My favorite was the sauna and them cold splash. They had a few quiet zones with one room including beds that you can actually sleep. We spent the majority of our time at the rooftop pool where it was a little cooler. There were sufficient lounge chairs. I had lunch by the pool, chicken and a salad and it hit the spot. The staff continously brought complimentary iced water to your seats which was greatly appreciated. They also had complimentary sunscreen for all guests by the pool. Overall we had a great day. We didn't purchase any massage services. However, if you're staying on the Omni property, you should still consider using the resort pass which includes the entrance fee and will save you money, as per the front desk. This spa is definitely a place to check out.

Incredible massage in the Grand Palace room. Gorgeous setting with an outstanding masseuse named Kimberly. Absolutely an exquisite spa with all the amenities. I will be back!

This place has become my go to place whenever im in Arizona. Some of my favorite features include the quiet area, outdoor pool, steam room, indoor heated pool and the food and drinks! Ive now been a few times and it always seems to get better every time I go.

High-end, very well run spa for Omni hotel guests and day spa visitors. Highly trained professional staff is attentive and friendly, not in the least pretentious. Parking is validated at spa and free for guests. Every space, including common areas and facilities were clean, orderly and attended to. Abundant supply of towels, hand towels. Robes and slippers provided - just bring a swimsuit if you plan to use the pool, or whirlpool. Supplies in the ladies lounge were replenished regularly, staff ready to help with anything you need. Pricey, but if you take advantage of the extra features it's worth the splurge.

Helping out a friend of mine to get to her hair appointment which was scheduled at Joya Salon, with Amy, located in the Omni Resort. Nice hotel.Quiet & comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains & beautiful sky.Definitely a place you'd like to meet your girlfriends at for dress up casual lunch. The hair salon is nice.Well organized, had an appointment & was taken right in, no waiting. The shampooing was like a head massage. My friend was a little cold & Sam gave her a warm blanket.Comfy & cozy!!! Hair & nails are what's on my the menu. Sam did a great job on my friend's hair. She was very pleased.

The spa was beautiful and one of the best days I spent with my mom. We both got pedicures - Eve and Corrie were fabulous. They were friendly, professional and made the experience excellent. Noah at the pool was attentive and accommodating. We had sweet potato fries and some drinks - the sauce that comes with the fries was wonderful. It's a beautiful spa, I will definitely be back!

I had a massage reservation for my friend and I to celebrate my graduation. I wouldn't say my massage was great considering that the masseuse talked my whole appointment. I wanted to just fall asleep and enjoy my massage. While in the hot tub we noticed that there was mold growing on each corner of the spa. It was a little concerning since I thought my hair might of touched it. The mold was concerning so we ended up leaving to the pool. The pool area was nice, we were able to order drinks and food while sun bathing. We ordered the turkey burger and bloody mary's which were both delicious. we were able to stop in the whisper room to attempt to take a nap after lunch. Unfortunately, wasn't able to do so since two women came into the room to have a conversation which made it difficult to nap. They had a whole conversation whispering, i guess they took the term whisper room literally. It's unfortunate to come to a spa to relax. There is a patio for friends to talk to each other. Maybe the room name should change to quiet room .

Great views of Camelback Mt. from the pool area

This is one of the nicer spas in the area. The Moroccan decor is beautiful and they offer a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and relaxation lounges, a.k.a. a room with beds to nap in and curtains that separate them. My last massage was with Sebastian who did an absolutely stellar job. He used perfect pressure, offered me the choice of lavender or eucalyptus oil, and kept applying warm weighted objects/towels everywhere. Tip #1 - if it's your birthday month you're entitled to a free $35 add-on. I chose the hot stones and they were awesome. Tip #2 - If you're an AZ resident check the website for their monthly specials. You can save a lot that way if you're willing to come in Sunday - Friday. The front desk staff is always personable and helpful. My only big gripe about this spa is regarding the pool. They have a stunning view of Camelback Mt. but the pool is tiny and they don't have many lounge chairs or tables around it. Every time I've been there most or all of them are taken and the pool is crowded. It's hugely disappointing when you've paid so much to be there and you want to enjoy your spa day. Other than that detail, this is a really terrific spa.

Massage was great as were the extra amenities and I paid for my nail to be repaired and it is already broken again just a few hours later.

Is the sauna/hot tubs here co-ed, or do they seperate men and women?

Hi Nina. The sauna and hot tub are located inside the women's spa. Not co-ed

During COVID-19 are they still allowing people to be in the resting rooms? Traveling and would like to spend a day here.

Yes- the relaxation and whisper rooms were open!

Overall a good massage but I had to ask her twice to decrease the pressure and she also didn't put an eye mask on me when I flipped onto my back, which was awkward. It was also freezing in the room and although she said she put it on warm, it never warmed up. I was ok on the warm table, but when I got up afterwards, it was still as freezing as when I got in. They recently did a renovation and the women's shower area is really nice with big individual frosted glass showers with a dry area in front of the shower so that your things don't get wet. Prior to our massages, we enjoyed the co-ed pool area which is for spa guests only, 18+. This was a relaxing area with several water features with different pressures that you could stand under. They also had two small pools to the left which was a cold plunge and a hot plunge (no jets). The views of the mountains were so relaxing and the waiter Daniel was highly available for you to order food and drinks if wanted. Then I went to the women's only area to shower. They offer the most amazing smelling salt scrub (complementary) that makes your skin so soft. Don't forget to grab a bowl! The attendants in the women's area were so helpful. In this area was also a steam room, sauna and an area to dump a bucket of cold water on yourself. They also had 3 heated beds that you can lay on for 10 minutes before your treatment. After the massage, you go in a co-ed sanctuary and lay on a bed with a weighted blanket with noise canceling headphones for 25 minutes. This bed also vibrates to the sounds you choose. One side of my headphones wasn't working unfortunately. After, this led into a co-ed lounge. The hot water maker was already put away (at 5:06pm when they close at 6pm) so I couldn't make myself a cup of tea afterwards - especially when I still felt freezing, which was really disappointing. I expected more for $295 - better snacks and tea available until closing time. I don't think that is a lot to ask for. With so many spas in the area, if ever back in Scottsdale, we don't plan to return.

We had to close our shades as the wedding can see directly into our room and the music is LOUD (Chris Brown is blasting as I type and bass, mercy is it bumping.) It was kinda creepy. I don't care for a stocked fridge and snacks. It's useless nowadays. We had to ask for a fridge to be brought in. The showers make you feel brand new and the rooftop pool is secluded and peaceful. I got the shrimp kabobs at the rooftop and it was so incredible I booked another service to come back the next day! My only add is that the services themselves could use improvement. I had a massage yesterday where my therapist spent 7 min of my 50 min explaining to me the massage and talking to me rather than providing me with my service. While I very directly asked for deep tissue, she refused saying that is not what I needed. I tried several times to politely redirect Ms.Annette ( my masseuse) and express that that is what I would like, but ultimately I felt uncomfortable and unable to advocate for myself in this vulnerable space. She took it upon herself to do what she thought I needed rather than what I asked for and expressed I wanted. This was frustrating. My nail tech for my pedicure, Nora, also started 6 min late for my pedicure despite no one else being in the salon. This normally would be no issue for me ( I am at a spa after all!) but it is frustrating that the scheduled end of the service is not adjusted to align with the providers tardiness. Finally, the spa attendants in the bathroom area(s) could not be any friendlier or more helpful. One even brought me water while I was getting ready. It's the little things! I love coming here for the amenities, pool, and food, but I am tempted and would recommend to go otherwhere for better quality services ( massage and pedicure) where providers are excited/ agreeable to align with client direction and requests

So today we booked it as part of a birthday and Mother's Day weekend celebration. When our technician called out, staff member Madison called us at 9:02 AM and offered to upgrade my pedicure into a massage at no extra charge since our technician called in sick. I told her my husband won't go to the pedicure alone and asked how much do we need to pay for him if we also upgrade his service into a massage? Madison proceeded to place me on hold and came back and said don't worry about the upgrade for Mr. Fish and I got immediately excited and so happy and thanked her , told her will be there by 10 AM.. Upon arrival, we were handed a bill for $635 a Kimberly checked us in. I said I spoke to a Madison and she was next to her and confirmed to Kimberly at the front that our price was $240 total based on our earlier conversation She even told me Kimberly that we are getting upgraded to 2 Artisan massages. We went ahead with our massages trusting it was resolved. We had the best time and enjoyed as normal and ended up leaving around 4PM. At checkout, my husband went downstairs and Madison is now presenting him with the $635 bill!!! Of course like anyone in his position he would be shocked! Like what?!!!! He felt like he was having an out of body experience!! Madison's explanation, and I quote " I misspoke"claimed she misspoke and gave my husband the $635 bill telling my husband that her manager Jed told her while we were getting our massages that what she was told by her manager Jed that they can longer provide what was promised to me on the phone and at checkout. This was going while I was still upstairs, and saw my husband upset. I asked what's going on and he said don't worry about it I will handle this, he said it's your birthday and I am not letting them spoil your day . When confronted, Madison denied ever offering the upgrade in front of her manager when my husband said that's what she said. My husband did not even want me in this conversation because it was birthday/Mother's Day weekend and he did not want to spoil my day.. . What was meant to be a special weekend turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. We loved the massages but left feeling disappointed by Madison. I have to say Madison has been so pleasant and super friendly every time we were there, to get this treatment from her, this really hurt me especially on my day and so unexpected. The manager Jed in my opinion did not handle this right. He should have asked Kimberly listened to the call that was made. I don't know but this was handled very poorly in my opinion. Madison had so many chances to make this right but chose not to. What was offered in good faith was taken back without accountability. We hope management reviews the 9:02 AM call recording, because that will tell the whole story or even speak to Kimberly that Madison corrected when we checked in. This is making me feel like I can't trust this company. Moving forward I want to record conversations or make sure I have proof or something because their word is not to be trusted. This leaves my amazing birthday/Mother's Day weekend ending in a bad note because of this.
