My massage therapist, Helen, really listened to where I was feeling pain and spent extra time working on my shoulders to relieve all the knots. I feel so much better and completely relaxed now. This was a tough one. I called ahead to see if they had any availability which they did! They were prompt to get me in a room which was resllly nice. But when the therapist came in is when this experience went south. He told me to lay down and they put my feet in water to soak which is normal as he started getting ready he was clearing his throat a lot with clearly a lot of phlegm. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and didn't say anything. Then he started on my shoulders and he was non stop sniffling to keep snot in his nose. Humans are human, again laying there in my head trying to give him th benefit of the doubt. It can't get worse... he then goes down to my feet and I have a towel over my eyes but I can see clearly a crack under... he was sniffling and sneezing non stop, and then I see him throw a towel around his neck wiping his Nose while massaging my feet. So you have this towel that's occasionally tapping my foot. I started getting antsy, I've never walked out of a massage in my life. I then heard him burping like almost he was about to vom. Then I saw him wiping his nose with nose fingers then going back to wiping my body. I then had enough and stood up and said "you are every sick sir and should not be working. I cannot continue with this massage because I am 100% grossed out and need it leave" he tried to tell me to just flip over but I proceeded to put my shirt on. The host came back and asked if I wanted another person but at that point the thought of someone who is clearly sick rubbing snot all over me made me want to just go home and shower. She was friendly and what I thought would be her saying to give me a refund she insisted that she will void the other transaction and charge me for only 30 minutes. I was so ready to get out I said what ever I need to leave asap. This company needs to talk to management about health standards for people massaging them. I have been going here for a long time because it was a good massage and not expensive. This last massage the guy was on his phone during the massage. The phone was in between my feet when I was laying on the table and not only did it vibrate but it chimed. He was either texting or watching a show but I was nervous he was taking pics. His breath was horrendous. His hands smelled bad. The place needs a deep clean. I have to find a new spot because I can't go back here after this. read more

Visited a few times, very hit and miss with quality, but usually at least a decent massage. Won't be returning after my last visit, person very aggressively, rapidly rubbed the same spot for minutes at a time to where it started to burn, or would start digging into bones at my knee. It's one thing to not be an experienced LMT, but this was seemingly angry and aggressive. The feet in the bucket of water might not be as luxurious as some places, but the 60 min massage was $55 and wonderful. Before tip. Definitely tip these ladies, they work hard! Please listen to the bad reviews. I've had a lot of massages in my day, and they did not know what they're doing. Had to stop just as it got started to request they adhere to the areas and points I requested. Again, they didn't. Again, I told them. I even explained to the manager so they could translate to them. After I asked for more pressure on the deep massage, they just squished my whole body into the mat, put their whole weight down with no stroke or hand work. Had to ask them to not jam their elbow in and then next they rolled over my tendons. Felt like they were pinching muscle. Kind of a weird experience overall at the front desk too, like they were annoyed like they were in a rush, despite not being that busy... when I first got there. I've been to this location many times, throughout a variety of owners. IMO, the best experience to date, was when the business was run as First Class Reflexology. Last weekend, I had what started off as a pretty good massage. Front of body, no issues. Back of body, different story. When I turned over on my stomach, it became painfully aware my person was not very experienced. I bit my lip through most of the rough, jerky, knuckled massage but had to let her know at one point on my left shoulder, that it was painful. It seemed to be an eternity. When I couldn't take it anymore, I asked when she was going to start my right side. She understood, and immediately began a very limp, right-side routine. In about three minutes, we were done. I was so disappointed, considering my motivation to come in was a knot on the right side of my spine! I did share my feedback with the owner when asked and still left a $10 tip as I believe massages are hard work. She told me to make sure I always tell the masseuses my preference ... I was hoping to receive a discount on the service, as it was incomplete. No luck there. I am undecided if I will return for anything other than a regular foot massage. read more

I have mixed reviews for my experience. The establishment was accommodating to an appointment even though I had booked through Class Pass and the reflexology business said they were not aware of the appointment. The space was clean and the massage was fine. My accidental oversight of checking my small bills for tip resulted in giving all my small bills. As I was walked to the front lobby my masseuse showed my tip to the receptionist and walked away and the receptionist then questioned my exact tip audibly in front of of other customers and did not ask any follow up questions as to the quality of service or for further explanation. I explained my situation and said I only had very large bills and they said they could break them. I then asked if they could accept credit card and was told yes. I provided a large reminder of tip via credit card. I was embarrassed by the unprofessional manner of the masseuse and receptionist and how they approached the situation.
