First time coming to Super Foot Reflexology. I've been trying out various reflexology clinics around town, and this is one of the better ones. I did a walk-in appointment, and the employee asked me to come back in about an hour, so I went next door for a beverage while I waited. The location is in a small shopping center next to a nail shop and several Asian restaurants along the East Camelback-Biltmore Stretch. The space is very clean inside, though not fancy, which I personally don't mind. The pricing varies depending on how much time you want to focus on each part of the body. I chose the $50 combo (15 minutes body + 45 minutes foot reflexology), and it felt like a good value. My reflexologist was very good and used very firm pressure, which I appreciated. It really helped relieve some headaches and pain I've been having in my joints, lower back, and glutes. I actually fell asleep during part of the massage, which says a lot. The body massage rooms are private, while the foot reflexology area is separated by curtains. You could hear some employees whispering and a few customers snoring, but that didn't bother me. Very grateful to find Super Foot Reflexology! I had just landed from a flight less than 3 hours before close and was so sore and needed TLC. I called ahead of time to see if they would take me, at first they had no availability but the host asked if something changes he can call me back. I rarely have enough free time to reward myself with a foot massage these days, so it is a treat to have the opportunity to try somewhere new. I spotted this place when I stopped in next door for bubble tea and was curious, so I looked it up and saw all of the good reviews. I opted for the 30 minute foot massage ($29) and they offered me a $10 upgrade if I wanted the massage with a salt scrub and hot stone massage, which I accepted. They led me back into the massage room, which is quiet and has curtains dividing the different stations. The massage therapist brought in a bag filled with warm water that he put in a bucket for me to soak my feet in (which is very sanitary since the bag is changed for each customer!). He asked me to lie back on the bed and pulled my feet out of the tub. He gave me a brief scalp massage and put a towel over my eyes for me to relax and then started the foot massage. First he applied the salt scrub, which he kept on my legs and feet for nearly the entire massage (so it was good exfoliation too!). The hot stone part came towards the end after he had wiped the salt scrub off. The massage was great - it is everything you hope for when you go to get a pedicure (but at a pedicure, the massage part only lasts a minute, whereas this was much longer!). Who needs the full pedicure when you can just get the massage and salt scrub part? When the massage finished, I went out to pay. There are signs all over asking for a cash (not card) tip, but you are able to pay for the massage with credit card (they charge a $1 processing fee to use credit card). A very reasonable price for a nice foot massage! I was wondering beforehand if I had to make an appointment or if I could walk in (the staff didn't speak enough English for me to ask) but my appointment was a walk in and it worked out just fine. read more

I was a couple monitors late for my first appointment, so i rescheduled because she asked if i could wait 20 minutes, and i didn't want to wait. I rescheduled the next day. Read the reviews and since I was in town for the weekend, took my pregnant daughter and myself for a massage. We opted for a 60 minute combination. I asked for a deep tissue and although I didn't consider mine a deep tissue, it was relaxing. The foot massage was great but not reflexology. My daughter had a foot massage and a chair massage due to the pregnancy. Her therapist was great at relieving the pressure on her hips. The lack of English is a hindrance in conveying what you want but you will come out with a wonderful relaxing experience. I would go again. The prices and the service are good. read more

This is my new favorite weekend treat. I like the 90 minute reflexology and total body massage. The compression and neck and back work allow me to twist and turn my head again after spending my work days at a computer. There's no more refreshing massage for me than having my feet focused on. I am a runner and very active and I haven't found a better foot massage. When you check in, you select your desired pressure from 1-10. Everyone here has been courteous and kind. Great for what it is! This is a mid-level Chinese massage place (lots of kneading and pressing), and a good one for that - but not a fancy Swedish spa by any means. Beds are separated only by curtains, your masseuse might also be the receptionist and get up to answer the phone in the middle of your massage lol. But for $50 you can get a good strong massage, and when we went (Sep 2023) it was clean and quiet. The massage table beds were foam-padded, wider and more comfortable than the usual hard cushioned ones. Maybe it's new owners, because there's no "Tiger" working there, per the other reviews. I had Nico (thin young woman) who was surprisingly strong and even walked in my back. My friend had Jerry (stout middle aged guy) who was very strong and good. The English isn't great so you check a box with the service and how strong you want it. Would give 5 stars, except my friend checked the "full body" box bc he thought it would be cheaper without feet, and he got charged the $68 "back massage" price v. my $50 full body "combo" (price chart wasn't super clear). Tips: this place seems pretty above board but at any kind of massage parlor just keep your underwear on if you don't want potential unwelcome touching. RUDE and SNEAKY AF. We had a Groupon. Every time we called to make an appt, it was 10:30am only - no matter what day. Another reviewer said the same thing. Then when we show up for our 10:30 appt, they have no clue who we are. They don't speak English - at least the 3 people that were there during our 1.5 hours didn't. They act like they don't understand the Groupon deal and they try to give you only half of it. The actual reflexology was meh at best. The room is cold. The detox foot spa is a hoax and the freaking water was cold. Cleanliness of bed and water is questionable. When he strapped some bracelet thing on my wrist for the detox machine, he forcefully pulled my watch off and plopped it on my chest like he was annoyed. They didn't explain anything they were doing. And that was the better part of this experience. Now it gets good. They have a suggested tip sheet displayed prominently in your face. I'm okay with that - it is a service and a tip is suggested. They have a big sign that says Cash preferred. So when we were done, I went to walk out to my truck to check to see if I had cash. They literally cut me off and menacingly asked "Tip? Where Tip?!" with their hands waving. I said I was going to see if I had cash. They told me they accepted cards. (suddenly their English was getting better). I didn't have cash in the truck. By the way, one of the guys followed me out and was literally hawking every move I made while chainsmoking feet away from my truck. You got to wonder what he would've done if I decided to just get in and try to leave. I went back in with my card. They asked how much. I said $10. He didn't like it but he went to run it. Then stopped and asked. "$10? One or two?" Basically, he was trying to get $20. I said multiple times "$10. Just One." Used my hands and everything. We were very clear that I wanted to run it for $10. They conversed amongst themselves, not in Englishand ran the card. The more aggressive guy took over to hand me the credit card slip after it was run, and wouldn't you know it - they ran it for $20! I made them void it and run it for $10 and will be checking my statement to make sure it is definitely voided (though I did get a VOID slip). I'm glad I had made the decision to go in and ask my friend to wait in the car. She would've been very uncomfortable - well, even more than she already was. They are rude. They are tip bullies. The services aren't even good. Cleanliness is very questionable. Pass on this place even if the Groupon deal seems worth it. It's not. read more

BAD: I called to make an appointment and I specifically asked about the "grand opening special" -- one full price service, the second 50% off. I didn't get a definitive answer, I then had a very confusing time trying to make an appointment because of the language barrier. I again mentioned the special when I came in. We were shown the price listing and agreed on the combination treatment. When it came time to pay, I asked about the special and he acted as if I had never asked him anything. He charged me full price. So I put away the cash I had taken out for the tip. He asked, "no tip?" I reminded him (again), that I had called and asked about the special on the website. He tried to deny that I called, but then I showed him his own paper that had my phone number on it. It was so odd, he actually seemed surprised that the shop even had a website. He said, "no special, no special." When I got out my phone and showed him the webpage, he seemed shocked. He said that the "grand opening special" was from 4 years ago. He seemed offended that I expected him to honor the website. He got very curt and refused to honor the offer on the webpage. He was angry when we told him that it was his responsibility to change his website if the information was no longer current. The really sad thing is that the massage was worth the full price. Pretty Terrible overall experience: total waste of money and time. Go anywhere else, honestly I ordered the "Deluxe head to toe massage with hot stones for an hour for two people" from the menu online. Supposedly m The man at the reception apparently did not understand anything. I had no other option but to pull up the menu on the phone and point at exactly what I wanted. He say ok. Upon showing up the man called me asking me where I was five minutes before I was even supposed to be there. I was about to walk in. When you walk in you can see everyone getting massages because they don't close curtains between or in front of the tables. When they got started, I could see the lady next to me, I had to ask them to close the curtain for privacy. Mind you they litterally try to massage you over your cloths. Very strange, I asked if I could at least take off my shirt. To make matters worse when They finally got started they only started with one person. The other one of the two of us got started 20 minutes late, I was the other person. I waited there for 20 minutes until I called the receptionist over to ask what was going on. He said we are a little busy... then he proceeded to check out a client who had just finished their massage then without washing his hands (during COVID season) he puts lotion on his hands and proceeds to haphazardly massage my head. Now post massage my face is tingly. Find me the masseuse that I just finished up with the other client makes his way over and swap spots with the receptionist who was "filling in". The rest of the massage was mediocre at best. We thought that because of the 20 minute late start we would get additional time or some thing as a compensation but to my surprise they ended both people does massages five minutes early. Also it's important to note that even though I requested the massage with a hot stones and even showed him the picture from the website (to prevent them from using the excuse of not understanding), they completely omitted that part of the service. Had they mentioned that that was not going to be included I would've never even gotten the massage. I was completely fed up with the disrespect that we were just showing that I literally called the receptionist over to ask him why the massages were not for the full amount of the. At this point they both pretended to not know how to speak English so I legitimately pulled out my phone and using Google translate explain to them the entire situation. They didn't even have the courtesy to ask us to go to the reception so we were having a conversation a few steps from a person getting massaged on the other side of the curtain. So to recap we were not given the service we requested, they told us the menu is outdated online, we were gypped from 20 minutes from our massage, and improper sanitation and cleaning protocols were not followed.
