First time coming to Super Foot Reflexology. I've been trying out various reflexology clinics around town, and this is one of the better ones. I did a walk-in appointment, and the employee asked me to come back in about an hour, so I went next door for a beverage while I waited. The location is in a small shopping center next to a nail shop and several Asian restaurants along the East Camelback-Biltmore Stretch. The space is very clean inside, though not fancy, which I personally don't mind. The pricing varies depending on how much time you want to focus on each part of the body. I chose the $50 combo (15 minutes body + 45 minutes foot reflexology), and it felt like a good value. My reflexologist was very good and used very firm pressure, which I appreciated. It really helped relieve some headaches and pain I've been having in my joints, lower back, and glutes. I actually fell asleep during part of the massage, which says a lot. The body massage rooms are private, while the foot reflexology area is separated by curtains. You could hear some employees whispering and a few customers snoring, but that didn't bother me. I came on a very busy Saturday afternoon, so that's probably expected. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back. read more

Such a relaxing experience, very clean inside and good pricing. You select the pressure and areas to target before hand so during the massage you can just relax and enjoy. Calling and booking before is the best bet to ensure there's no wait. read more

Great price for a consistent quick fix. They have changed their pricing a little from what I remembered and now they have their combo foot massage but now there are 3 tiers depending how much time you want focused on your back or your feet. They do walk ins, but I recommend calling in to make sure they have availability so you aren't waiting around. read more

I pulled my back and walked out healed after a 90 minute session with my masseur Dàiwéi. He did an amazing job and I'll be asking for him and highly recommend for anyone that needs an extra hard pressure massage. read more

The best massage I've ever had. I've been three times and each time was so relaxing. Perfect amount of pressure- the combo is the way to go.

Very grateful to find Super Foot Reflexology! I had just landed from a flight less than 3 hours before close and was so sore and needed TLC. I called ahead of time to see if they would take me, at first they had no availability but the host asked if something changes he can call me back. He called back in less than 15 min and had me come in they could take an hour foot session. It was SO SO GOOD! I like extra pressure and warmer water. They knew all the right pressure points. I also appreciate that they give you an option of more back or more feet. I travel a lot and have been to many reflexologists and this place is not only very kind but also really great massage! read more

Great first experience so I returned and it was terrible. Super aggressive. Demanded a bigger tip as I was trying to leave which made me incredibly uncomfortable. I won't be returning. read more

Great back and neck massage. Tim was very professional and got all of my knots out! Will definitely return for a longer session.

Love this place. Never busy. Limited English. Slightly different service experiences based on what provider you get, but it's all great. If you need a fancy massage, skip here. But if you want affordable and regular massages, this place def checks those boxes. read more

For my first visit, I was able to get in right away after a rather challenging day at work. I felt so much better with the tension from the day gone. Deep tissue massage was no joke, but I needed it. I have returned multiple times since so that I don't let my back or feet turn into cable knots, again. The membership is well worth it. read more

Great price for a quick massage. Was in town and having some neck and back pain, found this spot and walked right in. They were able to take me right away. I did a 90 min massage for $90... great price and it was a decent massage. I wish they would have asked about areas to focus on before starting and I asked for a higher strong massage than what I got. Note for you, speak up early and tell them exactly what you want because once it starts you'll get relaxed and may not get exactly what you want. read more

I rarely have enough free time to reward myself with a foot massage these days, so it is a treat to have the opportunity to try somewhere new. I spotted this place when I stopped in next door for bubble tea and was curious, so I looked it up and saw all of the good reviews. I opted for the 30 minute foot massage ($29) and they offered me a $10 upgrade if I wanted the massage with a salt scrub and hot stone massage, which I accepted. They led me back into the massage room, which is quiet and has curtains dividing the different stations. The massage therapist brought in a bag filled with warm water that he put in a bucket for me to soak my feet in (which is very sanitary since the bag is changed for each customer!). He asked me to lie back on the bed and pulled my feet out of the tub. He gave me a brief scalp massage and put a towel over my eyes for me to relax and then started the foot massage. First he applied the salt scrub, which he kept on my legs and feet for nearly the entire massage (so it was good exfoliation too!). The hot stone part came towards the end after he had wiped the salt scrub off. The massage was great - it is everything you hope for when you go to get a pedicure (but at a pedicure, the massage part only lasts a minute, whereas this was much longer!). Who needs the full pedicure when you can just get the massage and salt scrub part? When the massage finished, I went out to pay. There are signs all over asking for a cash (not card) tip, but you are able to pay for the massage with credit card (they charge a $1 processing fee to use credit card). A very reasonable price for a nice foot massage! I was wondering beforehand if I had to make an appointment or if I could walk in (the staff didn't speak enough English for me to ask) but my appointment was a walk in and it worked out just fine. read more

Amazing foot massage by Andy. Clean. Quiet. I've already gone back since my first visit.

Made an appointment for 2pm. Got there and he told me to come back in one hour. I had an appointment. What's the point of having an appointment if they won't honor it. He then points to 3 walk ins and says I'm after them. But I HAD an appointment. read more

Accommodating and great reflexology service mixed with feet and back massages. Will definitely be back

I saw their Facebook ad, so i decided to give it a try. I was a couple monitors late for my first appointment, so i rescheduled because she asked if i could wait 20 minutes, and i didn't want to wait. I rescheduled the next day. She gave me a $5 off coupon and then gave me the $5 off from Facebook, so that was a nice surprise. The massage itself was ok. I had the guy massage me. I asked for medium to hard pressure, and he actually hurt me a few times. I might go back and ask for the woman. Reasonably priced for a reflexology place read more

Great massage and at an affordable price. Have been here several times. I canceled my massage envy membership so I could just come here. I receive a much better massage and much better price. read more

Very great experience. The massage was very soft and well needed. The actual business did smell a little funny, but it was quiet and worth it read more

I do enjoy this place and the massage. But I feel it's a bit guilt tippy. Some people can barely afford to live. If the prices aren't suitable, raise them. Tip culture is so annoying. read more

I was just feeling stiff and unfocused. Super Foot Reflexology was the answer. I had the foot detox, full body massage. I left feeling rejuvenated. This will be my go to spot. read more

Super foot is a decent place to go get a reflexology massage. I've only been once and the massage was good, maybe not as amazing as some other places in town, but not bad. If you're in the neighborhood, this is a good place for a massage. read more

I live down the street from here and have been 5+ times. I normally do the 60 minute combination, and always leave extremely relaxed and reguvinated. They have a scale 1-10 for how strong you'd like the massage, and I normally have around a 6. Give this place a try! read more

Read the reviews and since I was in town for the weekend, took my pregnant daughter and myself for a massage. We opted for a 60 minute combination. I asked for a deep tissue and although I didn't consider mine a deep tissue, it was relaxing. The foot massage was great but not reflexology. My daughter had a foot massage and a chair massage due to the pregnancy. Her therapist was great at relieving the pressure on her hips. The lack of English is a hindrance in conveying what you want but you will come out with a wonderful relaxing experience. I would go again. The prices and the service are good. read more

I like this place. It's the only Chinese massage place where I feel like they listen. You request the amount of pressure you like. They aren't moving super fast. I've asked for different combinations and have always gotten what I asked for. Their location is ideal. Their prices are reasonable. I guess it depends on what you're looking for. But this place is great to me. read more

This is my new favorite weekend treat. I like the 90 minute reflexology and total body massage. The compression and neck and back work allow me to twist and turn my head again after spending my work days at a computer. There's no more refreshing massage for me than having my feet focused on. I am a runner and very active and I haven't found a better foot massage. When you check in, you select your desired pressure from 1-10. Everyone here has been courteous and kind. It's clean and the music is nice. I give it 5 stars. read more

Great for what it is! This is a mid-level Chinese massage place (lots of kneading and pressing), and a good one for that - but not a fancy Swedish spa by any means. Beds are separated only by curtains, your masseuse might also be the receptionist and get up to answer the phone in the middle of your massage lol. But for $50 you can get a good strong massage, and when we went (Sep 2023) it was clean and quiet. The massage table beds were foam-padded, wider and more comfortable than the usual hard cushioned ones. Maybe it's new owners, because there's no "Tiger" working there, per the other reviews. I had Nico (thin young woman) who was surprisingly strong and even walked in my back. My friend had Jerry (stout middle aged guy) who was very strong and good. The English isn't great so you check a box with the service and how strong you want it. Would give 5 stars, except my friend checked the "full body" box bc he thought it would be cheaper without feet, and he got charged the $68 "back massage" price v. my $50 full body "combo" (price chart wasn't super clear). Tips: this place seems pretty above board but at any kind of massage parlor just keep your underwear on if you don't want potential unwelcome touching. Also, at this kind of place it is expected to tip $10/hr min. cash. read more

RUDE and SNEAKY AF. We had a Groupon. Every time we called to make an appt, it was 10:30am only - no matter what day. Another reviewer said the same thing. Then when we show up for our 10:30 appt, they have no clue who we are. They don't speak English - at least the 3 people that were there during our 1.5 hours didn't. They act like they don't understand the Groupon deal and they try to give you only half of it. The actual reflexology was meh at best. The room is cold. The detox foot spa is a hoax and the freaking water was cold. Cleanliness of bed and water is questionable. When he strapped some bracelet thing on my wrist for the detox machine, he forcefully pulled my watch off and plopped it on my chest like he was annoyed. They didn't explain anything they were doing. And that was the better part of this experience. Now it gets good. They have a suggested tip sheet displayed prominently in your face. I'm okay with that - it is a service and a tip is suggested. They have a big sign that says Cash preferred. So when we were done, I went to walk out to my truck to check to see if I had cash. They literally cut me off and menacingly asked "Tip? Where Tip?!" with their hands waving. I said I was going to see if I had cash. They told me they accepted cards. (suddenly their English was getting better). I didn't have cash in the truck. By the way, one of the guys followed me out and was literally hawking every move I made while chainsmoking feet away from my truck. You got to wonder what he would've done if I decided to just get in and try to leave. I went back in with my card. They asked how much. I said $10. He didn't like it but he went to run it. Then stopped and asked. "$10? One or two?" Basically, he was trying to get $20. I said multiple times "$10. Just One." Used my hands and everything. We were very clear that I wanted to run it for $10. They conversed amongst themselves, not in Englishand ran the card. The more aggressive guy took over to hand me the credit card slip after it was run, and wouldn't you know it - they ran it for $20! I made them void it and run it for $10 and will be checking my statement to make sure it is definitely voided (though I did get a VOID slip). I'm glad I had made the decision to go in and ask my friend to wait in the car. She would've been very uncomfortable - well, even more than she already was. They are rude. They are tip bullies. The services aren't even good. Cleanliness is very questionable. Pass on this place even if the Groupon deal seems worth it. It's not. read more

Good: the "combination" -- foot massage & back massage was well done and relaxing. BAD: I called to make an appointment and I specifically asked about the "grand opening special" -- one full price service, the second 50% off. I didn't get a definitive answer, I then had a very confusing time trying to make an appointment because of the language barrier. I again mentioned the special when I came in. We were shown the price listing and agreed on the combination treatment. When it came time to pay, I asked about the special and he acted as if I had never asked him anything. He charged me full price. So I put away the cash I had taken out for the tip. He asked, "no tip?" I reminded him (again), that I had called and asked about the special on the website. He tried to deny that I called, but then I showed him his own paper that had my phone number on it. It was so odd, he actually seemed surprised that the shop even had a website. He said, "no special, no special." When I got out my phone and showed him the webpage, he seemed shocked. He said that the "grand opening special" was from 4 years ago. He seemed offended that I expected him to honor the website. He got very curt and refused to honor the offer on the webpage. He was angry when we told him that it was his responsibility to change his website if the information was no longer current. The really sad thing is that the massage was worth the full price. But when one is offered a special, when one asks about it and mentions it before the service and is then charged full price, then one is totally soured on the entire experience. read more

Super Foot Reflexology - Happy customers - Massage Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I have gotten a lot of massages in my life. This was by far the worst experience from scheduling the appointment to walking out early. When I called the man who is believe is the owner could barely understand me. I then showed up and apparently we had different times for the appointment. He then rushed me and gave me a 10 minute foot massage then stuck my feet in water for 40 minutes where the container was too small to even fit my feet making for a very uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend at all. read more

I go regularly. If you're expecting a fancy spa then this is not the place for you. If you want a good massage for a decent price and value, then this is your massage spot. Only reason I did t give it five stars, is that I've had five-star massage and ambiance places before. That being said, you pay more for that. This is a high-value massage. read more

Pretty Terrible overall experience: total waste of money and time. Go anywhere else, honestly I ordered the "Deluxe head to toe massage with hot stones for an hour for two people" from the menu online. Supposedly m The man at the reception apparently did not understand anything. I had no other option but to pull up the menu on the phone and point at exactly what I wanted. He say ok. Upon showing up the man called me asking me where I was five minutes before I was even supposed to be there. I was about to walk in. When you walk in you can see everyone getting massages because they don't close curtains between or in front of the tables. When they got started, I could see the lady next to me, I had to ask them to close the curtain for privacy. Mind you they litterally try to massage you over your cloths. Very strange, I asked if I could at least take off my shirt. To make matters worse when They finally got started they only started with one person. The other one of the two of us got started 20 minutes late, I was the other person. I waited there for 20 minutes until I called the receptionist over to ask what was going on. He said we are a little busy... then he proceeded to check out a client who had just finished their massage then without washing his hands (during COVID season) he puts lotion on his hands and proceeds to haphazardly massage my head. Now post massage my face is tingly. Find me the masseuse that I just finished up with the other client makes his way over and swap spots with the receptionist who was "filling in". The rest of the massage was mediocre at best. We thought that because of the 20 minute late start we would get additional time or some thing as a compensation but to my surprise they ended both people does massages five minutes early. Also it's important to note that even though I requested the massage with a hot stones and even showed him the picture from the website (to prevent them from using the excuse of not understanding), they completely omitted that part of the service. Had they mentioned that that was not going to be included I would've never even gotten the massage. I was completely fed up with the disrespect that we were just showing that I literally called the receptionist over to ask him why the massages were not for the full amount of the. At this point they both pretended to not know how to speak English so I legitimately pulled out my phone and using Google translate explain to them the entire situation. They didn't even have the courtesy to ask us to go to the reception so we were having a conversation a few steps from a person getting massaged on the other side of the curtain. So to recap we were not given the service we requested, they told us the menu is outdated online, we were gypped from 20 minutes from our massage, and improper sanitation and cleaning protocols were not followed. Worst massage of my life. read more
