Thai Royal Massage is stunning. I didn't snap any pics inside but the decor is beautiful and created the perfectly calming and a relaxing space. We were greeted upon arrival and taken back for our couples massage, which my boyfriend said he had no issues booking. The couples massage room is nice. The tables are separated by a curtain, which is drawn back for the couples massage. My boyfriend and I each had our own massage therapist. My therapist really focused on my upper back since I work remotely and have problems with my posture and my shoulders. I felt so great after and so did my boyfriend! He said they worked more on his legs, which makes sense since the day before he had a leg day at the gym. I would highly recommend this place for a couples massage for you and your partner! The experience was really intimate. read more

Thai Royal Massage - Front - Reflexology Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Not gonna lie, I had high hopes because I came here years ago and it was good. This time- not so much. It started out nice and soothing; then for some reason the masseuse was changed and it went downhill from there. It felt hurried, not smooth strokes as one expects from massages. Sort of a sloppy type of massage, and a few "quiet" burps from the person lol the surrounding noises were loud and distracting Overall it was not a relaxing experience today, and I left disappointed. Perhaps I will give it a try again with a specific masseuse. read more

I was told to arrive 5 mins early when I called to book. So I did. No one came out to greet me until 6 after. So I waited 11 mins to be greeted. I got the combo. Not a fan. I was very cold because I was left 5 times, one time for 6 mins, during my massage 120 min massage, with exposed wet feet. One of the other massage techs came over and apologized as I was laying there waiting for the girl to keep coming back. He put a towel over me and a leg support under me. Very nice guy. So my combo massage was bout 95 mins vs 120 due to starting late and she kept leaving. When I booked I mentioned I had a 20% off. When it was time to check out they had me standing there late for work for 12 mins while they called around to see if they felt like taking the 20%? It gets worse. After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking. I told her it was not going to happen. That they were going to take a non-expired coupon that they have produced at some point, while claiming they've never made a coupon? But still couldn't explain how I actually did have a coupon that they have made at some point! None of this should be the experience of a first time customer, my time is just as valuable as their's. And I was late to work. read more

What a way to end the day. I really enjoyed the 60 minute Thai combo. Came here last minute on Friday night to celebrate my sister in law, gabi's birthday. We called about an hour before and they were able to accommodate us. The staff was professional, the massage was deep & the ambiance was lovely. Really appreciate the level of service as they asked what pressure quality we were looking for too. read more

I have been coming to this location for years. I've always received the foot reflexology 60 min service for $45. About 3/4 of the way through they have ALWAYS had me flip over on my stomach so they could massage my neck and shoulders/arms. They didn't do that this time. The woman focused 10 min on head and arms while I was on my back, then did my left foot/leg for about 20 min and focused on my right leg/foot for about 30. I left feeling lopsided because she spent too much time on my right leg/foot. Never did she flip me over which I have ALWAYS had done in the past. When my husband was alive we both came here and they would always flip us about 45 min in. They have changed things and it doesn't feel good that they changed what they have always done in the past. They just want to sell the combo for more money doing what they have ALWAYS done at the lower rate. This experience was VERY UNFULFILLING. I have previously enjoyed coming here because I feel they had always done a thorough job. But again, they have changed things and it doesn't feel great. read more

Nice massage during our trip! We did the $45 foot reflexology for 60 min, & while they focus on the feet, they still did the whole body which was nice. They also ask you what pressure you prefer. Bring cash for tip. Clean facilities read more

I got the combo 90min massage with Lisa and she was incredible. The place is super clean and I love that they ask what pressure I like and which areas to focus on before the massage begins. From starting with a scalp, face and neck massage to the stretching and everything in between, I left in absolute bliss. Already looking forward to coming back and seeing Lisa again! Also, shout out to the guy at the front desk who was super welcoming and helpful! read more

Amazing Thai reflexology experience. Very clean inside and for $45 + tip you can get a one hour reflexology massage. In addition to the reflexology (foot massage), the Thai masseuses also stretch, pull, and attempt to get knots out. It's my first time at this location as I normally visit the Mesa location inside Mekong , however this was establishment gives better service. Despite the language barriers, everyone is very friendly and courteous. Bring cash for tip. read more

Same day appointments, very kind, and very reasonably priced. Great if you like firm pressure or deep tissue.

My body feels great! Excellent massage, deep tissue style, which I love! It's not the most luxurious looking place and I'm not sure of all the sanitary practices, but I didn't care because my body felt amazing afterwards!!! I would go again. Only $1 a minute too. read more

LINDA IS 10000/10!! First Thai massage and did 60 minute Swedish/thai with hot stones and OMFG! I was stretched and massaged in ways never thought possible. I walked out of here feeling like 1000 million bucks. Wow. BOOK LINDA IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF BODY PAIN or stiffness. Im blown away. read more

This was my first time getting a Thai massage. I went with my fiancé. We both have been having some back pain so this definitely helped us feel better and stretched out. Some parts of the massage were a little painful, but I know it's what I needed. My massage therapist made sure it was feeling okay for me. Making the appointment was also very smooth and simple. Pricing is also reasonable. We did the 30 minutes and it was plenty. I would recommend this type of massage if you feel back strain and want to be stretched out. read more

Went in yesterday around almost 7pm to see if they had availability as closing time is 9pm. They were able to accommodate a 2 hour massage for me, which was awesome! I was taken care of by a gentleman named HILTON and he was absolutely amazing!!! He checked in on me throughout the session, was very aware of my limits when it came to stretching and just overall had the most caring and strong touch. I left feeling extremely happy and grateful to find a great place with amazing providers. I will definitely be back regularly and highly recommend Hilton! (Bring cash for tip and tip your masseuse well, they deserve it) read more

This place is awesome! Amazing staff! Great service, I'll be back for sure! Very clean and great ambiance.

My main concern is the lack of hygiene. During my massage I was observing the neighboring massage bed to see whether or not the sheets would be changed after usage. After my massage, I had a hunch they might not be changing the face towels and sheets after each customer- so I came back in to use the restroom and witnessed the bed I used wasn't changed either. I saw a smoothing out the wrinkles and replacing the old used towels back on to the table. There is a slight weird smell as you enter the facility. This along with the massage therapist not cleaning my feet before touching the rest of my body was disgusting. I rushed home to take a hot shower with a lot of soap! I definitely will not return due to hygiene concerns. There are a pathogens, skin disease, infections such as scabies. This place should really be looked into. read more

Horrible experience! His hands smelled like cigarettes, and he smelled like he had just smoked one as he coughed on me and could hardly catch his breath while massaging me. Told the front desk and they weren't the least bit concerned. read more

They were easy to schedule with, professional and gave great lower leg and foot massages. A great pick-me-up!

I was a little nervous about coming here to get my first Thai massage since they have mixed reviews and I have heard that Thai massages can be intense. But the price was so great and they could get me in same day within an hour, so I went for it. The reviews were accurate in that the service at the front desk was not the best. The woman at the front desk didn't greet me, made me wait while she finished her phone call, and wasn't very welcoming or forthcoming with my questions about what to expect from the Thai massage experience. The only thing she kept emphasizing is that with Thai massage you keep your clothes on. After purchasing my massage, the lady instructed me to sit in their small waiting area which had some clutter on the floor. There was also an area to get a drink but it didn't look super appealing so I didn't get one. She then told me to change into one of their scrubs so I would be more comfortable in the corner which had a curtain for privacy. The scrubs looked dingy and worn but did look and smell clean at least. There were some small lockers to put your belongings in so I locked my belongings away. My anxiety began grew a little with my experience this far and then some more as I was greeted by an old man who brought me to the back area. The back area had bunch of beds, sectioned off for privacy, separated with curtains, but all in the same large room. "Oh shoot, I forgot to specify a female masseuse," I thought to myself! I decided to go with it anyway. I was so relieved he turned out to be the sweetest, most professional and thorough masseuse ever. I had no idea what to expect from the Thai massage experience but it was awesome! I have never had such a comprehensive massage before in my life, and I have had my fair share of massages at some pretty luxurious spas. This massage had me stretching, twisting and turning my body and it was like a combination of a regular massage and a chiropractor. I wondered what the bars on the ceiling were for and came to understand when at one point the masseuse stood on top of my back to hit specific pressure points, using the bars to hold himself up and remove some of his body weight. Since this was my first and only Thai massage to this day, I am not sure if this masseuse was just amazing or if this is how they all tend to be. But either way, I was a real fan of this one! The woman at the front desk was a lot nicer to me for some reason upon my exit. I told her the massage was fantastic. If they spruced up the place a bit and she improved her customer service at the front desk I think this place could be a real gem! read more

I had a 60 minute massage and I was sad when it was over. I wished I had booked at least a 90 minutes massage. I'm definitely going back to so a longer one. I would highly recommend this place. read more

Nice place, I think experience will vary greatly depending on what service you get. Went with my friend. He got the deep tissue massage and reported it was okay, not really much deep pressure at all, but she did walk on his back, very petite woman so he says it was just alright, but neat. I got the combo foot reflexology and full body. Good foot massage, but not super comfortable laying position with feet in tub, need something under back or knees. Good stretching. Good neck and shoulder massage, the rest was nothing special. Very interesting massage locale, no private rooms and leave all clothes on. Not overly confident in the sanitary condition, but seemed okay I guess. I did not observe any sheet changing or disinfecting, but everyone is fully clothed. This is a nice place and the services match the good price point. Very good option for a less involved basic, relaxing massage, maybe over a lunch hour. read more

I am from California and went to AZ to visit my boyfriend, we went to get a couples massage at Thai royal massage spa. The place was adorable and very clean. The front desk was kind and friendly, felt very welcoming. We got amazing massages from Sonny and Lisa. Sonny is very gifted and talented at this gift of massage. He knew exactly all the spots, I highly recommend you try him. Combination deep and Thai 90mins was the perfect session. Will definitely be back to see them again when I go return to AZ. read more

This is exactly what I needed after a long day of flying! My therapist did a wonders working the kinks out through active massage and stretching. I will certainly be coming back each time I visit the Phoenix area. Tips to others: wear comfortable clothes, this massage is done with clothes on. The studio does offer outfits for guests to wear if they are not quite prepared. I happened to be one, as I was a walk in for my first visit. Over all, give it a try, you will be glad you did! read more

I had the Best Reflexology massage!!! Such a cute place very clean and very professional.

I was able to get a last minute appointment here. The price was decent and massage was great! I appreciated the convenience.

I really miss this place. When it comes to killing pain, these masters know. They dedicate their highly developed skills to soothe the savage uneasiness life sends everybody's way. Ninja thoughts: I always try and talk with my therapist initially, to make sure that I am dialed in to their technique administration. I also walk or run, on grass, before receiving a treatment. I do not like to waste my therapists time by giving them a stiff, battle wizened vessel to start from scratch with. Never had a bad experience here. Ninja Hack: Always get the Yoga Thai, for the body needs flexibility as well as recovery and relief. I have ye tr to dabble with a 2 hour treatment but flirting with the idea of now. 5 Ninja Stars xxxxx read more
