My daughter made the appointment (for both of us) a few days in advance. We arrived and were immediately taken into the massage room. So far, so good. The actual massage was wonderful for me except that my feet were not massaged which I believe should have been part of the full body massage. My daughter's massage was mediocre. We asked for the same massage experience but I received a full head massage with what felt like a wooden brush (very nice) and a hot lamp treatment on my back. She received a hot rock treatment but no head brushing. Now for the REAL problem... Apparently there were only the two therapists on site because every time the door opened (very noisy bells) or the phone range, my therapist left the room. The background music was nearly inaudibble. The numerous interruptions amounted to less than 45 minutes of what should have been an hour massage. Then when she returned to the room, she would share with the other therapist whatever had happened. After the massage, we paid and advised they should get a receptionist to eliminate the interruptions. Don't know if they understood what we were saying. On top of all that, both therapists kept insisting on "the tips, the tips". read more

I'm happy to have this place close by my house. Posting an updated price list, but keep in mind things seem to go up a little here and there. The 1 hour foot reflexology is very relaxing, and while they soak your feet for 10 or so mins in warm water, you get a short but awesome shoulder and neck massage, face massage, scalp rub and some arm work. Just enough to get the blood flowing and put you in a relaxed state. Then the reflexology is amazing. I like KANIE (kay-knee), and my mom likes CHER. They don't just massage your legs over and over like so many have done in the past. Really deep tissue and phenomenal on the instep and many other parts of the foot, ankles heels etc. It honestly feels like they give a crap and they're not just going through the motions, and they were both friendly. Yes they will try to push the combo massage, but just tell them you want reflexology in one of the recliner chairs, and you still get a little squeeze everywhere else I mentioned. I have also had the full body oil massage and Kanie did a phenomenal job with that as well. She is SO strong, and because I can handle it and have a larger body frame she got to dig in deep with her knees in my lower back (wowww), and did lots of elbow and forearm work on my back and legs. I'm rewriting my review because I'm truly disappointed. All I wanted a regular massage and was pressured into something I did not want to do which left my leg in cramping pain. I felt no relief from the area I told her to focus on because she didn't focus on it like I asked & even after I told her I didn't want to try something new it was my Mother's Day gift. She still insisted & kept going saying it's okay no extra charge. I'm very disappointed you shouldn't pressure someone to do something they don't want to do especially when they are paying $60 for a massage. It's unprofessional. Also it didn't feel like a full hour. She left the room for a while and the last 15 mins she just was talking. The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because my first experience was good. Please talk to your staff about putting their customers first don't do a service we didn't ask for. If I knew she was going to do the electric therapy the whole time I would've not agreed at first. All I wanted was a massage! And I don't understand how it was free if the whole thing was the electric therapy. I pretty much paid for a service I didn't ask for. I won't be returning. read more

My friend and I went in yesterday for 2 massages and it was a pretty good experience. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because they were not happy with the tip we left them. The followed us outside and told us that $10 would only cover 1 of the employees. So basically they wanted $10 for each employee. I was speechless!! Are u freaking kidding me?!?!?! So my friend ended up giving them an additional $10. As far as I'm concerned u don't even have to give tip, its optional. Definitely not a returning customer. read more

Very soothing, relaxing massage. Been going to Cher many years about every two or three weeks. Always happy and gives a strong professional massage. She is good for my neck, back and shoulders. Worth every cent! Unlike the big chains that basically rip you off by someone lightly dragging their hand across you occasionally. Highly skilled staff offer actual deep tissue massage that is very therapeutic. As a weightlifter I can actually feel the massage. They are strong and great with their hands, if you like to lift hard and need something extra, ask for "walking" and let them use their feet, trust me it will be a whole new experience and you will never look back! read more

This place needs serious improvements such as their staffing needs, massage techniques, and excessive pricing. The noise level is high (difficult to relax when staff talks endlessly while giving you a massage). Also, when you have clients and they want a relaxing massaging they need to do the following: Stop talking incessantly. Don't eat your damn food while massaging clients. Stop laughing like a lunatic. The massage itself was not great, and it fell miserably. Again, the noise level is too much...it is insane to be in a massage place when the noise level gives you a headache. Wow, hands-down absolutely the worst foot reflexology massage I've ever had in my entire life. You can see from my check ins that I go to a lot of places across Colorado, California and now Arizona. I got there at 9:15pm and was escorted to the comfy chair area. During my entire massage of the ladies in the back room cackling and howling. Hardly the quiet and stress free place I was looking for. The gal that escorted me to the chair end up being my masseuse. She proceeded to poke and prod every muscle really harshly and not rhythmically. So after a negative experience down the road (see other review) and decided to give this place a try for the first time. I was greeted immediately and they were very happy to get me in for a 90 minute massage. Top notch! This was one of the best massages I've had in a long while. She even massaged my sinuses because my allergies were bothering me. Every inch of my body. It was so relaxing and therapeutic. Plus, she thought I was 6 years younger than I am so bonus points. When ever I come here to this massage place, I always See Angle. She always do a great job and treat me well. But tonight I tried a different therapist because Angel is not available. I always get the $100 for 2hrs and 30mins with detox. The receptionist put me on schedule as what I ask for, knowing that's what I will get. But then when I get there, the therapist said " I can't do the 2 1/2 hrs massage. were close at 10pm"... I'm so disappointed that I don't even want to argue. I know they close at 11pm... my session wasn't even exactly 2hrs because she leaves the room then come back then leaves again then come back. We started late then we're done 15 mins early. Back walking is better than the massage. But again I didn't ask for back walking, she insists, so fine... I work 6days a week open to close and hoping I get the treatment that I need. This is one of my all time favorite places to go for a deep tissues massage. $40 an hour, are you kidding me! Can't find a better massage in town let alone the price. I was reluctant thinking there is no way I will be able tk get a real massage nkt just someone rubbing oil on you softly. I have had every massuese there and each give a great massage. Kelly and Wendy are my favorites but you wont be disappointed. Noone speaks English very well which also means they won't talk during your massage. This is a legit business nothing happy endings type stuff. I also saw the doctor for acupuncture and herbal medicine. had a great experience. I have had the foot massage too where u sit in huge chairs and out you feet in hot herbal water they give u great massage on feet and pressure points....definitely worth trying. read more

I am a traveler and often get professional massage. I know my stuff when it comes to a quality massage therapist. I also know my business ethics. I have been to this particular Spa many times and have spent thousands of dollars at this place however each time I go I get something different even if I ask for the same thing. On occasion I run into a problem with pricing. I understand there may be communication issues however money is money and when you ask a price it should be that price when you get out to pay. There have been numerous times where I get to the cashier to pay and the cost has gone up for no apparent reason. I was there a few weeks ago and all I wanted was a foot massage and I specified 1/2 hour and they agreed on a price before i go in and when I'm done the price has now changed. Mine you I tip extremely well and I feel at times that I'm getting ripped off. I hesitate to go back now. I have had some sloppy massages from unqualified massage therapist there but you still pay the same. Not fair for the customers. read more

I have come on and off for a few years. Depending on who you get, your results will vary. I began requesting a lady whose technique was more consistent and worked out my problem areas. I requested her the last 3 times my last visits. So on average I tip between 15% because I don't have a lot of disposable income. This last time, I was going to tip 20%, because she did such a good job I added one more dollar to the amount, (brought to $9). The lady scoffed at my tip and basically said I could make it an even $50 (to give her a $10.00 tip). I think it is extremely rude to criticize the amount I tip. I honestly, will never request her again based on this if I go there again. Just beware of when they try and make you feel as if you should tip more. Do not reward rude behavior. I barely can afford to get massages, but I do not go unless I can give them a fair tip. Not everyone can afford to tip over 25%. read more

Did a "walk in" to this place March 2016 for a massage. Only had to wait for 30 minutes. Was escorted to a private room and was given a bottle of water. So far so good. Yes, you can hear what's going on in the front & the door opening and closing. It didn't bother me though. The lady came in and asked how long, which I replied 1 hour. After a few minutes she asked if I was ok. I said it's been a little while since my last massage, so it felt strong. There was no reply after my statement. No talking at all after this! It seemed like she knew what she was doing, but the pressure was very hard on my back and legs. They do massage your face and stomach, which I didn't care for as a personal preference. So after the massage I felt a little sore, but by the time I went to bed that night, my shoulders and upper back didn't feel good. The next morning, I had actual bruises there! It felt like I was in a car wreck the next few days. I've never, ever had bruising after a massage before! Needless to say, I won't be going back. read more
