I showed up and opted for the 60-minute combination massage (full body) for only $55! Amazing!!! As I was escorted to my private room, I was asked if I preferred a male or female masseuse. I appreciated this question and responded that I would prefer a female unless it would cause a wait time, in which case a male would be fine. I ended up with Lily (or maybe Lili, my apologies I couldn't hear her name well). She made sure I was comfortable, asking me if I wanted my massage at medium or hard intensity, which I chose medium. She also intermittently asked if I was feeling ok throughout the massage. They also use latex gloves, which I'm allergic to, and she barely applied any oil to my feet. I spent most of the session counting down until it was over. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.
