WOW!!!! Happy feet is now under NEW OWNERSHIP!! Kevin, the new owner called me to make it good. Even though the old owner had all the revenue. Kevin called me and extended an offer to me it good. WOW Kevin will do well. Highly recommend !!! read more

I have been going here for years off and on and they do the best foot detox and the massages are amazing as well. I always leave feeling so incredibly relaxed. I used to go after stressful workdays and it made the worries of the day melt away. read more

So glad my sister told me we should go back in for a massage. It was much needed. I always get the 90 minute combo and I feel like a better, new person after. They are requiring masks right now even during the massage and the employees are wearing them as well. Other than the mask it was pretty much the same. I was relaxed and had a good massage. read more

Great Massage and Great pricing. My sister and I stopped in last minute. No wait time, received the best massage I've had in a long time and it was a true 60 min massage. Will be back for sure. read more

I'll start by saying I have been a customer here for 5+ years, and every experience I've had up until this point has always been very pleasant. Yesterday I went in for an appointment, I'd already interacted with their employees, had my feet in the water. The lady working on me walks up and asks if I have a mask. I said no. She said I needed one. I said I had one in my car. She was audibly exasperated and walked away and came back with a mask. I'll admit it was my bad for forgetting it, but I wish they'd have mentioned it on the phone when I called or when I first walked in. She starts the massage, and the whole time it felt like she was angry at me about the mask. It felt rushed (even though an hour is an hour?), and honestly it felt like she was trying to hurt me; I have tender spots on both my upper arms today. In the past they will start on your scalp and spent a good amount of time on shoulders. She spent maybe three minutes on my shoulders right at the very end which was disappointing. And even that was mostly over the towel. At one point a walk in customer came in and she left my massage to go and talk to them even those there was other employeees in the building. No apology and definitely didn't add the time onto the end. Just overall not relaxing at all and I wish I'd gotten up and left serveral times. So at the end I paid and asked the man at the front 'are you under different ownership now? Because I've been coming here for years and that was completely different than anything I've experienced here' at which part the man took out his phone and called (I'm assuming) the owner because he knew very little English. I asked the question again, she asked if it was my first time (I repeated again I'd been coming for five years). Then she asked what she wanted her to do about it. I tried to explain I just wanted to see if the ownership had changed over and if this was the experience I should expect in the future. Before I could finish my sentence she cuts me off and says 'fine you take your money back!' And hangs up the phone!! The poor guy at the desk looked embarrassed and starts trying to hand me back my money. I said 'no I received the service so I'll pay for it' (I was never trying to get refund) and walked out in tears. I'm so shocked and disappointed! I've talked this place up for years and always called it my reset button because I'd feel so much better afterwards. That is not the case physically or emotionally, so I will not be returning. I'm not sure what changed but the older reviews are not reflective of how this place is operated now. read more

This is a great place to come to decompress and relax and to help with any kinks you have on your back or feet. It is a very enjoyable experience. They spend time ensuring you leave happy. I've been going since I was pregnant and it was the first time I felt relief from my swollen feet, I'm now 18 months postpartum and will continue to go to have an hour break from the world. This is the best place! read more

I've come before and the service at the front desk was sketchy but I kept coming back for cheap, deep massages. I called yesterday to ask if I could use an expired gift certificate. The OWNER told me over the phone that it would be fine and I made an appt. so I arrange for babysitting and drive 20 minutes to get here and now she has changed her mind. Apparently the gift certificate says it expired after 6 months, but that's not a hard, fast rule. It expires whenever the grouchy owner decides it does. I won't ever come back. I'll find another sketchy reflexology joint with nicer workers. I advise you do the same. UPDATE- Someone from this worthless place replied to my post. I'm not sure if I understand what she's trying to say (it's a jumbled response) but I can say with 100% certainty that my gift cert was not 3 yrs past expiration! read more

I found this place on Yelp by accident. I always have bad shoulder tension issues, but this place was able to relief it in an one-hour session which was super amazing. Nice store interior environment and good quality service. read more

This is the place for you if you like light massage, done through layers of towel and clothing, with no pressure point work as is done in reflexology. I made an hour appointment for foot reflexology treatment focusing on the different pressure points of the feet in order to promote the qi (chee) flow. I was very clear when I made the appointment that I wanted an hour of work on my feet. I said the same when I arrived. Instead I received a tepid head/arm/foot/leg/back massage using mostly general rolling pressure along the muscles and very, very little pressure point activation. All done through a layer of clothing covered by a thick towel. Thus, even this was minimally effective. I allowed the practitioner to start the head massage as I thought perhaps she would eventually get to my feet. She did, but only after work done on arms and hands. When working on my feet she conversed with the practitioner in the next area for at least half the time she worked on my feet. This caused her to loose focus and lightly massage instead of an active therapy on the pressure points. It was easy to determine when the two practitioners weren't talking, as the pressure increased slightly when the conversation stopped I continue to look for a place in the east valley which practices true reflexology as opposed to massage where just the word reflexology is used. I experience more focused work with a pedicure than I received at Happy Feet Reflexology. I tipped the woman what I normally tip a massage therapist for the same amount of time. read more

No pressure point or reflexology massage here, just light "rubbing" that almost makes you irritated. I felt like I spent over an hour waiting for the massage to start... also is constant leaving the room & talking standard for a massage? I didn't think so. I definitely did not get the amount of time I requested but honestly there were many times I wished it would just be over... I made an appt for 3 people /90 min each (mistake) - all 3 of us had a different person and pretty much had the same experience. On a scale of 1-10 for pressure I like 11, I got -2. For anyone looking for light rubs and pats from someone with no awareness of your body - this is your place. read more

BEST MASSAGE EVER! I've been to a lot of reflexology massage spa's and this place is seriously the best one I've found! The prices are very reasonable and the massage was worth every penny! Zhang did an outstanding job! read more

Happy Feet is always so accommodating to take last minute walk-in customers. The front desk is very polite. Sometimes when I got off work in business outfit they would recommend me to change to the loose fitting clothes they provide. My favorite person there is Yoyo, who gives the best massage! read more

Just OK. I went in with a lot of tension in my neck, nothing got relieved. He moved very quickly, with minor pressure, and made me feel more stressed than relaxed. I don't understand why some "therapists" think that quickly sliding your hand over someone's back is actually massaging. On the bright side, costs are very low... but remember to bring cash for a tip. read more

My husband and I walked in and got an appointment right then. We both had a great experience and the therapists were very professional. The massage was definitely deep tissue, which my husband and I love but its not for everyone. They never asked if the pressure was too much but it was fine with me. We look forward to going back again soon! read more

This place was highly recommended by several friends and so I thought I'd try this place since I LOVE reflexology. I made an appointment and upon arrival realized I could get hot stones as well. I asked the guy if I could do half hot stones and half regulate foot massages. He said yes and I went to the back where the lady started working on me. At first she had a VERY LIGHT HAND and I could barley feel anything. She then started massaging my neck and was way to close to the front of my neck and it was painful. After a very underwhelming upper body massage she began to work ok my feet. The hot stones were so hot they burned my skin then she put so much oil that everything was sliding and I could not feel the massage at all. So I told her to not use the hot stones several times and to apply more pressured, she could not understand me and called the man at the front who began to literally coach her through the massage which wasn't getting any better. I had to argue for about 10 minutes with the two of them to apply more pressure and not use hot stones. At this point I just want this to end since it had been the most awful experience I've ever had, but I stuck it out considering I drove 20 minutes for this. Once she got to my back she used her elbow so deep I bruised my chin and my neck was so uncomfortable. I will add that she probably has never given a massage and has no experience at all. At the end when I was checking out the man asked me if the massage was good and well my answer was absolutely not and I'd never be back. He told me to talk to him next time yet, I had talked to him during the time I was there. This was the worst $35 and having been in the service industry I always tip but I could not even bring myself to spend a minute or a dollar more. read more

The only clothing I was asked to remove was my socks, otherwise he worked my 90 minute massage around my clothing (so I thought it wouldn't be as good) but it was a great amount of pressure and stretching. It was 90 minutes for $46 which would never happen here in Minnesota. Very relaxing! read more

I have been getting massages here for the last three years. Time for a review now as I just returned from a wonderful massage. I have had the pleasure with several therapists and they are all great. Peter and Mimi are my favorites. When you go for 60min you will wake up as a renewed person. Try it out. The price is awesome, too. A.S. read more

SUE was incredible! I was having sciatic pain literally emitting pain all the way down to my ankle. Pain pills didn't even help! Chiropractor didn't help! I bought the combo massage and reflexology . Bad! Took a friend from out of town too. We wanted detox bath & reflexology but, owner tried to talk us out of it to a body massage & mask (said worked better) I said No that's not what we wanted. During the detox bath the machine didn't work & leaked all over the floor & they didn't give us full 30 min of detox bath because of problem & they cheated us 10 min of reflexology. We won't be back!!!! They don't like to give good service or care about their business! Waste of time & Money! read more

Ok, there are what it seems one reflexology place per every 5 miles in Mesa, but this is our go to spot. Is it better than Thai Foot massage on Dobson? Eh...it's not as neat and pretty. But, they give one hell of a massage and I do love that my husband and I get our own room as opposed to being out in the open for all to see you sprawled out on a massage chair. I'm sure I don't look attractive with my mouth wide open snoring while someone massages my feet! Every tech I've had at Happy Feet is quite skilled and really takes their time to make sure you get a full quality massage. Sure, sometimes it feels weird (especially when they do the ear thing) but afterwards we both end up feeling like jello with all cares forgotten. read more

Wow... Just remodel!!!! Looks so pretty, feel comfortable. And therapy was so good, they did good job, I'll be back for sure.

$30 for 1 hour of relaxation? Totally worth it! Clean environment, friendly staff, definitely some value in the $30 (tax included) 1 hour massage. It is a full body massage that starts off by soaking your feet in hot water. You don't really tell them about your "problem" areas it seems they go thru a routine massage but it is relaxing, I enjoyed the foot and hand massage parts of the session. I paid $30 for the massage and left the masseuse a $10 tip. So for $40 out the door, you can be a great tipper and enjoy the 1 hour session to realign your mind, body and soul!! Worth it!!!! read more

Delightful foot massage. Relaxing environment. Great price. Well worth it. I've been twice now and find it well worth it!

My best friend scheduled us for two hour massages. I fell asleep halfway through because it was so relaxing. Peter was my therapist and did a fantastic job and unlocked knots in my shoulders and feet. This is not a traditional massage where you undress on a table. this is a chair massage that lays down. wear comfy clothes and something you can roll up to the knee. the foot soak is great and everyone is nice. My besties therapist is Sue and she is also great. 2 hour massage is only 55...and pkease bring your tips in cash!!! read more

Don't let the name fool you. It is a whole body experience. Excellent every time we visit.

I made an appointment for my husband as a Father's Day gift and when he arrived the front office lady said he had no appointment. I hoped it was a mistake because the lady that took the appointment spoke terrible English and may have misunderstood his name. The front office lady was so incredibly RUDE and completely dismissed him. She did not take any time to speak with him about the issue and continuously answered the phone. Her entire attitude was terrible and she ruined a special gift. We will certainly not go near this business again. My opinion is if you have a business in the US you need to at least try to speak English and attempt good customer service. read more

I was able to go to this place today, I was absolutely satisfied. Felt worlds better after the 1 1/2 hours I was there. very affordable.

Not relaxing at all! No sequence to the massage and after asking for more pressure it was still way to soft. These ladies are definitely not massage therapists or reflexologist, just random applicants I'm sure. Worst $70 I've spent in awhile. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

Paid for 90 minutes, got 75. They kept leaving my session to greet customers at the door. Very annoying, would not suggest.

I've been going there for some time. They do a routine massage, so I know what to expect. They don't talk to me, which I like, as I don't go to make friends, I go for relaxation. It isn't a spa massage, where I have to undress and answer a bunch of questions and make small talk with the therapist. It's just go, relax, done. I am a fan. read more

Love this place. It was clean and bright inside with Ocean themed decor. The techs were really helpful and nice.

I have been here many times and I will continue to return. The staff are great however there are some better than others with their massages. I am pregnant and they accommodate very well. I usually get an hour and they move very quickly so if you can do a 90 minuet it can feel more relaxing because they slow down. I will never go for a traditional massage again! read more

I'm super disappointed. I've been told by several people what a great job they do and how friendly they are but my experience today was the opposite. I walked in at 11:10 asked for an hour and was given a bottle of water and taken back to a room. I sat down and waited. At 11:20 someone walked by and peeked in the room and 11:30 again someone peeked in the room nothing, walked away! At 11:40 someone asked what I was waiting for, when I explained what I wanted the man at the front desk said something in a different language and walked away so, so did I. As I walked out no one said anything to me, three of them stood there and watched me. Unfortunately I will not be back and I will not be recommending them to anyone. read more
