I've been a regular customer at ITM Thai Massage since May of 2021. During this time, I've had the pleasure of building friendships with Lucy, the former owner and now, with current owner, Sophie, who took over ownership in mid-August 2022. During the years I've been an ITM client, I've been with three masseuses, Emma & Ling (both have now moved on to other business opportunities that I know they'll be successful at) and now, I'm with Lina who's absolutely wonderful with her caring attitude and excellent massage technique. All three have provided me with some of the absolute best deep tissue massages I've ever had as the end results have been a notable increase in my flexibility and greatly reduced osteoarthritis pain and stiffness. Upon entering the spa lobby, guests are welcomed by a large freshwater fish tank. Inside the nicely appointed and clean spa, soft and relaxing music enhances the calm and inviting atmosphere. The massage area has six private massage rooms as well as several foot massage chairs/couches with curtains. Additionally, there is a unisex bathroom which is always very neat and clean. Lastly, when checking out, each customer is offered a nice cool and refreshing bottle of water. I'm grateful to Sophie and her wonderful staff (thank you Lina!) for the excellent care they've provided me and for the friendships I've made as well. I wish I could give this zero stars. I was sexually assaulted by the massage therapist when I was 16. I just got yelp today as of 2025 this happened in 2022 and felt this needed to be addressed. My family went there and we were all going to get foot massages. They let us book it but then told us that they didn't have enough room for all the foot massages so split us up in separate rooms. I was put into a room by myself for a back massage with a male massage therapist. I didn't know what to expect not having done this before but I realized after a bit this was not just a back massage. I will spare the details but it was a horrible and traumatizing experience. I did call the cops right after this happened. read more

My husband took me here as a surprise to get a couple's massage! It was an evening message, which I didn't know there was a place that would do massages at 7 PM! So that's pretty awesome, because if you work through the day and you feel stressed or you feel like you need to get a massage after work this place is awesome because their hours really accommodate everyone. From the outside appearance you wouldn't think you should go inside. I decided to give it a shot after reading the reviews afterall that's why we write then right? The lobby area is clean and the owner/manager? is pleasant. Going back to the massage area it's surprisingly large and very clean. They didn't ask why type of massage I wanted only about the pressure. I did let the masseuse stand on my hamstrings using the poles in the ceiling as they were very tight. She adjusted pressure as I asked and gave a decent massage but didn't work on my feet so much but perhaps that's my fault for not clarifying anything more than I needed 90 min. The massage from 'Amy' was fine I did 60 minutes ...everything else was cheesy. First, they lost my reservation so apparently didn't mark it down so they had to scramble to get me in. That of course meant I had to stand in the waiting room because they only had two chairs there and both were filled with upcoming appointments.... The gal behind the desk rolled her chair out so I sat in that in the middle of the doorway Then they charged a two dollar "transaction fee" for my credit card??? Who does this?? This of course after the masseuse asked if I wanted to "upgrade" to 90 minutes while she was massaging me. and when I declined she said next time maybe two hours?? And then to cap it all off while they were taking my credit card asked me if I wanted to "tip $20"?? Instead of handing me the machine and allowing me to determine my tip. Undoubtedly a cheesy used car salesman high pressure tactic ....that I didn't fall for. I find these common in these massage parlors. Decided to check out this place out after attending a conference in the area. Had a very wonderful time. Highly Recommend! Unlike many other Thai massage places I've been to, this place is sanitary and offered great customer service. But the part that I liked the most was how good and different their techniques were. When I asked about it, they told me the owner wanted to provide the most authentic Thai massage experiences for their customers, so she went all the way to Thailand to receive specialized trainings. I also noticed they offer Thai foot massage which I've never seen offered anywhere else. I will need to try it next time. read more

Iv had better massages getting a pedicure I made an appointment online never heard back about a confirmation called because I'm hurting said I made an appointment online for 6 wanted to confirm she said okay didn't really understand I don't think so just took me at 6 didn't ask what massage nothing I wanted a hot stone like I booked online... thought maybe she saw the booking after I called.. then puts me in the back room and I can hear everything everyone is doing microwave talking break? ect Now I'm out 100 dollars and still in pain sticking to my original massage place on Dobson read more

This was by far the worst massage I've ever received in my life. I paid $120 for a 2 hour massage (which is not unreasonable at all so the price wasn't the problem). The masseuse did not hit any of the spots I asked for (head, legs, feet, lower back) and instead proceeded to rub the exact same spot on my back and shoulders continuously until it was uncomfortable. I asked her to move to a different spot probably 3 or 4 times and she did not do so.. First massage in my life I almost cut short half way through because it was SO BAD. The cherry on top is when I paid afterwards and got the DIRTIEST look when I tipped $20... Which in my mind was already WAY TOO GENEROUS and completely uncalled for. If you are going to charge basically max price for a massage at least ask the person what parts of the body they want massaged and DO IT. Also don't expect to be tipped when you pay zero attention to detail and put little to no effort into your job. If you look at my history you can tell I'm not the type of person to bad mouth a business like this. I think I've left maybe 3-4 negative reviews ever. But this was beyond something I could let go. I really needed a massage and now I'm just in pain. Absolutely unprofessional and not enjoyable in the least. Avoid this place at all costs!!! I'm only giving two stars because the therapist did her best at a deep tissue however I asked for a Thai traditional massage and asked her three times I wanted the stretching she assured me yeah stretch is after oil. I should have stopped it there and walked out I did not and asked her Agian in which she assured me the stretching was coming. I had made my appointment with the owner who spoke clear English and was clear with her what I wanted, when the session was over I talked to the owner explaining that was not what I wanted as a matter of fact I pointed to the posted showing Thai traditional on a Mat clothed and my Thai clothes that I had on. The owner spoke very clear English and just said sorry the therapist doesn't speak good English! I responded telling her you took my call and told the therapist what to do so it was in your lack of listening skills that caused this confusion. She wanted to charge me $140 instead of $160 and give me a half hour free on my next visit. I told her there will not be a next visit. If you do not offer real Thai massage don't advertise as such. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY here, you will be disappointed. If she wants loyal, steadfast clientele she should have taken responsibility for her own actions not blame the therapist and comped the massage. That is what a good business owner would have done. read more

This place is legit and does a great job giving a relaxing massage or deep tissue to release knots and pain points. I always come away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Amy is outstanding. Ima and Sue are great too. They always try to work me in to the schedule. However most of the time I call a couple days ahead to request a particular date, time and masseuse. This is a legit place that is excellent in Asia pressure point massage. I have feet issues and left shoulder/back issues due to serious accidents years ago. I am from Chicago and loved the Asian massage techniques at King Spa. When I moved to AZ, I thought that was lost! I was lucky to find this place... I do admit I truly miss King Spa and there facilities, but at least I get a great massage. read more

One of the best massage experiences I have had in my life and I have had many! We are here on holiday and both needed a massage, this spot was the only one that had same day availability. I read the reviews that weren't displayed and was excited. The place is in a strip mall and is very unassuming. Small lobby area but when you get in, it is a big place and beautiful. We were offered a complimentary foot soak prior to our massage and it was wonderful. 15 minute warm soak with ginger and other herbs. The reclining chair made it even more relaxing. My treatment was with Linda and holy balls she was great. Pressure was on point but it was when she walks on you that she REALLY works it!! I needed this so badly, and she relieved all my stress!! She also did some stretching which helped a ton. So grateful for this experience, I wish we lived here so we could go here often! VERY DISAPPOINTING! I got an hour massage and it was great. I started to tip the masseuse $12 which is 20% of $60 but she didn't take it pointing at a sign that recommended 20-30% tip. I told her that I didn't have any more cash but she kept pointing this time at the 30% numbers. When I went to pay, I used my $100 gift certificate and they told me that I have to use the whole amount because they don't refund money. I didn't ask for a refund I was asking to use part of the gift certificate which they refused and the manager said you can leave the rest as a tip. I couldn't believe that she was suggesting to leave about $35 tip. I could pay with my credit card but I would have to go go back to use my certificate and honestly I didn't want to go back ever so I decided to leave the gift certificate. The tip should be optional, not mandatory. Its not the money, it's the principle. The certificate was for 100.00 so they got the extra 40 from that as the massage was only 60. They refused credit for the 40 dollars and on top of that insisted that I pay a 30% tip! I won't be back! read more
