This was my first time getting a Thai massage. The entire facility was very clean and welcoming. My massage therapist worked on areas that I didn't even know needed to be worked on. She stretched my body & muscles in ways that I was not expecting either. I left their feeling completely relaxed and with very little discomfort considering all of the pressure point stimulations I had gotten. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I scheduled an appt at Aee's yesterday morning, and it was such a great experience. I've been in a lot of pain over the last two weeks from a pulled muscle on my side and chest plus multiple knots in my back and was starting to worry that the pulled muscles could be something serious since it wasn't getting better. Yada was my masseuse and she truly healed me! She applied just the right amount of pressure along with tiger balm and really worked on the spots I was in the most pain. I feel like a brand new person today, I'm so glad I decided to schedule an appt at Aee's yesterday morning, I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everybody. read more

Massage was fine, but the checkout experience was unacceptable. An older male staff member told me my tip wasn't enough and held my card while pressuring me to add more. He claimed staff rely on 30-40% tips because most of the $85/hr goes to rent and supplies. This is not the customer's responsibility. It's unethical to guilt clients into covering wage gaps. I won't support a business that treats guests this way. The therapist was great, but the management approach is deeply flawed, not even mentioning customer service. read more

This place is the closest thing to heaven for me. If they had memberships, I'd be in there weekly. I just got done receiving a one hour Thai massage with Kate. She is incredibly intuitive with her technique and knowing of where in your body needs attention most. There was no formal explanation of what I was specifically in there for, so it's that much more impressive how she was able to figure it out herself. Do not pass on the back walking, for it really adds a different and incredibly satisfying pressure, along with simultaneously covering more surface area than just hands or elbows themselves could do. Only recommendation I have is to introduce yourselves after coming in the room. For me at least, I like a moment of knowing who's hands will be on me for the next hour lol Thank you, Kate. What a lovely 2-hr massage I got from Aee's Thai massage! I'm not a phoenix metro local, but after such a long drive and on my way to Los Angeles, I figured I need to give myself some relief/stress that had been taken a toll on my body. So, at the very last minute at almost midnight the night before my appointment, I booked my 2 hour massage at Aee's Thai Massage after researching and reading the review on Yelp. I honestly thought there was a chance that noone would be there to give me a massage early in the morning following that midnight booking, but I was pleasantly happy to find out they honored my online reservation and had someone there to give me a great Thai style massage! The family/owners were also super nice and they place was really clean. There were some candies/light snacks and various drinks they offered me when I arrived. The massage was very professional and had the right strong pressure like what I would expect for a Thai massage! I loved it and had been missing Thai style massage being away from my home in Thailand for so long! The price isn't anything super cheap like what you'd get at hole in the wall chinese massage places in Chinatown or anything...but it was also not expensive either. However, the quality, ambiance and the professionalism of the staff were great! WOW! What a an Authentic GEM right here in Phoenix. There are so many massage places with always the same saying "Swedish, Deep Tissue - blah, blah boring and then we have lots of Thai Massage places" but, are they AUTHENTIC or are they the fake kine...hahaha! We stumbled on to Aees Thai Massage, called to see if there were any openings for two and they had openings. We were excited that we could get some bodywork done and wasnt sure what to expect. Upon our arrival - we were greeted with staff wearing mask, filled out the intake form - you need to select "YES" to BACK WALK (HOO my goodness da bomb) - dont be afraid, place is nice, clean, and sanitized. They took us to clean our feets - aww felt great to wash our feets before you get worked on and one of the questions they asked - have you ever gotten a Thai bodywork (massage) and we said "Well, we think so but, were not sure at this moment!" and they said their training is from Thailand - which this was the first time I had that response. So I was excited to receive. My husband went into one room and I went into another room (practicing social distance - Couple massages are separated at this time). I love that I got to wear their tank top and shorts, I was so happy when I saw this "YEESS" The technique that they do for Thai bodywork (Massage) is very unique. Lots of compression, stretching, and range of motion. They are tiny practitioners but, boy do they have some power in how they release the tension in your muscles and moving it away from you achy joints. I love how she did the back walk from my feet all the way to my back, it was unbelievable GREAT. It was very interesting observing what she was doing in relieving my hip joint that has been in pain for a few years and how it felt walking around without that achy pain. However, please let the practitioner know to go easy around your neck area or I guess it depends on how much pressure YOU know your able to handle but, for me I feel your Neck is one of your most tender spot and sometimes using knuckles/elbow can be invasive. Prices are SUPPPPEERRR Affordable. For all the WORK that they do for you within that 90 minutes, it is ALOT. You dont get this at a regular massage places. We (my husband and I) will definitely be back to make regular appointments. Its a MUST!!! read more

I've been here twice now and have had a great massage both times. I've booked with Nuny and she's great! This place is a hidden gem. I've tried multiple other massage studios around Phoenix and this one is by far my favorite. I leave here feeling like a million bucks! This is the only place I've gone around town that truly works out the kinks in my back. If you go for the Thai style you will also have stretching incorporated which feels amazing! The facility is clean and they wash your feet before starting. The pricing is extremely reasonable and their cancellation policy is very forgiving. To start - the masseuses here are absolutely phenomenal, they can get any knot out of you, and my family members were loyal customers, consistently have all had great experiences - this is the only reason why this isn't 1 star. That being said, after an extremely poor serviced phone call, I'm very sad to say we won't be returning. If you can bypass the man who spoke to me, know that the masseuses will take great care of you! Needless to say, I am very disappointed by the service I received over the phone in rescheduling a couple's appointment. This is an appointment I have had to reschedule a 3 times due to conflicts with our schedule, but have always been 24 hours in advance. I tried to do the same with this Wednesday appointment for an earlier time same day, but the business was closed on Tuesday and website kept glitching. Biz claimed to leave me a voicemail, but I had not received one. When I called this morning, the man on the phone from the get go was very abrasive and dismissive. Though hesitant to mention over the phone at first, once prompted, he said I had rescheduled the appointment 5x times, that he was losing service because of such, and stated my reschedules couldn't be filled last minute. I mentioned to him they do not have a reschedule policy on their website, and regardless, I had always rescheduled 24H in advance per standard courtesy. He then proceeded to raise his voice and speak over me, causing me to raise mine so I could be heard. He literally could have just let me know if time was available or not and left it at that. If there was any policy on their website when I had first made my appointment at the beginning of December, I would have happily abided by whatever it had stated. What a wonderful find !!! Aee's just opened up! I have been driving by this location with anticipation for weeks. Let me tell you it's been worth the wait. When you walk in the door you are greeted by a wonderful Thai staff. There are several different types of massages offered, but I was there for a thai massage deep and with good pressure. I was then escorted to a very comfortable and relaxing private room took off my work clothes and slipped on some gym shorts and a T-shirt which were provided by the Massage therapist. As I was walking to my room I couldn't help but notice how very clean and neat every thing was. I could also sense a very good calming vibe and a special energy about Aee's place. During my ninety minutes on a very comfortable massage table , my massage therapist located and released every knot and sore muscle in my body !! During my session we did some great stretching too. Excellent Thai-Swedish massage! I work behind the computer 8-10 hrs a day and my neck, shoulders and body in general got so stiff lately it started affecting my health in general. I used to do deep massage but because it was quite a while ago I went for medium. Earn was my masseuse and she was great. She found the right spots and the stretching part was a little challenging for my stiff body but it paid off. I can feel my body saying "thank you," BTW, She asked me in 3 different opportunities if I was ok before continuing and I said yes because I was ok. As Jim, the gentleman at the front desk said "communicate with you masseuse" if you want the massage or pressure lighter. The place is clean and has independent rooms. Jim was also very polite and asked the right questions to my husband and I (it was a couple massage): do you want separate rooms (I like quiet it), if you have any condition let us know, etc and gave us water to hydrate right away. Couldn't recommend their services enough! Small businesses that are family run need the support! If you're one like me that hadn't had a Thai massage before coming in, there are no frills, they get in there and work on your muscles. Each massage therapist will custom your massage to what your needs are and are very careful to look out for sore or tender areas. Just a heads up, you will be sore after the massage for at least a day. I would highly recommend drinking plenty of water before and after your visit to minimize the soreness.
