This is an absolutely LONG overdue review, I've procrastinated because I don't know exactly how to put into words how amazing Kim is. My bottom line: As a physical therapist, I often recommend Kim over other fellow PTs. Her prices are absolutely worth it, her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and more astounds me and she is absolutely 100% conscious of COVID-19 precautions. She is always striving to learn about the human body and her techniques, making her even MORE well-rounded in her field I originally found Kim after our car accident in 2017 and although I was seeing a highly respected orthopedic physical therapist, Kim really got to the core of all my pain and aches. It was actually a great adjunct to PT in that PT was mainly focused on my ankle as that was the part that was fractured in the accident, but the back and neck pain was pretty bad as well. Kim provided me with true relief and most importantly, carry over of my relief. She did some mild lymph work to help with my swelling, post accident as well, although she doesn't consider herself an expert, it's amazing to have such a comprehensive massage therapist. My husband went to her for knee pain and said, "she's like a PT, chiropractor and massage therapist in one." Then she added cupping to her repertoire and again, she was able to further target my pain. I have chronically, stiff muscles regardless of how long and how often I stretch and the cupping just adds more to your massage. Even without cupping, the pressure she provides is amazing, as I always need deep pressure AND she can tailor to your tolerance/needs as needed. Now, she is NKT certified (NeuroKinetic Therapy) and has amazed me with this technique - often tying certain aches and pains to joint dysfunctions in other areas of the body - again, sometimes more comprehensive than PTs that I have gone to. Spending money on Kim is more worth it then any high-end massage resort. In fact, I have a family member that books with Kim every time she's in town, she's THAT worth it :-) If you cannot get in with Kim, Heather is also amazing as I have gotten massages from her in the past. Either way, you're in good hands. For the best "bang for your buck" I do recommend the membership. Even if you don't go monthly, it just saves you on services overall. I don't think a review could ever do enough justice for Kim and her business, you have to experience her magic yourself! read more

My daughter bought me a gift certificate for a massage at Core Motus. The massage was amazing! The facility was clean and relaxing and the staff were all friendly. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable with sports therapy experience. The therapist was attentive and catered to my requests to address issues related to the different sports activities I participate in. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try. read more

I threw out my back and was in a lot of pain. The person that I had regularly seen for massages moved so I haven't had one in a long time. I came across Core Motus randomly on the internet so I have never been there before or had a massage with Heather. I've gotten MANY massages in my life, I was even a massage therapist years ago. I have to say that the massage that I received from Heather was the best I have had. Not only am I moving better today and feeling less pain, but the massage also helped me release months of grief that I have not been able to process since my dad's passing. I couldn't recommend Heather and Core Motus more. I will definitely be making this my regular place for massages from now on. Thank you Heather! read more

I can't emphasize enough what an exceptional experience I've had by going to Kim each month for cupping and massage. I'm a 40-something athletic individual who has constantly battled various muscle knots, cramps, spasms and scar tissue. I came to Kim once I heard she offered cupping to give it a try at first as treatment and what has now grown into a proven prevention therapy for me. She's incredible. She listens each month to my various ailments (because there is always something haha), and works thoughtfully to focus on those issues and really work them out. I always walk away feeling major relief but better yet, I haven't had some of the muscular issues I came to her with in many months now. It helps that she's also a great human too :) Can't recommend enough - this is more than your basic massage and you won't regret checking Core Motus out! read more

I have gone to and known Kim for well over 10 years and she is a professional in every sense of the word. She listens to her clients and manages to do just the right thing so you leave feeling so much better. I would not go to anyone else. She is amazing and Core Motus is too, and now my Brittany is at Core Motus and she is amazing as well! read more

I'm a massage therapist of almost 20 years, so when I get a massage I usually leave feeling bummed out that it wasn't up to my standards. This was not the case with Kim. KIM NAILED IT! Yessss!!!! She addressed all my concerns using wonderful intuitive pressure and even chatted with me about my health and gave me ample tips. She's kind and cares about the well being of people. She's definitely one of a kind. I feel AMAZING after my massage and I was in rough shape. Massage plus cupping for me today. Thank you Kim for restoring me and sharing that good energy with me. I came home to my kids and am able to give them the chipper me again. WELL worth it. DANG GIRL! I'm gonna need a membership! read more

Excellent massage! I slept wonderfully last night! I felt relaxed and unstressed! Kim was amazing. Cute decor in her studio. Calming and professional. The most comfortable massage table and soft sheets. I was impressed. She did cupping on me too. It was a different sensation, but I enjoyed it. I highly recommend Core Motus! read more

I have been going to Heather for several years -she is consistently amazing and always interested in what my needs are each time I go. I found her when my massage therapist at the time moved and told me she went to Heather for her own massages!! read more

Cupping massages from Heather are absolutely amazing! She immediately finds the trouble spots on my neck & back and works her magic. The massage is excellent by itself but coupled with the cups, it's next level. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

I was in town for a meeting and needed my weekly cupping apppintment so gave Heather a try. She is fabulous! Her technique is on point and she is a true professional. If you have tried cupping-try Heather and you will probably switch. If you haven't-it can be painful but nothing else releases muscle knots like this does. Her location is inside a larger salon suite so it is very personal and not some mega spa. She has a first-time special so ask about it! read more

Literally one of the best massages I've ever had!!!! Kim was amazing!!!!! My ankle and lower back were feeling tightness and she worked it all out. I can't wait to go back to her next month. I already booked my husband for a massage this week. I'm addicted to the deep tissue, cupping, and scraping!!!! She is super professional and works on the areas I requested. I mentioned I had a headache today and she did this amazing thing with my neck that helped my headache go away. I have no clue what it was but the coolest experience. Thank you!!!! read more

So I had my very first cupping massage and let me tell you.....AMAZING! It's definitely one of those "hurts so so good" feelings! I feel like it definitely helped more than just a regular deep tissue massage and highly recommend. On to the therapist. Heather was amazing and definitely knows her stuff. She did an excellent job and I would be stalking her even without the cups. Totally in love with her hands! ;) My only wish is that it was cheaper. I got a great deal on living social but it's only for first timers. The regular price is a little too much for me. Otherwise I'd be there every week!! read more

Kim was so helpful and was able to take me same day after I injured my hip. It was the first time trying cupping and I really feel it helped be get back to walking quicker. Thank you so much!! read more

I was very pleased with my massage as well and certainly look forward to my next visit! Pam L. read more

I picked this place because I've always wanted to try cupping and it did not disappoint. My appointment was with heather she is friendly and professional, she explained the whole process and she gives the best scalp massages. I thought the cups would hurt or pinch but they didnt it feels different but no discomfort. I was left with hickeys but that's normal. She said I should feel the difference in a few days but I felt much more relaxed after. read more

Kim was amazing! She took the time to really understand what my needs were and perform muscle testing to see where I needed help. The massage was very therapeutic and Kim also recommended cupping, which I had never tried before. Normally after a massage I am in pain for a few days afterward, after my massage I did have somee tenderness, but overall the pain I had been experiencing was gone and I had further range of movement than I had previously I plan to continue seeing Kim, as she is wonderful! read more

Great experience. I hurt my shoulder a few weeks ago. The massage and cupping were lifesavers. I can move my shoulder again. The therapist was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was causing the pain. After the treatment she showed me stretches to help continue the healing as well as help to stop a new injury. I will be back and recommend it to anyone who needs this. read more

First time at Core Motus. Second time having cupping. And numerous experiences with massages. Heather, by far tops all those prior prior experiences! She was beyond amazing, I left wishing she could come home with me in fact! Was as though she knew exactly where to hone in and I left feeling so relaxed and yet so rejuvenated! I had immediate results after my very first visit, I had the 60 minute cupping massage, and I am so pleased of how much she cares and taking the time to help me. Thank you Heather!!!! read more

I've been here twice recently, once with Kim, once with Heather. They are both great. The room is comfortable, temperature is good (so many places are cold, not here!), the table is the best table I've ever had a massage on, fully adjustable for every body type. Finally a massage table that doesn't hurt! Both providers were personable and highly skilled. I am now a member and will be returning often. While I've had regular massages so far, I am so happy to find providers who do lymphatic, it's so hard to find someone who is trained in this are. I highly recommend Core Motus. Give it a try. read more

Was my first time getting a session at Core Motus and I had Heather as my therapist and she was amazing. I never had cupping done before but she provided knowledge and benefits of cupping. I must say I love it, the tension and stress that was in my shoulders and upper back has been relieved and I feel like I got more range of motion back and I never felt so amazing. If you never had cupping I suggest booking a session. Thank You Heather I will be booking for future sessions. read more

A friend recommended that I book a massage at Core Motus and I am so happy I did! Kim is awesome! She is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my specific needs, applied perfect pressure and gave me an incredibly relaxing massage. Kim also provided several little extras that added to the overall experience - she has the most comfortable face rest ever, as well as an adjustable table for optimal comfort and perfect positioning, a cold eye pillow, a warm neck towel, a hot towel wipe down of your feet at the end of the massage and an additional hot towel provided for you to use before getting dressed. Not all massage therapists provide this level of care and/or pay attention to these small but incredibly satisfying little details. My first massage with Kim was so good that signed up for her (very affordable) membership and booked my appointments for the next three months! I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks! I am also looking forward to trying cupping for the first time on my next visit - I have always been too scared to try it but Kim made me feel so comfortable, I am going for it! Oh, and her space is super cute, very clean and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend - just book a massage today and see for yourself read more

Had an incredible experience with Kim at Core Motus. Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage (which I was long overdue for) and she worked out all my kinks. I've been thru my share of cookie cutter massage therapists. I had a list of specific concerns and was clear about what I wanted from my massage. The techniques used and the pressure applied, including cupping, literally left me pain free and with much greater mobility. The room is big enough to not feel cramped. The price simply cannot be beat for the quality. I'm now a member! read more
