I've gone to traditional Thai places, luxury hotel spas, and every where in between. I mention that to say the quality is absolutely present at Spa Massaggio. They care deeply about communication (because it's a partnership between the therapist and client), and they want everyone to have a wonderful experience. They offer many types of massage and add on services. We added hot stones and facial massages in our booking. Both were well worth it. I had a deep tissue massage and facial yesterday with Zoe. The experience was exactly the pampering I needed. I left with muscles relaxed that are nearly impossible to get tension out of and my face so hydrated I felt like it took years off of my appearance. Zoe was very attentive to my comfort levels and checked in frequently to make sure I was fine with the pressure. She also explained the facial procedure and products to me, being it was my first ever facial and unique to other spas. I got a deep tissue massage with Zoe yesterday and it was much more than I could have asked for. First, she is very diligent in getting information to personalize the massage uniquely for you. She asked questions about areas of tightness to focus on, and she is passionate about getting RESULTS for her customers. During the massage she constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Beyond the etiquette and attention to detail, the most important thing is she is very good at what she does. The overall quality of the massage is what I am most impressed with. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time and has really good technique. I will be back and encourage others to give it a try. The price point is higher than average in the area but I can promise you the quality is worth it and you get more than you pay for. After reading numerous (only) five star reviews, I booked a deep tissue massage with Zoe. When I arrived, Zoe greeted me at the door. She did not look like her profile picture on the website. She was professional and the room was clean. For $115 I was expecting a quality deep tissue massage. However, I received something more like Thai Reflexology. She was extremely strong and the pressure was hard. If you are looking for that, she is the person for you! Unfortunately, it was too much for me and was ready for it to be over. read more

I was expecting just a typical facial, but this was a skin care facial that helps reduce pores and plumbs the skin... I would relate it to a microdermabrasion plus. I had a "Five Star Experience" with Zoe yesterday whom I visited for a massage and my first eye contour treatment. I'd recently had soreness in my knee and back from an athletic event, so I came for recovery and received pain relief, pampering and rejuvenation. This was the best massage experience I've had in AZ (I'm a frequent visitor), and it began with a shower (optional) in a very clean bath area, complete with luxurious robe and slippers. The private rooms are also very neat, clean, and comfortable with a spa atmosphere. Zoe is very experienced with different styles of massage and, as others have mentioned, her hands are quite strong if you need deep tissue massage, but she can also administer "medium" level massage as she did with me. Zoe was professional, engaging, informative, and attentive - all the traits you'd want for a truly wonderful massage. My facial skin care experience was equally pleasant- I had the Repechage Opti-Firm Eye Contour Cream application (plus several other treatments) which hydrated the skin around my eyes, and reduced skin "bags" under my eyes.
