After being asked a few times I agreed to add a $10 neck and shoulder work to the reflexology massage. I felt like the reflexology was more of a rub down than actual reflexology and trigger points. When she started on my back she kept saying how bad and tight it was (which it is) and told me I could add 30 minutes back work for $40. I opted in and as soon as I agreed to pay more money, the quality of massage increased immensely. Funny how that works. I found the masseuse to be a little rougher (not with pressure) than I would have liked while stretched and yanking my arms and neck. Bottom line, the reflexology massage wasn't what I expected but the additional back work was nice. Expect them to try and upsale you, even when you say no more than once.
