And she follows up with an exclamation point yelling at me. ! From what I understand, they had someone want to book a massage at same time, so they call me to see if I'm coming 90 min early and since I don't answer, they cancel me? I had a Dr appointment in a place where you can't talk on phone, so cancel my reservation to take someone else? What's up with this place? You don't call someone and if they don't answer, cancel their appointment almost 2 hrs before your appointment. It wasn't even near time! (See how you use exclamation points?) Place needs to go out of business. Who operates in this manner?

Since I had a really busy schedule today, I selected the 30 minute reflexology massage and also mentioned that I had some neck and shoulder soreness. May took me to get my feet washed and then I got to relax on a comfortable cushioned bed in a quiet room. Jasmine was my massage therapist and she did the most amazing work! First, she worked on my knots on my upper body and I got the most divine massage on my legs that I fell asleep!! And I rarely nap! Finally, she did some Thai stretching for my body. I was so impressed and afterward, I felt really refreshed, feeling really happy and rejuvenated. Prices are definitely affordable too. The business isn't bougie and has a really authentic vibe. It makes me want to start coming regularly and for a longer session next time!

On my last visit a year ago I went in 45 mins after opening for a 30-minute Swedish massage and was…read moreassigned to Adrina (not sure of the spelling), and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. She appeared young and didn't seem to know what she was doing at all. I mentioned that my problem areas were my shoulders and legs, but she informed me she could only focus on my upper back unless I paid for an hour. This was surprising, as I've had full-body Swedish massages in 30 minutes before without an issue. Throughout the massage, her attitude seemed off, and she was rough with her technique. Her arms were felt scratchy against my skin, and she kept using her elbows, which hurt. Even after I told her it was uncomfortable, she didn't adjust. Swedish massages are supposed to be soft and relaxing, but this was anything but. She finished early, leaving the room at 11:21, so I didn't even get the full 30 mins I paid for. I got dressed and when she never returned so I went to the front desk at 11:27, only to see her kneeling on the floor casually chatting with the receptionist. I've always booked online and had decent experiences here, but this walk-in appointment was a complete disappointment. There was zero relaxation; I left feeling more tense and irritated than when I arrived. It's definitely not worth the $50 (with tip), and I won't be coming back.

I…read morewanted to wait a couple days before I left a review-- to ensure I was accurate in my review. I wanted a deep tissue massage and I've had MANY, what the guy was doing was not a deep tissue massage; I don't know wth it was. He rubbed the same spot over and over again-- when he asked about the pressure after the 3rd time I told him to soften up. I should have informed him it's not the pressure it's the excessive rubbing in the same spot. I got a noticeable bruise the next morning and a couple of dark spots that is light bruising. I did not feel the knots loosening, I did not feel any lighter. It's been almost 3 days and my back is tighter than it has ever been and hurts especially my shoulder blade area and neck where he kept rubbing. Idk what all the good reviews are about; both my sisters who also got massages with me said it was not great. I just had the worst experience out of my sisters. The bed was so uncomfortable we had to keep adjusting the placement of our head. I did not sleep a blink. $100 for a 90 minute idk what! If you're going to give this place a chance; plan for the courage to speak up and walk out without paying. This place deserves no stars!
