I went again last night with a friend, and it will likely be my last visit. The therapist used the bare minimum amount of oil, which caused my skin to be pulled on my arms, neck, and legs--it was a terrible experience. She repeated the same strokes over and over to the point where the bottoms of my feet felt like they were burning. They also use latex gloves, which I'm allergic to, and she barely applied any oil to my feet. I spent most of the session counting down until it was over. When she rolled me over to work on my upper and lower back, all she did was repeatedly roll along my spine. I've been here many times and know what a good experience should be, but this was awful. Over the past year, the quality of the staff has clearly declined--either they've lost skilled workers or someone has gotten lazy. I will be going elsewhere moving forward.

She really got in there and helped ease all of my shoulder tension and was great at communicating and making sure it wasn't too much pressure. I also let my masseuse know that I had an arm tattoo that is still healing (at 4 weeks post-tat, I still didn't want any oil or rubbing on it) and she was super accommodating to this request! Swedish massages are supposed to be soft and relaxing, but this was anything but. She finished early, leaving the room at 11:21, so I didn't even get the full 30 mins I paid for. I got dressed and when she never returned so I went to the front desk at 11:27, only to see her kneeling on the floor casually chatting with the receptionist.
