I've been with this location for nearly 4 years and they will hike up the cost of sessions every year, and now even charge $15 more for an "elite" therapist. Very unfortunate that they didn't grandfather existing members in as a thank you. As a result, I had to cancel my membership which is too bad because Craig does some amazing work with his extensive knowledge in sports therapy. If the cost is going to increase, plus an additional charge for and elite therapist, and clients get the same work done, then perhaps offer additional incentives for the increase for your valued members. Fabulous experience! My body was in so much discomfort, I was ready to cut the knots out with a knife... I researched bodywork in the area, then stumbled upon an option for Trigger Point Massage. Sounded compelling, but still wasn't sure... I phoned, they got me in an hour later. Met the practicitioner. Incredible experience. He worked the knot forward and back until the massive meatball at the back of my neck was softened and subdued. This man is an expert. My body received so much relief, truly a minor miracle. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. I was contacted 2 days before my appointment! I was able to go a day earlier due to them having a cancellation! I had asked for a relaxing massage. I had a complementary Himalayan salt massage to relax. I had not had a massage for over 2 years due to COVID 19. This is my first time with elements massage. Let's talk about Karen for a minute. If you need deep tissue or pressure point no foo foo massage and you enjoy therapeutic painful massages, she's your lady. Every time I leave there I feel like I have been run over by a freight train, but in a good way. Lots of water before and after the session is highly recommended...Karen is warm, friendly and I feel more comfortable with her than any other massage therapist...EVER! My glutes have never been more punished but a couple days later, I feel great! I didn't want to write this review because she's like a good secret you don't want anyone to know about but I had to give her a shout out...but don't book her if you want a feel good massage ‍ she's perfectly brutal (in an awesome way)! They scammed me out of HUNDREDS of dollars of massages that I had already paid for after I had to terminate my account due to my difficult pregnancy and severe loss of income. I tried to gift a massage that I had already PAID FOR to my husband for his birthday and was essentially told that I was SOL and couldn't get any of my money back. I truly don't care whatever your stupid policy says: this economy SUCKS, I have a one year old son, and when the HELL was I supposed to find time to redeem those? huh!? ZERO empathy. I had a 90 minute massage from Aldrin. IT WAS BEYOND AMAZING!!!! He worked on my sciatica pain that I have been dealing with for years. I will definitely be back. Do you not recommend this company at one point I had seven credits, but because I did not cancel my account they took all seven credits away from me month after month as my auto pay. So I paid a hell of a lot of money to get one and a half hour massages and they took every single bit of that away from me. I would never recommend a company like this. Such a cute place and friendly staff! I got a 90 minute massage because my upper back was killing me, and I needed some major massage work. I filled out some paperwork and told my masseuse my upper back was killing me and I showed them where. My whole massage was tailored to that area and they did not miss a beat! This place got my knots out and really worked on some sore and tender areas! After my massage they talked to me about some stretches, and other things I can do before my next visit (YES-I am totally coming back) and I really appreciated their hospitality! I have been going to Elements since November of 2018 (5 months total... I was too sick to go in December)... and it is honestly the best decision I have ever made. I am a school bus driver, so I'm sitting for about 9 hours a day (counting the time driving to & from work), plus walking into dispatch, then out to my bus, pre-tripping my bus then post tripping at the end of shift and walking back to dispatch and then back to my car... it's not as easy as it sounds. Plus dealing with screaming/yelling children and trying to keep order definitely adds to my tension! I have finally found a massage therapist I like. Her name is Sarah and she's awesome. I always come away feeling loose and relaxed. She's very friendly and is very good at her job. The office staff is also very warm and welcoming. The front desk girls are always very friendly and fun to chat with if it's not busy (I go on Saturdays in the late afternoon so it's never super busy when I'm there). It's a very friendly location. The ladies at the front desk are cheerful and helpful and I've seen a few of the therapists, who have all been great in their own ways. Kiersten has ended up fitting my schedule and personality the best so I tend to make appointments with her. Ahdra is also very sweet and thorough, and Jordan is great at getting those tight knots out. I use the monthly subscription service and haven't had any problems using it. I've also had to cancel a couple of times and it hasn't been an issue. The only thing I sometimes wish is that, altho they do utilize Himalayan stones, they had river stones as well only because I like the hot relaxation feel. read more

My experience was more then I ever expected. This was my 1st professional massage and the the front staff answered all the questions I had. When it was time for my massage the room had a very relaxing feel to it and my massage therapist not only answered more of my questions but we talked about what I needed work on. I called Elements since they are near my work and they were able to get me in on very short notice. My therapist was Terri and she was AWESOME!! Now Terri does not usually specialize in deep tissue massage but you never would have guessed it! She hit every trigger point possible and each time she did I felt my muscles get looser and looser. I first tried to come here earlier this week. I booked my appointment same day, but when I arrived the appointment was scheduled for an hour later than the agreed upon time. I was frustrated as I wouldn't have booked that time (it was too close to another appointment), and I had repeated the time back several times over the phone when making the appointment. The employee at the front desk didn't seem to want to acknowledge that the mistake was on their side (she said things like you must have misheard the time. And we wouldn't schedule at the time because this masseuse doesn't work then). When I told her I would need to cancel, she offered to reschedule and upgrade my massage from an hour to 90 minutes, which was kind of her. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, I had an entirely different experience. The team at the front desk was friendly and engaging. They seemed excited for everyone who came in to get a massage. The masseuse, Yanzy, who worked on me was wonderful. She explained things, she asked what she should focus on and what to avoid, she checked in on pressure, and made sure I was always comfortable and relaxed! After, she provided a bottle of water, a list of stretches, and some advice to for some back pain I had been experiencing lately. I really enjoyed my 90 minutes with her and I left feeling very calm. Elements Massage offers a variety of add ons and depending on my needs that day, I'll try a different add on. I have mixed feelings about Elements Massage. On the plus side (except for one time) I've always had a really good massage at more than one location. On the flip side I cancelled my monthly membership with them and will not go back because I was paying for a 90 minute massage and it's not 90 minutes or 60 mins or whatever time frame you choose. My 90 minute massages were always 70 minutes and one time 75. When I complained about this I was told that whatever time frame you choose includes 10 mins for undressing and dressing. Which I honestly still think is kind of lousy but I could have lived with it if only 10 minutes was taken away from my massage time and not the 15-20 minutes. They expect you to tip for 90 minutes but that's not what you get. read more

I had never been to an Elements before but was in need of a massage. I called a bit last minute (on a Tuesday, requesting an appointment for the following day) requesting a therapist who does deep tissue. The woman who took my phone call was really friendly and very proficient from the get-go (I believe her name was Hannah) which immediately sets the tone for a business. She patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions and booked me with Craig. The next day when I arrived I had a simple check-in process (the two girls behind the desk were very nice) and was offered some water, which was appreciated. I had a great massage and was allowed to bring my own professional massage crème, which is a must for me as I have a list of allergies a mile long and cannot risk putting ANYTHING on my skin that I haven't tried before. I have a Biotone crème I know is safe, so I'm so thankful Craig and the staff made this accommodation for me! The check out process was easy, and I was so impressed with the professionalism of this location that I purchased a membership. When I got home I pulled up my calendar and immediately booked my next appointment, which I was conveniently able to do online. I can't wait to come back! read more

The management at this location is horrendous. You will constantly get rescheduled, and if you have a complaint they really don't care to resolve anything or care about your experience. When I finally was able to speak to the manager she never introduced herself and talked over me when I needed and wanted to be heard. I was told that I'd have to pay $15 extra on top of my monthly membership to see my specific therapist because he had obtained extra credentials. No additional services provided just that he had more expertise. Instead of paying their employee appropriately for seeking continued education, management wants the client to cover the cost. Cherry on top is that I adjusted my schedule today and came in earlier because Elements reached out to me to ask if I could so that their therapist could get a break aka they once again didn't manage their schedule appropriately. After arriving early as asked I was seen 15 minutes later, but my session still ended on time. When voicing my frustration about not getting my full time I paid for the manager said nothing except "would you like to leave gratuity". Unreal. Take your money elsewhere or to a different location. Therapists are great however. read more

This morning, my mother,from Illinois, was complaining about her back. She was visiting me in Mesa for the week. Since her standard massage therapist, and physiatrist, were not here in Arizona, she asked me for some ideas and help. She initially wanted me to see about getting her to a medical doctor, but stopped me later from making that appointment for her. She then asked for a massage therapist. I found Elements in Mesa by looking around the internet, and I showed her the website for Mesa. I then asked my mother what time was good for her. I was able to get her a 90 minute session with Bonnie (the therapist) at the Mesa/Greenfield location. My mother was surprised regarding the availability of the therapist. My mother was pleased with the results. She said that it helped her a lot. She found the therapist very knowledgeable and very attentive. The therapist even recommend a few things my mother could do to help afterwards. My mother will follow up next week or two when she returns to Chicago, and reconnects back to her standard service providers. Thanks for your assistance. read more

In a single word, "WOW!" First and foremost let me just say that this place is amazing. Being the 4th of July, my GF and I either expected all massage places to be closed or booked. These wonderful ladies were more than happy to accommodate us, which was a huge plus considering the extremely rude and negative feedback we received from another place (that my GF called months ago and booked, yet decided last minute to cancel on us). They booked us a couples massage at 1pm, and when we showed up they greeted us and asked about any trouble areas we had. We filled out all the paperwork and were introduced to our massage therapists. I had the pleasure of getting Jeanice. Standing all of just over 5ft, DO NOT let her small size and stature fool you! She was able to find all the trouble spots and maintain a constant, comfortable pressure the entire hour! I suffer from some pretty bad sciatic pain and she worked a good amount on my right side, which was a huge relief. Once the hour was finished, she even sat and talked to me about what I could do at home to help with the pain and stiffness and also recommended several things to do tonight to help. I cannot recommend this place any more, and it's a damn shame that we live in Tucson because this would definitely be a place to frequent. If you are in the Mesa area, and in need of some serious deep tissue relaxation, stop into Elements Massage and if given the choice, Jeanice is sure bet! Thank you again read more

I came not knowing what to expect and I was please to find actual delicious super-food based organic food and chocolate! The staff seems to be very knowledgeable especially Lauren who helped me. It's full of amazing staff, and they are incredible bodyworkers. I've seen both Ahdra (my regular) and Maria (when Ahdra is off) and they're amazing. I'm looking forward to seeing them each month, going back for regular massage. They are professional, drape you well, and are well-qualified therapists. They know what they're doing, are able to treat issues, and always take the time to talk with me and make sure they know if I have any concerns. I love this place.
