Don't waste your time or money here! They will harass you via text message until you agree to come in only to receive the worst massage! The so called therapist clearly had no idea what she was doing. There was zero effort, zero technique, zero comfort and zero relaxation. Been to this massage place several times. It's within walking distance from my house and open late so it's extremely convenient. I've never had the same masseuse but every woman that has worked on me did an amazing job. All the ladies have extremely strong hands and know exactly the places to work on the most. The pricing used to be cheaper but has gone up. I typically pay between $70-100 for a massage based on the length whether 60 mins or 90 mins. Be prepared for the masseuse to ask you if you want to extend your massage in the middle of the appointment lol. Best way to get me every time, when I'm relaxed lol. I definitely recommend this place for ease and convenience. You can make an appointment but they take walk ins as well. read more

This is my first time leaving a review. They were so amazing. This place was not our first pick because we wanted something fancier but everything was booked. I called this location and the owner was so accommodating for 6 massages. I had never had a Thai massage/stretch and I have been missing out. That was the best massage EVER! My body needed that. Great second massage. Leanna was amazing! Much stronger than here small frame suggests...came in as a "walk in", was greeted by the front desk staff and was quickly introduced to my Leanna. She was kind, attentive, and did a great job. So good that I asked to extended our session an additional 30min (from 60-90min). Once done I was offered water and snacks. I will be coming more often. Be really nice if they would LISTEN!! I told the lady my niece is a runner and she needs a lot of work on her legs and secondly her neck and my niece was very unhappy with her entire massage and I felt bad cuz she was really needing some relief. I trusted the lady would take care of her needs but instead the lady didn't hardly touch her legs or neck. My niece said it was a bunch of hard pushing and pushing her face into the cradle and it did not feel good. I was not happy to pay 80 dollars plus a 20 dollar tip to have my niece hate it. I had 2 very sub par massages here. I ask for a deep tissue massage and I got myself 15 minutes of deep tissue. I tried to call and talk to the owner about it and the "therapist" answered the phone and wouldn't let me talk to him. I used this place for 2 years and had good luck. After this never again. I went to massage 90210 3/27/2021 & the moment I walked in woman at the front desk was super sweet she kept telling me I was beautiful! Lol the woman massaging me did an AMAZING job. She made me feel super comfortable didn't want it to end !! I originally chose one hour in a vip room but then added another 30 mins. Only thing that kind of sucked was that in the middle of my amazing massage they switched me to a smaller room because I was in a couples vip & a couple came in.... it was great & hoping my next visit is even better & no switching rooms maybe next time she will get an even bigger tip lol read more

I've been to both locations, Tempe and Chandler, and they're both clean and professional. The Tempe location is newer and much nicer. I have had probably 6 or 8 different therapists between the two, and they have all been very good; never a bad massage. This is my favorite spa in the Valley. read more

Very clean and nice atmosphere once you step and wait for a short time for your room to be prepared you can see that this place is serious about good service. Only name I remember is Tom who offered everything from water to a tour of the entire parlor. Being that I love getting my Knots actually worked out he recommended Alice for my next visit. In the area making it easy to get to even with everything going on in the world. I will be back for sure for the massage but more so the professionalism and courtesy. Massage was mediocre at best. Very cold room and hard beds. I tip nicely but when you start demanding the tip, no one just likes that. Masseuse asked for 10% tip which would have been less from what I was giving, then she said 12% tip and that I was initially giving anyways, but kept telling me that what I was giving was not 12% and demanded more and would not let me leave. Asking for +$20 tip minimum and keeps demanding that, they don't know their math at all. That is 50% of the whole sale! That is just crazy, and starts showing receipts of people from previous massages with that much tips but those were $120 massage and up and longer massages. TIP IS EARNED NOT DEMANDED Will not return. read more

This is a great place to go and get a great Massage. I don't understand Rays one star review. I always use the VIP Plus room with my boyfriend. We get to lounge on the sofa (in private) snacks, tea, coffee our own private shower and Best of all we get our massage together in the same room. I've been going here every month. I've been here twice now, first time was a decent massage. The masseuse didn't give me a deep tissue massage like I asked, I even asked 3 times for her to dig deeper but no luck. The 2nd time I had Coco, this woman won't stop talking about how much she liked my tattoos, and how she's real good. I told her to go harder twice than what her best was, then when she massaged my legs she did some half assed rub in my left leg and an okay rub on my right. And she was telling me her VIP price for hour and half and her Thai massage price which I did not consent to, but they up charged me for. So instead of just fighting it with the owner who's normally there and who defends his flock greatly, I decided that the $20 up- charge was my last $20 bucks spent there ever. read more

On a Friday night I was in need of some self-care so I looked up massage places near me. I saw that Massage 90210 had openings that night. I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage for $60 and it was amazing. Mia was my masseuse and she did terrific. Both her and the owner greeted me very kindly and the room was so relaxing and comfortable. Best massage ever from Kathy! I get the Tui Na & Chi Chinese massage and it's incredible. She found knots and tension in places I didn't even know I had! I had one bad experience here, but it was because of miscommunication and not understanding the massage I wanted. Even that massage was good, just not the one I asked for. The prices are very reasonable, you can use your HSA card, and they are very professional and a nice atmosphere. I've had a lot of massages in the past, and this is by far the best. read more
