If I would give this place 0 stars I would. My husband had made an appointment for me this morning for 5pm. Him and I along with my brother in law showed up at 4:30. The rude woman in front opened her window- didn't even greet us by the way. My husband told her we had an appointment at 5. She said "ok? Well it's 4:30" like if we were an inconvenience to her. She then looked at her clipboard and said "your name isn't here." My husband said he spoke to someone else, she then left to talk to someone in the back... she came back to the window and just LOOKED AT US didn't say a word. My husband said "so? Do we wait?" She then said "well it's only 4:30" By this time I was very annoyed and stepped in and told her she was being very rude to us and asked her for her name, she said "none of your business!" I was livid by this time. What drove me over the top was when she had the nerve to tell my husband "if your appointment is at 5, why are you three doing here?" Really? Is that how you treat a new customer. Let me tell you something, you have lost 12 customers as I was planning on taking my family from MN that came to visit. I will make sure no one in my family EVER steps foot in this establishment. Ever!!!! That receptionist should NOT be working there she obviously needs to be taught how to speak to customers.
