I was there for a little over three hours and my hair is not long at all. I had a concert that night to go to. So I had no other choice but to accept what I got. The red brassy orange has come through literally three days after. I called the salon left a message have not heard back. Messaged Vanessa twice and still have not heard back. Definitely not worth the tip I left her not the 200+ I paid for this service if that's what you want to call it. I waited to post this hoping to give the salon or her a chance to make it right but the no response and no call back is crazy. I should've went to the happy valley location but wanted to try this one since it was closer. I have been a client of salon blissful for years. This is how they treat there return customers at least at this location. I gave it one star because Vanessa was a nice girl. Definitely didn't seem confident as she was doing my hair especially after the first toner and using the salon lighting as a reason to not be able to see the shade of color.
