She is warm, pleasant, patient, and genuinely cares about the people she treats. This is not a traditional massage. It's true reflexology and therapeutic work, and you feel it... in the best way. At times it was intense, but always purposeful, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and noticeably improved. By the next day, my shoulder pain was nearly gone. What stood out most was her intuition. She noticed things I struggle with (like digestion issues and vices) just from working different pressure points, and she took time to explain everything. Her knowledge is truly next-level. May stayed a bit late for me since I was her last appointment of the day, but never rushed a single part of the session. The level of care, detail, and expertise she gave me honestly puts many high-end spas to shame. I've paid $300+ for massages at the Westin that didn't come close to the relief and insight I got here.
