Posting on yelp too for maximum reach. It's really unfortunate I have to make this review but I need to share this to prevent anyone else from getting hurt. I purchased the most expensive package. 90 minute FULL BODY massage. I came intending to get relief for my immense neck pain. First, the lady massaged ONLY my upper back for the about 50 minutes. I swear I was waiting for the full body to begin for so long but it never happened. I was waiting for her to move but she repeatedly just rubbed her arms on my left side primarily. This is supposed to be deep tissue by the way but it felt like the woman had absolutely no training on human female anatomy. I am on the petite side. She never once squeezed pressure points at any part of my body. Now to my injury. I came for neck relief but this woman was literally just pinching the fuck out of my neck! It hurt so bad I was visibly tensing up, I was grunting, smacking my hands on the bed, balling my fists, it hurt so bad and she never did any other type of neck massage, she just kept squeezing the same area of my neck over and over for about 20 minutes, I even told her "that hurts!" And she kept doing it. I wanted to so badly just walk on out of there but I stayed hoping it would eventually feel better. I paid for a full body massage, but my legs were never touched, nor was my lower back AT ALL!! I even left a 15 dollar tip still, which, a day later, I wish I wouldn't never given. After a day of the massage and sleeping, my neck is in excruciating pain. This woman pinched the nerves in my neck and is causing very horrible cubital and carpal tunnel pain all around my shoulders, elbows and fingers. If I had the money to sue I really would. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be advising EVERYONE to avoid this location at all costs. The foot massage probably lasted like a little under 10 minutes and absolutely no preassure was applied to the foot, ankle, or calves whatsoever. My friend I came with was massaged by a male therapist and she reported a quality massage without pain and acceptable pressure, however the woman who massaged me kept yawning and talking to the man, who most of the time didn't respond to her, probably because he was focused on doing a good job. I should've asked the ladies name so I could put it down but I was literally left with tears by the end of my session. I was so incredibly disappointed and left with 10 times more pain than when i entered. Not to mention through out the whole session, workers outside of our area had phones on max volume ringing through out the session and very loud conversations, they didn't even care to attempt to whisper. Just an overall horrible experience for someone experiencing chronic back and neck pain looking for some relief. This place was supposed to be a sacred area for relaxation and I ended up injured, my hearing is off, I have a headache, my ears are ringing now, I have no idea what this woman did to my neck but I am so fucking upset and in so much pain I'm literally crying as I'm typing this. PLEASE do not give this coco's your money, you're better off finding a different location or parlor. read more

Didn't ask if I wanted female or male, would've preferred female because I ended up getting the male receptionist as my masseuse and he kept moving his hand inappropriately low, didn't hit any spots that actually hurt it didn't feel professional or worth my money at all, I wish I would have never went. 0/10 read more

I am from out of town and have received plenty of massages. I went to this place because it was nearby where we were staying and some of the reviews were good. Both my friend and I were completely disappointed. I called ahead for a 90 minute and during the massage, it was apparent it was not going to be 90. Both ladies did not do a good job. It practically was a rub down. When asked to go harder they laughed. They were talking, being loud, the chair moving was so loud. Some areas were not massaged and felt as if they were rushing. It was the worst massage I have gotten in over a year. The lady didn't know how to give massages, wasn't even on the muscles. Kept having to ask for more pressure. Then Coco ended up coming in the room and doing deep tissue on my hips and hamstrings because my legs were the problem area and I had asked to focus on them. I hate having to keep asking, I asked so many times to keep going over the legs with more pressure but nope. The pressure didn't change at all. Lady got so rude when she couldn't understand me. I guess you get what you paid for. The massage is so cheap so makes sense. Even after Coco massaged the hamstrings well, the original lady had attitude and you can hear her tone in her language. Overall experience 1/5 with that particular massage lady. I get massages every other week. I travel for work and get massages everywhere in different states. Im glad I voiced my concern because a year ago I would've not said anything and tipped. First time I didn't tip someone. I did tip Coco for the 10 mins she spent massaging my legs. But didn't tip the rude lady who didn't know how to massage at all. Maybe you will have a better experience than I did. They have positive reviews so I don't want to discourage people to not try it. Pretty standard reflexology. My partner and I called and they got us is pretty quickly so that was nice. The person who had me did a pretty good job. My partner said her person must have been sick because he kept sniffling and getting loogies. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear anyone coming in. I have not had a massage for some time and was looking forward to one. I picked COCO Reflexology as their rates seemed appropriate. You click on the button and it directs you to their locations. I picked the one on Dysart and made an appointment. Now I clicked on the new person button as it was $35. When I called/made an appointment and when I got t here I forget to mention that. The man at the front tried to push the hot rocks I declined and took the basic massage for $45 again forgetting about the first timer rate. The massage was good and a little different but OK. I usually don't tip a massage therapist as I do not see them like I view a waiter at a restaurant. But I did give her $5 and both the man and her start telling me it is a $10 tip and pointing at the rate sheet. I'm confused as their web site has the following statement: "Please note that tips and gratuity are not reflected in our pricing and are appreciated by each of our therapists. Our receptionist will be happy to add the gratuity to your charge." When you're here it appears it is 'Mandatory'. Great customer service. Amy was so amazing the next time my sister and I went and it was beautiful. We will definitely be back. Edit: After we paid with our card we went to the car to find some cash for our masseuse to tip. We handed the cash to the receptionists and she counted the tip amount with a look of disappointment on her face. My sister and I then started to reschedule for another appointment and the receptionist repeatedly told us next time we should tip more since we liked the massage. I like that i can undress completely and feel comfortable. They are thorough and ask if you are ok. My opinion is that if somebody is massaging your body and putting forth the effort to relax where it hurts then they should be fairly compensated. So I do not tip based on the hourly rather the service and I never leave anything less than 20.00 for gratuity Also they are very accommodating with last minute reservations! Plus plus! They give a good massage for the price with the exception of their miss understanding of what a tip is. This business demands a tip of a minimum of $5 cash no matter how you feel about the service. They need to be educated on exactly what a tip is, and that it is not mandatory, if it is then it can't de called a tip. I've gone here a few times just because it's so close to my house. The massages aren't really that great. They don't focus on what you ask them to do and rub soft. I also asked them to not rub my face because I had makeup on and they did anyways, smearing my eyebrows and everything. And they rub your face with their bare hands, it's gross. I saw another comment a person left on here stating the receptionist asked for more of a tip. They did that to me too. I said no! I left 5 bucks because the massage sucked and they ruined my makeup. She went on and on and I said I don't even have to tip anything! Rude as can be. I was shocked. I debated going today but remember my 2-3 other times I went, no. Need better communication at reception Rooms are open so you can hear what's going on in the hall and other rooms I was dropped into my room with no conversation and no introduction to the therapist had to figure out which drape to utilize from the stake on the table and where to place my belongings. Good thing I'm well versed with massages. I utilized the checkin Addon of the hot stones which were hot. Based off the first experience I booked another appointment online again, and since I didn't receive a confirmation call , i called them just to make sure and i was told by the lady in the front that she "doesn't know how to check the bookings online and it would be better to call" and we left with no massage that day since they were too "busy". I just called on Tuesday July 9th to make an appointment for Saturday July 13 for my birthday and everything went well. I go today for our appointment and she proceeds to tell us that she "might have lost the post it with our appointment on it" or that some "might have cleaned up and threw it away". How professional. The entire process was terrible. They didn't tell my boyfriend and I anything when we got into the room and we were very confused. I have had many massages before and this one felt very weird. The man massaging me did many "stretches" that clearly made me show vulnerable parts of my body and he would just stare. When I realized that the woman was not doing that to my boyfriend, i knew something was off. I really didn't appreciate it and I wish they would listen when I say I preferred a female.
