Then Tony walked in while my shirt was still off. They then both stayed in the room and waited for me to finish getting dressed. Tony was rude and rushed me the entire time. The massage was awful--no technique and totally rushed. When paying, Tony pressured me repeatedly about tipping and pushed me to tip the amount on their sheet. I still tipped around 18%, and he complained it "wasn't enough" and said he'd have to tip her himself. When I later called for their names, Tony pretended not to know me, then suddenly remembered and insulted my tip again. He even called back just to argue. Horrible place. Excellent 90 minute TCM massage! I just had kidney surgery and the helped my body recover. They do ask you to remove your clothing for a traditional Chinese massage. They use a lot of warm oil. I went for foot and leg reflexology. I should have known better. The male did not appear to be very old, and I am now convinced he had absolutely no training. He rubbed my feet and legs so hard and kept doing repetitive strokes. Some of it was uncomfortable, but I thought it might I was just really tight. Jump ahead 3 days. Neuropothy in my toes and foot started to be noticeable. Feet burned. Got worse everyday . Went to a podiatrist. There was damage done to my toes and one foot. I am starting physical therapy for the pain. Why' didn't I stop him and end massage??? I ask myself that. I knew it was too hard. PLEASE go to a trained medical person for reflexology. Read about it. The hubby and I were looking to get a massage so I called and was able to book same day. We arrived and were greeted promptly. We both selected a 90 min hot stone massage and felt each therapist did a great job! The room was clean and smelled nice. Our only complaint would be each time the therapist needed stones or hot towels they had to leave the room. They both did this several times, and each time it seemed like they were gone for more than just a minute. We both thought the room should already be stocked with needed items so the therapist doesn't have to leave the customer just laying there waiting. You are paying for the time so it shouldn't be wasted waiting for the therapist to gather needed items for the massage. They put me in a room with someone else which made me uncomfortable, when I kept my sports bra on the massage therapist told me to take it off twice and I went I politely said I wanted to keep it on he got the front office man who came in and yelled at my to take it off and snapped it against my back. The sheet they had me under was smaller than a towel. We told the man in the front that she cut me and literally showed him the raised scratches up and down my back. He said "it's not scratches, thats from her hair. We don't use nothing to scratch, towel and oil. That's it". He called the whole crew of people working there and they all said "no that never happened, seven years in business never.". We demanded our money back due to the fact that I was cut and was unsatisfied. The man refused to give us our money and they all crowded us by the door. We then walked to our car and he came running out to us saying "sir 7 years in business and that never happens". I come here often and I've never had a problem, except for this one time; bad breath from the masseuse. Not only did their breath stench from Asian cuisine but so did their hands which were rubbing my face and body. The constant breathing in my face and knowing they were making me smell of their cuisine had me green. I was gagging and before you know it, I just had to leave. I understand that this is a discount massage provider, but I feel like I was assulted yesterday. Even after asking the guy to go lighter, it was still painful. I found brusining on my back the following day (today) in a few places and my upper back along the spine hurts significantly enough it effected my sleep and I had to tell my partner and small child to stop touching me as it hurt too much. I've been coming here for a few months and had decent experiences but will likely not be returning due to this last experience. I've never had a massage that was so bad I couldn't wait for it to end. When I hear in some reviews he's rude I just can't imagine lol. Imagine you had to work in there country hardly knowing the language you may be misunderstood as well. It's a 35 dollar deep tissue people. Go pay for a 79 dollar one with someone who speaks english and you will probably have better communication. First, he mentioned that he could take my money but took soooo long taking my money, so I looked at my online banking account because I had a weird feeling since he said my card was not working too.
