Me and my wife we decided to go to this place that is close to our house. We got 90 min each which was 100 each.Everything was great and then at the end obviously we paid. We only had 220 without even knowing that but we decided that we will just leave what we have. I know 10$ for 90 is not much tip that is what we decided. The lady at the desk was asking us that is all the tip? And i said yes. Why is that a problem? And she was like is that all? And i was like look. Always that we go to messages that we like there is a problem. The tip. If i feel like i wanna tip you ill do that if no im not. And she was like " why you talk to much"? This was the first time that I had someone walk on my back! The massage was good, but I wish that I would have had more knowledge on just how "thorough" the massage would be. While on my stomach, my therapist pulled my panties down below my butt and the way that she massaged my butt could be uncomfortable for many because I'm pretty sure that she was able to see my butthole at some point with the way she would end up spreading my cheeks. The communication wasn't that great due to the language barrier, but there was DEFINITELY no communication that she was about to pull my panties down. Fortunately, I'm not a person that has experienced trauma to the point to where this situation could have gone completely south. I won't be returning here. read more

It's unfortunate to write this but honestly I feel the need to. I had Judy and I told her the area i wanted focus on was my neck. The first issue I had was she was massaging me really fast so it didn't relax me. Then she asked me if I wanted to add on more time three times and I said no. Then she started making comments about how she could work on my neck more if I added more time so I finally gave in because I felt pressured. She also didn't focus on my neck more than another section so there was no point. A big reason I felt the need to write this is also because I felt her touch was somewhat inappropriate. Besides pulling down my underwear she was also pulling apart my butt cheeks and was very close in my inner thighs to my genital area. The last straw was laying face down and my breast was hanging on the side a little outside of the sheet and she tried pushing my breast inside back under the sheet when she could've just moved over the sheet. It was very uncomfortable. I've had many massages and this was really the most indiscreet way I've ever been massaged. The last problem I had was the tip part. Because of everything that happened I asked her to put $10 on the card for tip and she said no. I said why and she said 15% because she did a good job. By all means %15-%20 is my usual but due to the circumstances I didn't want to go over that. I got the 60 min for 60 dollars and she totaled it herself $76. I would never come back here or recommend this place. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I booked a couples massage for me and my fiancé to relax before our wedding and I left even more pissed and angry then I came. The rooms are very uncomfortable with only a small curtain for privacy. As we were undressing the ladies kept walking into our room unannounced. The massage was adequate. After paying and leaving a tip a worker came in front of my face and had the audacity to say "usually you're supposed to tip 20%" she even said this in-front of another customer. I went into the business to book two reflexology appointments for my friend and I. I asked about the 60 min reflexology massage and the woman who wasn't fluent In English sh, called the other lady out to talk to me. I was told she was too busy and could not do it! I said this appointment would be March 23...she again very rudely told me she was too busy, but she said she could do the massage! I said I only wanted the reflexology hour, she refused to book it and raised her voice saying she could only do the body massage with a bit of reflexology. I asked for Judy on third visit but believe they subbed someone else hoping I didn't know (couldn't tell till into massage session), massage was different from original Judy massage. However, employees dictating tip amount unacceptable (third visit), I usually tip 20%, or more if I feel massage is exceptional, but telling customers what is expected or what they feel is their normal or should receive as a tip is not. Sometimes i don't like giving reviews. The reason being, i don't want too many people to know how wonderful this place is. I have been here multiple times, and every hour spent at Sufei Reflexology, is a blessing for me. Whether i want just a relaxing massage to unwind, or i want a good deep tissue massage. I play hard regularly, and sometimes my body just needs stronger hands to go after my wore out muscles. Love this place!! Cleanliness is top priority here. The rooms are clean, the linens are clean and fresh, everything is as it should be here. I have tried every therapist, and I can honestly say, that all of the therapists are favorites!! My boyfriend and I come here very often for a 60 or 90 minute massage and they have always been so kind and accommodating to our needs. The body oil they use to rub on your body smells like toasted coconut and it's such a great place to wind down and relax your muscles! I think it's important to take care of your mind and body and this place definitely leaves me feeling amazing every time after a long week of hard work. The facility was very clean, dimmed, and relaxing. The workers knew enough English to understand how deep or soft you'd like your massage. This place is a joke. This was our third stop of our sister pamper ourself day. We had horrible experiences at our first two stops and were hoping to change things around (see my review for Massage Haven and Nail Haven). Well.....that did not happen. This we are first time to a reflexology location so we didn't really know what to expect. The foot massage was pretty good but everything else was horrible. My sister and I were in the same room as were having a quite conversion, the lady doing my massage tapped me on my leg and said, "shhhh". Oh wow, really! Yet the lady working on my sister proceeded to answer the phone 8 times to set, cancel, change appointments and even argue with someone about their appointment. Yet I have to be quite! Then the one answering the phone actually got up and walked out the room for about 3 minutes. After everything was said and done we go to pay and my sister uses her card. At no point did anyone inform her there is a charge to do this. As she's about to sign the receipt she asked why the price is different and this is when the lady proceeds to tell her there is a $1.00 charge for using a card. Then my sister had only $3.00 cash and was planning on giving her a $5.00 tip so she put $2.00 on the receipt, gave it back and in the process of getting the $3.00 out when the lady had the audacity to say, "only a $2.00 tip?"
