I booked an in-home massage expecting a professional, attentive experience, and unfortunately, that was not what I received. He arrived late and did not respond to multiple messages I sent earlier in the day trying to clarify what I needed to prepare (including whether I needed sheets or if a table warmer would be provided). As a result, I was left unprepared, which could have easily been avoided with basic communication. When he arrived, there was a strong smell of marijuana, which immediately impacted the professionalism of the experience. During our initial conversation, it became clear he had not reviewed the intake form I had thoughtfully completed ahead of time, and I did not feel heard when trying to explain what was going on with my body. The session itself felt unfocused and lacked intention. Rather than a skilled, therapeutic approach, it felt more like random pressure without a clear understanding of how to support my needs. Overall, this experience felt disorganized, inattentive, and not aligned with the level of professionalism I expect when inviting someone into my home for a service. read more

I've had well over 200 massages in my lifetime, and I can confidently say this was hands-down the best massage I've ever received. From the moment I stepped into the space, I could feel the care and intention that had gone into creating a calming, welcoming atmosphere. The massage room was beautifully set up--peaceful, clean, and designed to help you instantly unwind. The ambiance alone was enough to set the tone for a five-star experience. But the massage itself? Next-level. Every movement was purposeful, intuitive, and deeply relaxing. It wasn't just a massage--it was a full-body reset. My tension melted, my mind quieted, and I left feeling like a brand-new version of myself. If you're someone who truly values the art of massage and knows the difference between "decent" and exceptional, this is the one you've been waiting for. Worth every penny and then some. I'm already looking forward to my next session! read more

As a massage therapist, I was looking for some relief from care giving stress and out of state travels, and stumbled upon Pure Blue Massage. There I got far more than a good massage! This is a hidden treasure in an unexpected place, from an unexpectedly gifted massage therapist, and I'm VERY GLAD to have found it!! I hope to return whenever I'm in the area, because I'm still feeling the good of what Blue (the massage therapist) did for me. He's professional, attentive, perceptive, deeply dedicated and skilled as a massage therapist. The environment within Pure Blue is very pleasant, clean and comfortable with high quality equipment for effective treatment! One of the best I've seen. I highly recommend giving this place a try! I had such a wonderful experience! Being 30 weeks pregnant, I've been dealing with a lot of tension in my hips, and Blue did an amazing job focusing on exactly what I needed while still giving me a relaxing full-body massage. He made sure I was comfortable and accommodated throughout the entire massage, which I really appreciated being this far along in my pregnancy. I originally found this place through my boss, who gifted me a gift card, and I'm so grateful she did! Blue was absolutely amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first prenatal massage. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with so much relief in my hips. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I have had many massages throughout the years but I can say with total confidence, NONE of them came close to my first experience with Blue. He targets exactly what you need to relief and delivers actual results. I have not been able to feel free of muscle knots no matter how many times I'd get a massage elsewhere and would always leave relaxed but not with anything truly "solved". With one session with Blue I could feel the difference on specific areas before and after and feel it happening while he was working on it. It's evident he knows exactly what techniques to use for different things. I will not go anywhere else for massage going forward. Highly recommend. read more

Blue was born to be a massage therapist. I am someone who has been massaged once month for the last almost 10 years, & I have been to many therapists in that time. Not a single one of them massages the same way Blue does. He has a knowledge of the body that I have never seen before. He does deep tissue and trigger points in a way that actually releases the muscle, not just hurt me over n.a. dover. The studio is comfortable, clean, and welcoming in every way. I feel blessed to have found Blue and for the incredible relief he has given me in my shoulders and back. read more

I can't say enough about Blue and Kate. They made the massage studio feel calm, relaxing and very inviting. Blue really knows what he's doing and with just one look he was able to determine my problem areas. He was able to relieve so much tension from traps, shoulders and lower back. He removed so many knots and massaged in areas I didn't even know I needed. I felt like a brand new person walking out of there and have already scheduled my next visit, I can't wait to see him again. Thank you! read more

I've been in the process of searching for a new therapist for a while due to my old one relocating and I'm SO glad to have found Blue! He is very attentive and knowledgeable at what he does. I've dealt with severe pain and sciatic issues for over three years and never had extensive relief and he's helped tremendously with that. This is probably the first time in years I've had relief for more than a few days and not been in pain a week later. I will definitely continue going to see him! read more

What a blessing to meet someone like Blue! We work in the same plaza, and after chatting outside my office, I decided to give his massage services a try. I've only had one massage before and didn't enjoy the experience, so I was hesitant. Blue simply said, "Don't tell me anything, let me figure it out." Well... he definitely has magic hands! I'm officially hooked. If you're considering a massage, give Pure Blue a try--you won't regret it! See you in two weeks, Blue! read more
