My husband and I have been using Miller massage now for several months and are so impressed. Brandy, our Masseuse, makes sure she focuses on any parts that need a little extra TLC. She is very well trained and knows anatomy and personalizes the massages. Nicole, the owner, has bent over backwards to communicate with us. Everything is extremely professional and the massages leave us feeling sublime. read more

Nicole who I believe is the owner... was so kind!! She even remembered my name when all we did was exchange a few messages on Facebook. Analicia was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! I'm the pickiest person when it comes to a massage therapist. I've been in Arizona for 5 years getting frequent massages and I've NEVER rebooked with anyone I saw. I immediately rebooked with her. She maintained consistent pressure. When I asked her questions she didn't trail off and continue talking throughout my whole entire massage. *Analicia, I had such a rough week and you have no idea how much better you made me feel. Thank you, so much. read more

I love Miller Massage. Everyone I have worked with does an amazing job. Kathy upfront is great. She's always so fun and easy to talk to. Jazmín does an amazing massage. If you want a deep tissue she is amazingly strong! She listens to what you want and how you feel. I also see Danielle for my facials and she explains as she goes and I am seeing big results since going to her. She is smart and one of the sweetest ladies out there. I love the atmosphere and of course the tea!!! 10 stars from me. read more

Today I met Angela, my therapist. She was comforting and professional. I had a two hour relaxation massage with reflexology. Angela is well educated in this field, and used CBD infused oil. She was able to work out my stress, and helped with my soreness, tightness from everyday day living. I highly recommend Angela! She's a sweetheart! read more

Based on her Bio, I asked Nicole for help with a muscular pain I have been dealing with for several months. She put together a plan using a focused massage strategy. After four visits voila! The cause of the pain had been addressed. I am very appreciative of Nicole's time and effort to determine the cause and the therapy to remove it. I highly recommend taking advantage of Nicole's expertise and other services at Miller's Massage. read more

I was able to quickly get an appointment which was wonderful as I was in a lot of pain from trigger point spasms. Jessica was great. She was able to gently work out most of my sore spots. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I am definately returning. read more

Not at all happy with the way I was treated. I requested a specific therapist, and they changed therapists on me without notifying me. I understand that my scheduled therapist became ill, but I would have expected the same cancellation courtesy to go both ways. Though the owner was very quick to respond to my review with an apology and an excuse that they were too busy to call to notify me, there was no offer of a coupon or percentage discount to entice me to come back for another massage. Basically, I feel that my feelings were pretty much not even heard. I have been to this spa many times before and always had excellent treatment. This was my first time since they have changed hands. Not the best first experience. TW read more

I have been going to Miller Massage on a monthly basis for a few years now, and been impressed with each therapist I have had. I have had Jessica a few times now and find her to be thorough and very impressive - head to toe I feel great with the "Upwind". She's careful to work on areas that need it. I always make appointments several months in advance to be able to get in when I want. The room is always cool, dark and peaceful, and I appreciate the cucumber water and Madelein afterward. Kudos to Nicole on her business acumen! read more

Wonderful prenatal massage by Nicole Miller. She is extremely versed in multiple massage techniques and utilizes them all in order to ensure the best massage possible. She is friendly and personable but also allows you to zone out and relax during the massage. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to receive a wonderful massage experience! read more

Hands down one of the best massages I have had in a while. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This is a hIdden gem. They have a monthly plan, which is what I plan on going with next. read more

We paid for my mom to get a massage for Christmas. Part of the massage was the Vichy Shower, which is basically the entire part of what we paid for. They failed to inform her that the shower wasn't working until that part of her treatment came up. No Call before her appointment and nothing when she arrived. Once my sister called to complain the OWNER stated they were busy for a while so couldn't reschedule. sorry but that should be on the client paying for the service not you! if we pay for something we should get it or be offered the chance to come back when it's working. they pride themselves on the Vichy Shower which is why we chose this place and this massage. we could have done a body scrub some place else. this place is rude and the OWNER is unprofessional and refuses to take accountability when her own equipment doesn't work. read more

Tori was amazing! Hands that made me melt like butter. Super nice and made the time really amazing and fully enjoyable. Must recommend this place and ask for Tori! read more

Today was my first massage with Nicole. I was so stressed coming in because I hit traffic and was late to my appointment. She was so nice about it and we got started quickly. Nicole is some sort of massage genius or something because everything she did was amazing! I've had many massages and can be kind of picky but I was very happy with the massage I got! The massage table is really comfortable too, it's got a really comfortable pillowy padding. If the table isn't comfortable, it can be hard to relax. She was nice enough to give me a credit for some of my money since I was late and didn't get a full hour. I thought that was really nice of her. Anyway, I will be back for sure. Making the appointment was so easy online too! Highly recommend!!! read more

I just had the most amazing massage by Nicole. It has been approximately 14 years since I had a massage. She took her time and hit all my problem areas. I'm a hairstylist and am on my feet all day long. I literally feel like I could conquer the world right now, after a nap. Do yourself a favor and book with her. read more

I had been searching for a massage therapist for quite some time since my move to Arizona. My husband and I even went to Europe for vacation with my intent to get a full body massage and it didn't happen. By the time we returned home, I was in desparate need of a massage after sitting on the long plane rides. After three hours of searching and checking reviews, I stumbled upon the Miller Spa. Everyone was really nice from my entrance through the doorway. I had Angela as my Therapist and she did not disappoint. Usually, I'll go to sleep during my massage, but my mind was between wanting to go to sleep and wanting to enjoy the amazing experience. Angela was very attentive to my needs and applied to right pressure. I wanted to get a 90 minute massage, but these ladies were all booked up. I'm looking forward to my next appointment, where I will get a 90 minute massage as well as a facial. I'm coming back ladies and I'm bringing my husband or my girlfriend. Thank you for the experience. read more

I went to Phoenix for a class and was so excited that Nicole Miller came to the house and massaged, medical cupped my colleague and I! She is delightful, does an amazing job. We both felt amazing, she really knows the human body, finds every pesky spot and ache you forgot you had. Excellent service and she really went out of her way to accommodate us for our appointment! She is a master in her craft and I will schedule with her every time I am in Phoenix. read more

I've gone to Miller Massage several times now, originally because its the only place in the area that offers Thai massage. Since then I've also done Swedish and pre-natal. All have been fantastic, and the prices are extremely reasonable! read more

Cannot say enough good things about Jessica. I have had many massages in my life, but I've found too many therapists don't listen to my requests and just do what THEY decide I need. Not Jessica! She listens to what I say, she's kind and respectful, and she is literally the best massage therapist I've ever had. No exaggeration - the best. I wish I lived in the area and could see her more often! When I'm in town, though, she will be on my itinerary every time! read more

The perils of working at a desk are tight shoulders and hips. Moving to Arizona I left my massage therapist behind and needed one. I feel fortunate to have been told about Nicole. Of all the massage therapists I've been to she's by far the most intuitive and the most thorough. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Nicole! read more
