Not at all happy with the way I was treated. I requested a specific therapist, and they changed therapists on me without notifying me. I understand that my scheduled therapist became ill, but I would have expected the same cancellation courtesy to go both ways. Though the owner was very quick to respond to my review with an apology and an excuse that they were too busy to call to notify me, there was no offer of a coupon or percentage discount to entice me to come back for another massage. Basically, I feel that my feelings were pretty much not even heard. I have been to this spa many times before and always had excellent treatment. This was my first time since they have changed hands. I have been going to Miller Massage on a monthly basis for a few years now, and been impressed with each therapist I have had. I have had Jessica a few times now and find her to be thorough and very impressive - head to toe I feel great with the "Upwind". She's careful to work on areas that need it. I always make appointments several months in advance to be able to get in when I want. The room is always cool, dark and peaceful, and I appreciate the cucumber water and Madelein afterward. Wonderful prenatal massage by Nicole Miller. She is extremely versed in multiple massage techniques and utilizes them all in order to ensure the best massage possible. We paid for my mom to get a massage for Christmas. Part of the massage was the Vichy Shower, which is basically the entire part of what we paid for. They failed to inform her that the shower wasn't working until that part of her treatment came up. No Call before her appointment and nothing when she arrived. Once my sister called to complain the OWNER stated they were busy for a while so couldn't reschedule. sorry but that should be on the client paying for the service not you! if we pay for something we should get it or be offered the chance to come back when it's working. they pride themselves on the Vichy Shower which is why we chose this place and this massage. we could have done a body scrub some place else. this place is rude and the OWNER is unprofessional and refuses to take accountability when her own equipment doesn't work. read more

Today was my first massage with Nicole. I was so stressed coming in because I hit traffic and was late to my appointment. She was so nice about it and we got started quickly. Nicole is some sort of massage genius or something because everything she did was amazing! I've had many massages and can be kind of picky but I was very happy with the massage I got! The massage table is really comfortable too, it's got a really comfortable pillowy padding. If the table isn't comfortable, it can be hard to relax. She was nice enough to give me a credit for some of my money since I was late and didn't get a full hour. I thought that was really nice of her. Anyway, I will be back for sure. I had been searching for a massage therapist for quite some time since my move to Arizona. My husband and I even went to Europe for vacation with my intent to get a full body massage and it didn't happen. Everyone was really nice from my entrance through the doorway. I had Angela as my Therapist and she did not disappoint. Usually, I'll go to sleep during my massage, but my mind was between wanting to go to sleep and wanting to enjoy the amazing experience. Angela was very attentive to my needs and applied to right pressure. I wanted to get a 90 minute massage, but these ladies were all booked up. I'm looking forward to my next appointment, where I will get a 90 minute massage as well as a facial. I'm coming back ladies and I'm bringing my husband or my girlfriend.
