So I called from my car to see why. That was very odd. I said to her I was in pain and I did have money. I asked for a deep tissue, the only time it was deep tissue was when my therapists arm was rubbing up and down my back like a guasha, which was one of the 5 things she kept doing over and over. When she went into my shoulders she kept smacking my head because again she was using her forearm roughly. Massaged my hands for literally 30 seconds. But the worst part was that she literally pushed so hard repeatedly on my spine! It hurt so bad I was ready to get up and leave but I hate confrontation and didn't want her to feel bad or get in trouble with her boss who was right up front. I know deep tissue is painful and will leave you sore but I get a massage every month and that was not a good massage and I'm sore/in pain up and down my spine and nowhere else. I work with massage therapists and you're not allowed to work direct on the spine and you can cause permanent damage! Sorry to say I will never be back.
